Came here just for a clear manicure with friends. Place is standard clean at the time. I am always skeptical to get the pedicure, where they soaked your feet in the whirlpool because I have to see that they sanitized the bucket. Service as usual they just do your work while talking to other co-worker with their own language. I decided this will be my last visit. If I could give no stars I would!! The old lady is horrible she has to retire she hurts you and just smiles and laughs I went back today (I tried giving them a second chance) I regretted it so much!! I got there and the guy comes to us I asked to have my full set of nails taken off (the ones the old lady put) and just have my natural nails with a gel French tip he wrapped my nails in foul and said it would take 20 to 30 mins and he started doing a pedicure on another person! 20 mins passed 30 mins passed almost 40 mins and he was still working on the other person it was like he forgot I was even there I told him it was passed 40 mins and he got mad and was very rude I told him to just take the nails off I didn't want the French dip and he did but very aggressive he broke my natural nails left them so ugly that I had to go to a different salon!! I was looking for a place close to work to get a new set of gel nail. I always do my gel nails with a french manicure, no tips. I wish I read the reviews first. I explained what I wanted & was asked twice about tips and acrylics. I questioned if they could do gel nails, and she insisted yes. I explained I wanted to keep the shape and the length. The gentleman who filed my nails filed two of them all the way down. I was not watching him every step of the way, so this is my mistake. But, we had no communication errors, and I expected him to follow my request. Finally, I asked for the file, and shaped the other hand similarly. My nails are no longer similar in length. It appears as though his nail file was too rough (like for acrylic nails - not natural) and chipped my natural nails as he would file. Hard to say. But, these were my two strongest nails - so I don't know. I didn't care. I was ready to leave at that point. After I washed my hands, I paid for what was done and left. I also explained why I was leaving. I was too afraid to let them work any more, when they were not following basic filing instructions. Obviously, I will never go back. read more

I am currently reviewing this as I'm sitting here getting my pedi. Well actually drafting it.. there's no one in here so I got seated right away. There was a bug which is still alive swimming where you dip your feet at which is nasty!!!! :( it's a guy who's doing my pedicure.. And he busted out his tools which doesn't even look clean because it was wrapped in like a paper towel with pink stain on it!!! Doesn't look like it was sanitized! As I looked down on the lukewarm water where u put your feet in, I see all these particles swimming in it. He then argued that it was coming from my clothes and it was lint. Uhm Excuse me?? I have been coming here for a while now and honestly they are great. The prices are very reasonable as well. Sometimes they get busy and you may have to wait a bit, but if you don't want to wait make an appointment. They are very nice people. I honestly don't like going to other places because I don't want to pay 30 dollars for a gel manicure, so honestly, I don't care even if I do need to wait. The people make you feel very welcomed. i likey, i likey! first i call ahead to check the prices. cheapest in the area at $14 for the foot spa + pedi. i know this strip so i know there's enough parking in front. when i walk in, the first thing i notice is the sharp smell of chemicals. i still have my INN-n-OUT chocolate shake so it kind of turned my stomach but I guess you get use to it eventually. they make me sit on an empty massage/foot spa chair (they have 3) and start filling the reservoir with water. i forget to pick my colors so i ended up pointing to a nearby bottle of dark pink. a blonde asian chick offers her customers colors to me. the lady that does my pedi is an older lady who is very precise. i did not feel any discomfort and she does the pedi as usual. i did not see them clean the nail cutters but they did clean out the reservoir as soon as the customer steps off. i like to extend my massage time so i pretend to let my nails dry off and biz is slow on a monday afternoon so they dont ask me. awesome! on this day, this foot spa + massage is a gift from heaven! LOL i like the staff here a lot. ill be back for sure! read more

The pedicure was decent. Quick and rushed through because there was a wait and they are clearly understaffed. I called ahead to make an appointment for 2 pedicures and was told there was only a 10 minute wait. I waited 15 minutes and was completely done before they even started my partners feet. I don't appreciate not being told the appropriate wait time and being treated like my time isn't valuable. When I inquired about it they did not apologize at all. Bad customer service. read more

Waited an hour just for them to lie and say the woman (must have been a regular) who walked in after me had an appointment. When I heard her ask if they have time for her. So they told ME to come back in another hour so they could finish her. LOL RIDICULOUS as I was sitting there too I noticed they don't clean pedicure bowls and use same tools on all customers! Came here because I was in the area, should've listened to the reviews. First impression was- it's dead on a Saturday (odd), & there's only 3 pedicure chairs. I don't like how they don't have plastic disposables for the pedicures. As soon as I sat down for the pedicure a lady was leaving the pedicure chair and they didn't even disinfect the pedicure bowl! They just washed it with the hose. While she was running my water it was cold. I told her warmer but still cold. You can also tell the pedicure chairs are cheap because the massage chairs didn't even work! Only positive thing about this place is the girl that Did my pedicure spoke good English; Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

The staff here is very rude and they take shortcuts and if they do something wrong they don't apologize or admit it and theyll just find a way to blame it on you. Called ahead and made an appointment for 10:30 AM, got there 10-15 mins late. Was seated in the spa chair and the tank filled with water and cleaning solution. Two other customers were in the other 2 spa chairs. One lady was finished, the other one went to have her fingernails done. There I sat with the water in the tank and nothing being performed. My daughter was with me, the guy took her first and did her with me just sitting there vegetating. It'll be a cold day in hell before I go back there. She did good with the eye brows but I didn't appreciate the lump of vaseline place on my upper lip from a nasty looking container. Don't waste your money. The place need updating too.
