My sister & I had appointments to get mani /pedis. We are quiet, polite - did nothing- but the manicurists were rolling eyes, snickering to each other after looking at our hands and toes. (There's nothing bad about them either). So rude, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. They rushed through them, did not do cuticles and no scrub or massage. First time there my mother in law had given me a gift card at Christmas. The place is a little small and very out dated appearance wise. Not the glamour spot some are use to. The big difference is my manicure, it is one of the best I have had in some time. I think if the place was a little prettier I would have given them five stars. They seem to follow good hygiene and that is important to me. In the cold and flu season I think a bottle of Anti bacterial gel out for customers to use would be nice. I've gotten bad manicures before but this one tops it. If you want your nails too look like a child did them than this is the place for you. This place is an unorganized disaster to say the least. I had three different women work on a gel manicure for me. They kept switching so they could sit and watch tv. May be the cause of my horrific manicure. The women next to me said that she was having the worst experience as well. Said she would never return either. Mid manicure I asked them if they could clean it up a little bit because it was smeared all over my cuticles and surrounding skin. They said they would fix it at the end... At the end of the manicure she "fixed" it and it looked worse than it was before and she had filed my skin causing cuts on my skin. I asked them to remove the polish because it was absolutely horrible. I would have been absolutely fine with paying for it because I did use there time and products. But she told me she was charging me for "wasting their time". Which completely infuriated me. All in all, top worst nail salon I have ever been too. read more

First let me say I am a licensed nail tech and I've worked in high-end spas, nail shops, and full service salons. I gave this shop 5 stars because I got exactly what I went in for, a full set of acrylics. They look good, price was decent, the latest polish colors and more, and I was a walk-in who got out in 35-minutes maybe less. I'm happy. Very happy. The negative reviews posted hear sound a little like the reviewers were looking for a real "spa experience." It's called a spa but it is not; it's a nail shop run by a young couple who have two children that are often in the shop. The kids were cute and smart and well-behaved and as a parent myself I have no complaints about them. Will you get a one hour private pampered pedicure soaking in rose petals? No, you'll get a decent pedicure in a nail salon. For a true spa experience you need to seek out a spa that specializes in the whole "experience" and charges more money. And no, you cannot put the tip on your credit card so bring enough cash for a decent tip. For those who have never opened a business such as this, I will tell you it's cheaper for the owner to have a no frills credit card system. It's not a big deal. And let me say from behind the table, they're good and fast and should be rewarded for that. In a tourist town members of the service industry often get stiffed on that end. Please don't be that person. If you want a good nail service, not expensive, and you just want to walk-in and out in short time then definitely this is your shop. read more

I got a manicure and my brows done here. For the manicure she put on 4 coats but did not make sure they were dried before she added another one. So after 10 min of drying the top coat seemed fine but it smudged bc the under coats weren't dry. When they did my brows they quickly rushed me over and began before I could even tell them how I would like my brows to be shaped. They are definitely thinner than I would have wanted. read more

This is by far the WORST nail salon I've been to in my entire life. The staff are rude. The place is outdated and dirty. Went in for a gel fill and stood around for 10 minutes before being put in a chair. Women who did my nails was not paying attention to what she was doing and was rushing the entire time. She answered the phone and got up mid-polish multiple times to help other people. In the end my nails were uneven and when I asked for them to fix it they said I would bleed and had me pay full price with no regard. Save ur money! Waste of time! read more

Great place to get a quick mani pedi on cape cod. Better than other places on Route 28. Nice staff, always been friendly to me. Very kind family runs it. Yes, a little outdated but this isn't a 'day spa', it's a nail salon. I've watched them clean on a regular basis, so it's clean but older. I gave this place two chances. The first time going my friend got a regular manicure and I got a full set, pedicure & eyebrows waxed. I don't know the name of the lady who did my friends nails but they came out very nice despite missing the top coat. Jenny did my pedicure and eyebrows, best experience for both I've had. The owner himself did my fullest last. They close at 7pm, we got there just after 5, by the time we got to my full set it was almost 630. He was clearly rushing and not personable at all. My nail lengths were uneven and he locked the door as we were leaving. Also he added a tip into the total. I'm more than happy to tip and I always tip but to have it automatically added in was irritating. Wasn't sure I was going to come back specifically because of him. We did end up going back 2 weeks later (8/24/18) because we enjoyed the other two girls we had and because they are the only salon I've found since moving locally in May that has a full wax service. On our second visit my friend got a full set and I got a fill, pedicure and bikini wax. I don't know the girls name who did my pedicure this time but she was very nice and did a decent job. Kim the other owner (married couple owns it) did my fill set and wax. She was very kind and personable. Did amazing on my nails. On the wax... let's start with she opened the door and left to grab things 2 or 3 times while I was lying on the table bottomless in the tiny room right in front of the door. She didn't trim the hair before waxing which I am accustomed to the salons doing if it's been a while between waxing (which it had). She made me hold and pull my own skin as she waxed, ruining my fresh nails. Then TMI I asked her to only leave a certain patch of hair in a triangle then remove the rest. She only removed the hair from the top and shaped the triangle but left the rest of the hair... also idk what she was doing wrong but the wax kept getting stuck when she was trying to remove it, making her have to pull a few times causing pain and irritation (even now 4 days later). It feels as if I have razor burn where she waxed, I have never had a worse experience both during and after. My tips for customers : Definitely go for pedicures, make sure you don't get the male owner for nails, ask for Jenny for eyebrows and just definitely DON'T get anything else waxed here. read more

The pedicure price was nice at $25 but the service was terrible. The entire staff was watching television while they worked. Seriously not paying any attention to what they were doing but watching tv. The woman working on my pedicure wore a scowl on her face the whole time and kept mumbling in a tone I couldn't even hear and would point her direction to me. When I sat under the fan for my toes to dry she left me sitting there waiting....until finally I asked if my nails were dry and she said "they've been dry." Then she was totally put out when I asked if someone could take my payment for the service and as a send off, she literally ripped the toe separater thing out from between my toes. I was amazed the polish was till in tact. I've never been treated so poorly and it was the first time in my life, I left no tip. Here's a tip for everyone...go somewhere else. read more

I have gone here several times and have received excellent friendly quick service. What I really like about them is their honesty. When you come in and ask how long until I can have a pedicure, they'll tell you the correct waiting time. I have gone to so many places that say 15 minutes and it's been a much longer wait, just so you don't leave and go somewhere else. read more

Well for a guy to review a nail salon is probably a first...I went there for my 1st time and to me price drives everything for me. That being said the ladies did a great job from what I know about a mani or pedi and I opted for both because of the price break in getting both. I had a better pedi cure before with more massaging of the legs for my diabetic neuropathy. My nails were done and after a week they still hold the shine of just being done. Awful. Worker's kids were running amok -- one even broke a polish bottle. Went in for a pedicure and had four yes four different people work on them. I bet two were unlicensed and probably the mother and daughter of staff members. At one point I noticed a human hair on my legs that came from the water. When I went on a weekday afternoon the place was busy. I can't comment on the pedicure but I went for a gel polish change. Not a manicure just a polish change. Their selection is decent but they didn't have any colors I wanted. In the end it looked like a kid had painted my nails. They looked sloppy and they charged me for a full gel manicure and didn't even apply lotion on my hands. If I had known I was paying for a gel manicure I would have just gotten one done. Plus the staff was not friendly at all. I'll try another place next time. read more
