I was horrified at how sloppily and uneven my nails were painted by a guy it seemed like came off the street. I asked them to be redone since it was a special occasion until ultimately the owner looked at my hands and had to step in. Now, Meet Caleen. I wish I had known about this place sooner!! I had to get my ring resized so wanted a manicure again. She painfully worked with my now short, broken, stubby nails (resulting from the technique at the other salon) and turned them into presentable photogenic fingers!! I was treated as a client instead of just another number. She took her time to be very meticulous and precise. She is a true artist who cares about her quality work. She actually did my nails so they would look better as they grew out which is happening! It's been over a week and my polish hasn't chipped at all whereas before it was peeling off after a few days. I am beyond impressed and surprised that she even exists! I almost don't want to rave about this place too much so it stays a secret but she deserves to be acknowledged for providing such exceptional and individualized treatment. Thank you!!

I asked a hostess at a restaurant where she got her nails done and she recommended this place. I looked at the reviews and quickly picked up that while everyone seems capable and good - Lam is a fan favorite. I called and made an appointment for Lam and there was a bit of a wait but he was fast and good. So good that I went back today a couple weeks later and decided to try a new nail shape. He did great and kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay with this new major life change LOL I had a little bit of a wait the second time too but happy with the final product!

There is space between my natural nail and the extension leaving an opening for water to get trapped in. I honestly don't think they know what they're doing when it comes to gel x and they just say they do so they don't turn away customers. I've done gel x a few times at home and they were way better than what I received here. Save your money and go elsewhere, not worth it.

As someone who has come here for years, I made an appointment days in advance as I always do and requested the technician I enjoyed last time I had been there. I was told on the phone they didn't take any requests for specific people, but if they were available when I arrived I could see her. Fine, I get it. When I arrived, the technician I had wanted to request, Jessica, was available, and I asked politely if she could do my manicure and pedicure. I was told she wasn't available and again that they didn't take requests. BUT- I had arrived at the salon right before two other people who had "just called" to see if they could get pedicures. Jessica was told by her boss to go service those people even though I was getting the same exact service, they hadn't requested her or even seen her in the past and we were getting in the pedicure chairs at the same exact time. Really poor service and the manager was incredibly rude. I never write negative posts, I understand what they can do to a business and never want to have my mediocre experience potentially cause economic harm to hard working people. But the way that this management treats these hard working technicians and their customers is beyond comprehension. The technicians here are all lovely, I just had really enjoyed my past experience and wanted to replicate that. I may think again before coming back here due to the way I was treated.
