They do REAL pedicures here. Not only were they nice, gentle, had a good atmosphere, but they took their time. I had the signature (the cheapest) pedicure and still received a lengthy massage with lotion and a scrub om my legs and feet. They were very thorough. I will be back. read more

I walk in today to get a fill and LET ME TELL YOU... the product, the quality, the price , it was all perfect. They tended to me immediately and asked if i wanted water. My nails came out better than before. no flooded cuticles, no cuts, when my nail tech nick thought something hurt ( even tho it didn't) he attended to it right away. I have been searching for a nail place that I like for years now and this is the first one i can confidently say checks all my boxes. We were in the area and looked for a nail salon, i wanteda pedicure and my daughter wanted a manicure. I called ahead and she said we could come in about 20 minutes, which was great that they could accommodate us on such short notice. Everyone was very professional and friendly. There was classical music playing and muted tv's on in the background, so it was very peaceful. I got the "Luxury Spa Pedicure" and it was amazing. I really liked that. They used liners in the foot tub, and used either clean metal utensils or throw-away utensils, everything was very clean. Bobby did an AMAZING job!!!! Very thorough and meticulous. I couldn't agree more with some of these reviews. The customer service is horrible! The owner/manager has a nasty snobbish attitude. My daughters asked for nail polish but they told me she gave them both an attitude during the process. I was shocked and so upset especially knowing she has a daughter herself. I had made an appointment with a male nail technician but got someone else. There is so much favoritism with her regulars. What a shame this place is rotten because the employees actually do a great job but I will definitely not be coming back here again. This place definitely needs to change its vibe. I've been to Sky Nails, Loma Linda on three occasions. I consider myself a decent individual and considerate. the receptionist/ worker has a very nasty and snobbish attitude. She has no idea who is entering her establishment and should talk to people with more care. If I didn't know any better I would think she's racist against people of color and 8 consider my self a person of good judgement. I was under the impression that the only color that should matter when patronizing a business is green here in america. Even though it was close to the end of the day, I never felt rushed--Katie patiently helped me pick my pedicure and took excellent care of my feet, which definitely needed some TLC. I told them upfront that I have anxiety and that I was nervous and Amy talked to me and was very calming as she did my pedicure. I almost fell asleep because she and Nick were so gentle with me! Nick was doing my nails the entirety of my pedicure and he never nicked me or filed too hard or anything that I have experienced in the past. And the design!!!! Made a 4pm appt, walked through the door at exactly 4:05 (traffic and very sparse parking contributed to slight tardiness) When I walked through the door, I noticed IMMEDIATELY that they were overbooked. There were 3 clients already sitting at pedicure stations but only 1 had a nail tech working on her, the other 2 just sat with their legs in empty basins waiting. There were also around 3 people sitting in the front waiting area where I was told to sit. All but one nail tech were busy doing manicures and so anyone who wanted a pedicure had to wait for the current manicures to be finished before the tech would transition to the pedicure stations. It seemed pretty obvious to me that either 1. They don't actually block of certain time slots for scheduled appointments or 2. They purposely put many clients in the SAME/Overlapping time slots. (Knowing full well there are more clients than techs in that slot) The girl next to me (who arrived before me) waited 50 minutes before they began her pedicure. I ended up waiting around 45 mins. Thankfully I had my audiobook to keep me entertained. So I'd give the organization of this spa 1 STAR. The only reason this review has 3 stars is because my nail tech did a great job on my pedicure. She took her time and completed every single portion of the pedicure (I didn't feel like she was rushing through in order to see other clients). She also applied the nail polish neatly. No complaints about her work whatsoever! Will I be coming back? Meh....Only if I have PLENTY of time to kill and my other salon isn't available. read more

I came in with low expectations because most if not every salon I frequent manages to rush through my pedicures regardless of which one I pick off their list. I was well taken care of and the woman who did my pedicure (I didn't catch her name) took her time and made my legs and nails look amazing. She was also extremely gentle. Every time I have called for an appointment and scheduled one, i sit unattended for 10-20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and then an additional 30-40 minutes before my services ever even start. Only reason I keep coming back is because my gel pedicure lasts over a month, other than that, their customer service is horrendous (not to mention they force you to tip). This most recent time I visited sealed the deal for me... I called as soon as they opened at 9:30am and guaranteed that I could get two appointments for gel pedicures at 1:45. When we got there, 5 minutes early I should mention, no one acknowledged us for close to 20 minutes, we finally got sat but continued to be ignored for another 20 minutes. My friend finally got her service started at about 2:20 while I proceeded to be ignored. I ended up leaving the salon without a pedicure because I was so disrespected as a patron and a person. They are not too thick or too thin. I have gotten some dip powder done before that were too thick and messy around and under the nail bed. These were gently and diligently made. I didn't think that I would ever leave a negative review on yelp, BUT I am very disappointed with Angel's customer service skills. (read until the end) I went in with a reference image and my nails came out looking completely different. I kindly let Angel know that I was unhappy with how my nails came out and she responded that there was nothing they can do. I asked her if I had other options and she responded that I would have to pay $75 for the service and that they can remove the color and I can go somewhere else to have them redone. I was so surprised by her method of handling the situation. As a customer I approached her calmly and non-confrontational, letting her know I was unhappy with the service and if I can hear my options. Rather than helping me find a solution where we can both walk out of this situation happy, she let me know that I could pay and go somewhere else to have them fixed. Refusing to get upset (but also refusing to pay $75 for something I was so unhappy with), I came up with the solution of just painting over the acrylic nails with polish. I still walked out unhappy because of the uneven coating of the polish. Needless to say, I will leave this yelp review in hopes of providing insight to potential customers and will take my business elsewhere. P R O S - I think the two men that worked on my nails did a good job. I liked the shape of my acrylic nails and how my pedicure came out. - Decent color selection. C O N S - There is no 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. (If you are unhappy with the service in anyway, they will not work with you to find a solution.
