I chose Sky Nails because of their reviews. I called and spoke to Wan, she was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I told her I wanted their best pedicure tech and didn't mind paying for a good pedicure. She scheduled me with Julie. I wanted a manicure too; she scheduled both with Julie. The next morning I called to schedule my appointments at the same time vs. back to back. No one answered or no voice mail. A girl called back and said, Did you call? I said yes and I was attempting to continue to speak and this girl was rude, interrupted me, ignored what I was saying, and cut me off, and either hung up or we were disconnected. Later Ben called to schedule me an appointment. I advised him I had an appointments with Julie and I would like my mani with another tech to get my appointments at the same time. He schedule my mani with Wan. When I arrived, a girl did not get up to greet me, she just sat there and yelled out at me, what do you need? When I me Julie, she was polite and friendly. During my pedicure, a woman and two girls came in, and Julie immediately got up to greet them and left me in the middle of my service for at least 10 minutes. It was not busy, there were more employees sitting around in the chairs than customers, the other employees could have assisted the lady and two girls. Yet Julie stopped in the middle of the pedicure to check in the 3 females, set up them up in chairs and with techs. I found this very rude. In all my years of getting pedicures and manicures, I have never had a tech leave me sitting in the middle of a service to wait on another customer. All those employees sitting around could have been attending to walk ins vs. tech that were with customers. I upgraded my pedicure for callus treatment and extra foot massage, but Julie hardly did either. She ran out of time because she was taking care of the front desk instead of taking care of her customer. I do not blame her, I blame the management for not running a consistent professional business model. Unfortunately, the final result of my pedicure was probably the worse I have ever had. Overall, my experience was not good the lady calling me being rude, Ben not knowing I had appointments, upon arriving a lady sitting there yelling out at me vs. greeting me, changing my mani tech, my peti tech leaving me for a long period of time during my service and not able to complete my service because the front desk wasn't covered, I paid for misrepresented services. There are plenty of professional and clean nail salons in the area like Iris Nails or Castle Nails that run a professional and higher standard nail salons. read more

Came here on Monday, July 5 when everyone was off for the 4th - so service was a little slow, but nothing too major. I got the green tea pedicure ($60+tip) with Mimi, which was really nice. She was quiet, but friendly and gives a great massage and makes sure the water is just how you like! The only thing missing was she didn't scrub my feet with the little "grater" thing lol. The cocktails at Sky Nails are all made with Sky Vodka and they had wine, champagne, and beer listed on the menu too, as well as, water and sodas. You get two free drinks with your service and they are niiice. I got the sex on the beach and the peach drink, which I can't remember the name. Overall: Great service. Great pedicure. Great drinks. If i could put one star i would very rude and horrible work everytime ive came nothing but horrible service save ur money

Used to love coming here, but recently my nail tech has been rushing me, and most recently my feet honestly looked like a child painted them. She also cut me to the point where i bled . AND the girl didn't clean her tool before moving her stuff over to another pedicure appointment. I watched as she used the same tool that cut me, on another person. So disgusting and unsanitary. They upsell me on everything, and even though i had been going here for a while- it seems like they never remember who i am. I just think for the price the service should be better. I left from this salon and had to pay to have them completely redone somewhere else. I would advise finding a better and cleaner salon with staff that actually have patience. read more

This is the only salon I have been going to since I moved here two years ago sadly I will no longer be returning. They have fallen off bad. I got dip powder and after just 3 days I had cracks on just about every nail..my pinky nail cracked and a piece ended up coming off literally not even a week of having the set. I paid $164 for my mani and pedi that's too expensive for poor quality work. I went in today to see if they would do them over they only offered a 20% discount which would bring the total to $52. Why would I pay that when it should have been free? I will NEVER be back not even for a pedicure and will not recommend anyone again. read more

I went in for a full set today and left with a broken nail bed and several cuts on my skin. While taking off my existing set, my nail tech rushed the process by only dipping my fingers in acetone for 5 mins and used a huge drill to rip it out. I was in excruciating pain when my nail bed broke because of this and my nail tech proceeded to convince me to still get the full set done over my broken nail bed! She even tried to tell me how my nail was already broken and her drill had nothing to do with it even though my finger was bleeding out! Now I need to wait 2-3 months for my nail to grow out and heal itself. Will definitely not be coming back here. read more

Have gone to this nail spa many times in the past, but the newer Techs (since covid) are more interested in finishing as fast as they can than providing safe, quality service. My daughter and I had two separate techs who rushed with the drill, nippers and file. My finger was sliced with the file and bled. My daughter was cut with the drill sanding head. And is still bleeding. And neither tech threw away the tools they cut us with. We will not be back. read more

I went back and on my return trip to get the first manicure fixed, they were very understanding and I walked out with a great regular manicure. I like gel or powder, but occasionally do regular polish to give my nails a break and they did a great job with the regular polish this time. I can't yet say 5 stars because it was time consuming to come twice in the same week, and I had to sit with the bad manicure for a few days before I had time to come in. I was pretty nervous about getting my nails done during COVID times. We've been so careful about not going anywhere besides the grocery store for the last 6 months, but decided to try it because I really needed a confidence boost and, silly enough, having my nails painted does that. In regards to Covid, the staff wears masks. However they played it fast and loose with whether patrons had to. A male patron that came in had a mask that only covered his nose. It looked like a menstrual pad with strings. I heard another patron tell the male who works there that they needed to cover their mouth and he said something to the man about getting him a bigger mask but it never happened. A woman down the row from me had her mask off the entire time. This place DOES serve drinks, but everyone else was just putting the straw under their masks. She used it as an opportunity to not wear a mask and all other customers seemed uncomfortable being near her. The staff never said anything to her and that makes me really nervous to keep coming back here. That aside, our service was great. My boyfriend was getting his first pedicure and is very shy. They were very kind and didn't talk to him a lot since he seemed so nervous (although getting the pedicure was his idea). The women doing my nails were really nice to both of us and made casual conversation while also talking to each other. I've been places before where the people dig too deep and I had no issues with pain or anything at this location. I feel like this place was more expensive than other places I've been. It was a nice experience, but I wouldn't be able to splurge a lot and come here. It would be fun for special occasions, especially since they have actual cocktails rather than premixed drinks and sweet wine like other nail salons. I would come back here for sure, but maybe wait until Covid is gone since they weren't strict about people getting their nails done keeping their masks on, which puts others in danger. Edited 3/7/2023: I did get an infection on both sides of my left toe that did get better with neosporin and antiseptic liquid. I was told I could get a gift card equivalent of pedi of $45. But no refund was offered. This could have been remedied by giving my money back. Sadly I am not happy with just a gift card for someone else to mess up. 2/27/2023: I went today already having an awful day to try and cheer myself up. I had a very young girl with glasses that had a jade necklace on. My left toe has been hurting from tight shoes so she had work to do sadly because it has been months that I could afford a pedicure. She worked so hard on my left toe that both sides bled. My toe now is very sore and hopefully will not get infected. I've been to this salon once before and never again will I be back. read more

Tried for the first time and had a good experience. We had pedicures and the price point wasn't bad for massage and paraffin- $50 which is a little under most places I've been to. I wish the time soaking my toes in the water had been longer but it's ok. They have really good complementary drinks with a limit of 2 which I think is fair, and they have mimosas and bloody Mary's! Not sure it we will be back or not as my husband's tech did cut/scrape some of his toes but I can't say we wouldn't try again with someone else because my tech was great! read more

I really wanted to love this salon; as I'm in the market for a new place. Saw the positive reviews and decided to try it. Great ambiance, drinks, and massage chair. I had a 4:45PM appointment on Sunday for Nexgen nails and pedicure. I was not helped until 5:15PM. I didn't leave until 6:40PM. I value my time and this experience took far too long. I chose a color for my nails that was apparently "new" and was not coming out as desired once applied. They asked if I could come back the following the day for them to redo after she had repeatedly tried to fix some of the problem nails with no luck. I've been out of town and not in the mood to spend another few hours fixing my nails when I get back. To top it off, my nail tech cut me and now have an eyesore on my finger. I came here to get my nails done and she took an hour longer than she was supposed to. And I let it be and Went on with my day. 2 hrs later MY DIP IN COLOR NAILS FALL OFF.
