I just LOVE Jessica. She did great work and has a wonderful personality. She was able to fit me in this weekend (by appointment only!) and I felt she took her time and was super sweet. I got a great pedicure. Going to come back for my hands next time. Excited to find a new place to go that I love supporting. The salon is also very clean and she didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'm incredibly impressed and absolutely love my nail repair. I don't do nails often and only do it for events. I had these awful gel nail extensions tho at were uneven, thick, and falling off . I'm going on vacation and needed to fix immediately. They booked me in right away, but before that, called me to ensure that they understand exactly what was needed to do and what I wanted. I haven't been able to find a nail technician who understood what my nails need to look natural until I found this place. I m highly recommend and I'll definitely be going back for all future events! read more

Had the most amazing experience with Pink Sky nails and I can't believe I did not find them earlier! They are appointment only so you can request on Yelp or call them directly -- they've always responded quite quickly! I booked about a week out with Vanessa for a gel manicure. This was one of the best gel manicures I've ever gotten! Vanessa was so thorough and did such a good job, my gel nails lasted 4 weeks with minimal chipping! Prices are also very reasonable for the quality, can't recommend this place enough! read more

Went as a mother daughter mani pedi date Had basic service manicure and pedicure for each of us-- was quoted $55 each. Mother got gel manicure both on manicure with ballerina pink nails- no cutting, just filling. And the pedicure technician actually cut my toenails too short! And made me yelp during my experience thus I asked for no alterations to my nails any further. Just basic filing and as little to do with harming my nails as possible. I seriously just wanted to get through the rest of the procedure without causing a situation in front of my daughter on her special occasion! SIDENOTE: I also believe my technician was sick as she was sniffling the entire time! Daughter, who's birthday it was!!! Who's mother was trying to suck it up for! Was having the time of her life. They got playing card accents wonderfully painted on four fingernails as accents and one heart on each toenail. While I'm not sure if there is a charge by color or if this matters, as this was not conveyed to us, but daughter had used black, white and red on hands- single color per nail. Toenails were one side red one side black. Technician said to me the cost was 55$ for my daughter then left to go on break. Thinking that I had the same exact service with only two colors, my charge should only maximum be 55$ as well for a total of $110. Please tell me how my total ended up being $155? This did not include the tip as we left each technician their own $20 bill. read more

What a great experience with Jessica and her team! Jessica is extremely talented with acrylic nails as well as Gel X (I have done both!). She expertly follows any crazy designs I show her, or comes up with her own beautiful designs/polishes. She also goes the extra mile by doing a mini manicure with my acrylic nails (no place else has EVER done this extra step!). Also the spa pedicures and exceptional. I have been coming over here since 2021, although appointment is preferred, I was a walk in client and I was happy that they were able to offer their services and since then I have been coming here. I have gotten my services from Jessie, Vanessa, Nat and Kathy everyone is really awesome here. I love the way they are available on Sundays for services. In all my service I have gotten from them it is never disappointing. Vibe is very warm and pleasant and also very welcoming and price is very reasonable. This is my second time here and I absolutely love it. The salon is very private and professional. They have soooo many colors and different services. It's a bit of a drive for me but I don't mind since I always leave happy with my service! Vanessa, Jessica & Cathy are amazing, sweet, professional and fast. im so bummed, i really wanted to like this place. it's closer to my house and the reviews were promising but i had a terrible experience:( went in for a pedicure and manicure for my event the next day i was hosting. my manicure came out perfect and so did pedicure at first. it was such a chaotic day i went in. nail tech got distracted with me so many times, which is understandable i guess but there's a limit you know. she really didn't give my manicure any attention. glue overlapped all over my nail skin and was painful drying on! the pedicure was going great until the lady cut my toe. i was bleeding everywhere!!!! all the towels were covered in blood, she poured alcohol, she poured nail polish remover and then she really tried to close the cut with NAIL GLUE?! THEN tried cutting off the dried nail glue again. i don't appreciate them playing surgeon on my toe. in the end all i got was a sorry, a sore toe, and left feeling so ugly. they still charged me full service and even DEMANDED a tip for two people??! crazy! nobody's ever DEMANDED a tip before. worst experience ever and i will provide photos if need be. hopefully i dont get an infection :/crazy part is its nowhere even CLOSE to my nail?? read more

100000000% recommend it! Like all other reviewers have mentioned, the girls at Pink Sky are amazing! I've made a few appointments here for pedicure, dip, and gel x and I've been more than satisfied with the finished product each time. All of the nail techs that have helped me have been pleasant, professional, and nice. They are also very accommodating considering they are always booked (and rightfully so since they are the best). This was my first time at Pink Sky Salon (3 weeks ago) and this has instantly become my new go-to place for my nails! First of, they were extremely accommodating and despite running very late for my appointment, they still took me in same day! I got gel-x/builder gel for the first time and Jessica did not disappoint. She she a phenomenal job with my hands. I showed her a pintrest image and she nailed it...literally! As for my gel pedicure...Vanessa was equally amazing! She took her time and was gentle yet thorough, especially when cleaning around the cuticles. So I had to come back today because two of my nails came off and one was loose. (To be fair my tech told me gel x was more sensitive and you had to take more care of of them then acrylics but of course I decided to still garden, clean and go to the gym like I had no nails on lol) I called her to get them fixed and she fit me in before my flight to NY this Thursday. We were happy that they were able to fit both of us in on a Friday afternoon. The price for a pedicure spa, with nail paint and callous scrub is $35. Love coming here to get my pedicure done. The girls are are quick to respond to my text messages requesting an appointment. When a sooner day/time opens up, they let you know so you have the option to change it. They're all welcoming and listen to your requests. My pedicure with gel takes about 30 minutes so no time is wasted from the moment I get there to when I walk out of the door. For this reason, I like that it's by appointment only. read more

I had a great experience here at this salon I made an appointment and got taken in right away they are organized and make sure they are thorough when completing services. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and a gelx full set and it was under $ 100 which is very reasonable. Natalie was gentle and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. I would've completely understood if they said no, but the guy told me yes. Great! I arrived literally a couple minutes later, and a really sweet lady started on my pedicure which was great, and she's the only reason I gave the place 2 stars instead of 1. Then another nice lady started removing my old Gel-X. I asked the two ladies again if they were sure they had time for the full Gel-X set, because part of me was considering just doing a basic gel manicure after getting my old Gel-X removed, just to be out of there quicker. They both assured me that YES, they had time for the full set. I thought, that's really nice of them--I'll tip well. Well apparently a third nail tech, who was working on someone else's manicure, would be the one to do my Gel-X set, but needed to finish up with her current client. Once she did, she came over, visibly frustrated that she had to do another service. I understood she was probably tired, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and showed her nothing but politeness the entire time. What was not okay was her overall demeanor and how poor of a manicure she gave me--I'm still a paying customer and I would've tipped her extra had she provided better quality service. First off, she had no patience for my Erb's Palsy in my right arm that has very little range of motion (i.e. can't turn my hand over on its own without using my other hand to force it, and can't bend my arm back far at all without my elbow sticking out in a weird way) because it made it difficult to hold my finger directly under the little overhead UV lamp she set up. Pretty much every manicurist I've ever had has not had a problem with my condition and it has not slowed down their speed of service in any way. It just caused a minor inconvenience for her because she couldn't force my hand to be at the perfect angle, which only added to her frustration. Aside from that, she filed my nails so quickly and carelessly after she got the Gel-X on. I had to ask her to soften the corners of the nails (square shape) so they weren't so sharp, because obviously she had no intention of doing that, and she sort of quickly filed the corners for a couple seconds each, still leaving them sharp and shaped almost like those ugly duck nails from 2010. Then I had to ask her to please cut away some of the dead skin on my cuticles because she had no intention of cleaning them up at all either. She didn't say yes or no, just stayed silent and pissed off and cut away at like 4 of my dead cuticles, and they still looked like shit. She didn't bother putting a base coat under the color gel polish, and I have little bubbles on one of the nails where the powder debris from her drilling the Gel-X nails got trapped under the polish. Not even some lotion on my hands after they sat in freakin acetone for like 15 minutes earlier during the Gel-X removal, and never asked me to wash my hands. Just wanted me the f out of there. The way I can describe her overall energy was like you could practically hear her cussing me out in her head. Here's the thing--next time you're going to be pissed off about a client being in the salon past closing time, simply say that you don't have time. Don't say yes--not once, but twice--and then punish the client with poor service and a bad attitude. It's not my fault the owner agreed take me in, nor was it in my control that the nail tech had to finish up with her client before getting started on my manicure. I could've just gone somewhere else nearby that closed later but had lower Yelp ratings and gotten the same quality of manicure but at least with better customer service.

All the nails look different when they're supposed to match, the silver is way too thick, and there's uneven glitter (one nail even looks almost fully covered in silver). It also felt rushed since they were closing. At this point, it's just not worth it. I won't be going back.

Tucked away like a quiet secret, this nail salon is a true hidden gem. From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine kindness, every staff member was warm, attentive, and welcoming. Our appointments were honored right on time. The quality of the work was exceptional. The pricing is more than reasonable, especially for the level of service and results, making it a place you actually look forward to returning to, not just a one time visit. I was able to get a last-minute appointment on Tuesday around 3 PM thanks to a cancellation. I usually go for a classic regular pedicure with gel polish, and the lady who took care of me did a really good job. She was quick, efficient, and especially thorough with cleaning--she really took the time to remove all the dead skin, which I appreciated. The salon itself is clean and well-kept. The only thing I think could be improved is the polish application--it was applied a bit farther from my cuticles than I prefer, so it might not last as long. But overall, the experience was great. I'll definitely be back and happy to support them again. read more

I've been going to pink sky nails and spa for about 7 months now And since that day I never went to another nail salon. Jessica and Vanessa are very great. I literally tell Jessica do what you want to my nails and she never fails me they always come out perfect and she doesn't over charge. She cares about her clients. Vanessa is amazing she knows what you like every time you come in. They both are very excellent on what they do. First and foremost let me just start off by saying how wonderful Pink Sky Nails & Spa is ! Jessica and Vanessa are the best nail technicians I ever came across. They both give the best services to their regular clients & new clients. I myself personally would recommend everyone to give them a try, they never Disappoint Ever . I visited this establishment a couple of years ago, and I'm happy to report that the service is still amazing! I scheduled a same-day appointment for my daughter and me at 3 PM, and they took us right on time. They handled my daughter with such care, and even though she's young, they provided her with the detail and attention I wanted her to receive. Really wonderful service! They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in last minute. They are by appointment only so plan ahead as it is a small salon. Got a gel pedicure by Jessica and Gel X manicure by Natalie. It's my first time getting Gel X nails so have nothing to compare with but I'm very happy with how my nails look. Ricky and Andy1 always do me right and settle my anxiety with services. I take my mother here every 2-3 weeks for nails and pedicures. She needs the TLC that Lily gives her due to her nerve problems. I love spending my time and money here, it's more than worth it! That being said, it's disheartening when the overall wonderful vibe is dampened by the receptionist with the black hair. Lately our past few visits she's been abrasive with the guests and rude to the technicians. This past Saturday (7/25), towards the beginning of our pedicures, my mother and I witnessed her walk up to a woman with her feet already in the water and ask her to go up front to check in. She in turn had to walk with wet feet towards the front to put her phone number in. The confusing part of this interaction is why the receptionist didn't just ask for her number and check in for her, as another receptionist had done for me and my mother our first visit. Later into the appointment, after we had finished our pedicures, my mother and I were getting our nails done. My mother had booked multiple appointments back to back with Lily specifically due to the quality and care she uses with my mother and her pain sensitivities. The appointment started at 11:45, and Lily was able to start the nails earlier. At the same time, 2 lady's had walked in for pedicures. I heard the receptionist tell the ladies that it'd be a wait but to give her a min to see what she can do. She later comes back and has the 2 ladies sit at chairs and proceeded to tell Lily she had a pedicure waiting for her. My mother reminded the receptionist that she was in an appointment with Lily and she needed to finished her nails first. Throughout the appointment I heard the receptionist pestering Lily continuously asking when she will be finished. Unfortunately due to the pressure to hurry through the appointment my mother's thumb nails were not cured correctly. We noticed about 5 mins later at a store across the street. They were tacky, and originally we were just going to cure them a little longer when we got home, however the polish smeared as soon as my mother reached in her purse. When we got back to get her thumbs fixed, Lily was still in the middle of her service, and the receptionist told Katie to fix her nails. My mother rebutted, not wanting to make Katie do something she wasn't going to get paid for, as she wasn't the original technician. However, the receptionist persisted. We made sure to tip Katie for her time. Overall we absolutely come here and adore the technicians, however from personal experience and witnessing her interactions with others, the receptionist has made our calm peaceful salon, hostile and unwelcoming. I'd hate to have to look for a new salon, yet I might have to. Being a patron who comes so frequently with a second person and spends well over $200 per person every visit including a generous tip (I also work in a service field). A friendly attitude is necessary for the first face you see coming in, and continue to see throughout the service.

Helen does an incredible job and I've seen her twice. The staff is friendly. It's clean however I think the towels could be replaced. They look dirty because they are old. Also they don't do an amazing job with regular manis and pedis in terms of drying. They left me out to dry lol I just sat there when they were done and no one told me when to get up or anything. I ended up smudging my nails as soon as I got home. Not everyone is getting gel and since I'm pregnant I'm not going to but I feel like there should be some kind of dryer for me. Overall it's relaxing and nice but also not the best experience that I was hoping for.

After removing my existing nails with a drill and solution, she proceeded to put gel on my fingernails anyway. When I reminded her that I had specifically said no gel, her attitude changed and she became upset with me. The manicure itself was also poorly done. My nails were not properly filed, my hands were not soaked, and my cuticles were not properly cleaned up. The gel was uneven and the overall finish was sloppy. The photos speak for themselves. At the time, I was extremely tired. My husband was receiving treatment, and honestly, this was the only alone time I had to rest. I didn't realize how bad my nails looked until later. I even left a tip because I wasn't trying to cause a problem. When I picked up my husband, he saw my nails and told me I should go back and ask for my money back. We didn't have time for them to redo them because we had another appointment in Ontario. I also live in Corona, so coming back another day to have them fixed was not practical. To be fair, when I returned, they did offer to fix my nails, but I simply didn't have the time that day and couldn't reasonably make another trip back from Corona. I then asked for my money back. After going back and forth with the person at the front desk, I was only offered $5 back. I reluctantly accepted the $5 because at that point I didn't want to continue arguing over it. What disappointed me most was that I was very clear about what I wanted from the beginning, yet my instructions were not followed. I also don't feel the quality of the manicure justified what I paid. I understand that mistakes happen, and I acknowledge that they did offer to correct the work. However, when a customer has clearly communicated what they want and the service doesn't meet that expectation, there should be a better way of handling the situation. I'm leaving this review so others can see my experience and make their own decision. Unfortunately, I would not return.
