When my service finally started the lady asked if i picked my color, I hadn't because no one gave me any to look at. She rolled her eyes and went to grab them for me. She barely massaged me the entire pedicure, she didn't turn the water on till she cut my nails, I barely even soaked my feet. She just hit my leg everytime she wanted me to move to or from the water, no please or thank yous. No hospitality at all.
