My wife walked into this establishment to get her nails done. She called ahead and they said on the phone they could take her right away. Upon arriving she was ignored for 10 mins in and empty salon. She's an African American woman and when another customer, who was not black like her, arrived my wife was told she had to wait while they tended to her and her 2 daughters. When she protested about being passed over and being denied service, the man got very aggressive and said "Get out! I'm not helping you!!" It was startling and scary for her. This place was lovely! I'm a very picky person but I got exactly what I wanted and my nails look so pretty! The gentleman who did my manicure, which I assume is the owner, was very polite, helpful, and kind. If you are considering getting your nails done in the Falmouth area, definitely check this place out. My usual nail salon was closed on a Sunday so I came here. What a disappointment!! I waited at least 15 minutes while Kenny tended to some lighting issues that easily could have waited. He didn't even apologize as I just sat there waiting. He should have been fixing that in between customers, not when customers are waiting. The shop was dirty, the bathroom had water all over the floor and faucet was broken. The staff was basically silent, not particularly friendly and my nails came out mediocre. The price was $10 more than my usual shop down the street and the atmosphere and service doesn't justify the price. read more

My visit to this salon was very unpleasant. I went in for a full set of acrylics. Helen took off the old ones. When she asked what length/style I wanted, I replied 'oval not square' she then proceeded to lecture me on the 'correct ' term - "They are not 'oval' they are...couldn't understand her. Helen then informed me that because I wanted (not oval), the fee would be $40 not $30. I refused and asked her to stop working on my hands. She said, "It's $10 to remove the nails" I remarked that I wouldn't pay to get my nails removed. I've lived in Falmouth off and on for 40 + years, I cannot recommend this salon. read more

I came for a gel Pedicure. He didn't ev soak it off he went right in with the electric drill. He didnt even ask what shape I wanted or even I I wanted them cut. He didn't do my cuticles and the pain looks messy. read more

I am giving 2 stars instead of one because the girl that did my pedicure was very good. I then went to have a manicure with a different girl and obviously she was the owner because of her attitude and she was constantly taking reservations the entire time in between doing what she should. My nails are a mess- 2 days later the finish started coming off. They looked so embarrassing - I actually just took everything off and re-did everything myself. Back to the salon- at the end of my "manicure " she told me I had to be out in 5 mins - and I mean she said it just like that !!!! ok, they are adhering to Covid instructions as to how many people can be in there at once but they don't even have a dryer for your nails! I sat there hoping they would dry quickly... Silly stuff but I spent more than 60 dollars when I could do a better job myself. This was meant to be a treat for me after not going to a salon but it was anything but this. There are so many better places around .... DON'T go there. read more

One of the worst gel manicures I've ever had. EVER! Im here in Falmouth for the week because I had surgery On Monday and wanted to get my nails done. My moms client goes here. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I had an old French gel manicure on and they obviously needed to be soaked off.. well she filed down then put this thick ass tin foil, tiny bit of cotton and watered down acetone. Waited not even 5 minutes til she tried taking it off.. they wouldn't budge so she used the high powered nail file in and she still didn't get it off.. she just painted over it!!! Nails aren close to being shaped the way I wanted and No hand massage. AND the they went up $5 because of "the extra covid material " which is ridiculous to charge an extra $5 for supplies that maybe cost 10 a seat. I highly recommend you go to Purity.. they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! Sticking to my nail salon back home. Pfft read more

Great place. Ran in for a quick pedicure with two friends before a wedding. Called ahead to make sure they weren't too busy, which turned out to be a great idea. There was only one other customer when we arrived, but they had a sudden rush of about 8 other ladies by the time we left. They called in another lady to handle the rush and it seemed to work out. My pedicure was very relaxing, and 3 days later it still looks perfect. Prices were very reasonable, $12 manicures and $25 pedicures. read more

A disappointment. My nails were a mess when I arrived and they were a polished mess when I left. The woman did almost nothing to my cuticles except get polish on them. The part of the cuticle between the nail bed and the skin wasn't pushed back or removed so that the polish on top of it is bumpy and grainy. The place was full of what appeared to be regulars so perhaps the other nail techs are better but my experience was poor. read more
