I walked right in and was seated for a pedicure. The staff are really nice and the lady who did my pedicure was excellent. There wasn't any music playing which was nice but the tv was on which I enjoyed. I'd definitely come back here. The establishment is very clean and they use precautions for each pedicure tube. Perfect location off Burlington Road. Parking is a short walk to the front door. My daughter and I visited here at 545pm. The sign says they close at 9pm. I didn't know they changed their Saturday hours to close at 6pm. They accepted my daughter and I with no problem. Both of us received pedicures with no rush. They took their time - massaged - and did an outstanding pedicure for both of us. We are repeat customers and will always return to Sky Nails. read more

Pedicure a few weeks ago the girl broke my toe nail off right across the middle and glued it then painted over it- had been going there for about 6-7 years and called and left msg after it happened- no call back then this week it started raising up so I went and asked them to cut it and the manager was cutting it and said I had broke it - I had not and don't appreciate someone trying to put their employees mistake off on me so I will not spend $50 for a pedicure there anymore. read more

Second time coming here. This time I only came for a pedicure. They didn't really offer any special pedicure package unless you tell them. I got there around 3P and the pedicure stations were pretty busy. There was a lady already waiting a while because she asked for more warm and was getting kinda anxious. I didn't mind the wait (around 30 mins) because I was enjoying the massage chair. Once I got my nail tech, she didn't rush her job and I felt relaxed. She did a good Gel polish pedi. It's ear my house so if I ever need a me time moment, I would go again. If you're not into waiting or small locations, don't go. The staff has been friendly both times and initiate conversations with you and based on three customers that were there in the time I was there, the staff likes to get to know you because they had personable convos with them. read more

Came in for a pedicure and was immediately seated in a chair once I picked my color from a small selection. They did not use the plastic lining in the bowl, which I feel is standard nowadays. They didn't offer different options, so I assume I just got the basic pedi, which was $25. The pedi included: cuticle remover, nail trim, nail file, lemon scrub, lotion, and polish. The scrub and lotion was okay but nothing to rave about. There was about 5 minutes when the lady got up to help someone else and I just sat there enjoying the massage chair. She did a good job polishing my toes. I probably will not be back here for a pedicure. read more

I just went for a pedicure. They didn't have the plastic bowl liners which I think is are standard these days. The tools weren't in the little plastic sterilize bags. I question the cleanliness. The young lady who did my pedicure was nice and did a good job. The file used on my nails was definitely being shared. I don't think I'll return. read more

I had came here a few times and I started becoming a regular customer .. i stopped going for a few weeks and I went yesterday for a FILL IN .. I had a broken nail also .. I see that one of my nails are way to long and I told her and she says " too late now, I'm gonna have to file it's too much work ... next time ok " I was like wowwww and I had to pay 40 dollars for a regular fill in which is 15 plus gel 25 .. At most 30 .. when I get a FULL SET from somewhere else i pay 35 .. isn't a fill in suppose to be cheaper ??? I had an appointment 3 days prior to when I needed my service. It consisted of 3 pedicures for my girlfriends and I. We got there and we put in the chairs right away. Well they only did one at a time. So we had to watch each other get pedicures. After sitting in the chair for 5 minutes the water was cold. And the worse part is my feet are rougher than when I went in there. There costumer service skills will also vey poor, with rude reactions to questions and if you loved just alittle. I will not be going back. It may be a little cheaper than other places but the quality was poor. read more

This place is horrible!! My mother, a friend and I came in one night and got pedis and a full set of acrylic nails and all three ladies were so rude. (Maybe bc they were ready to go, but still.) the lady that did my pedicure didn't let my feet soak, massage them or anything. Then did my nails and ignored anything I requested. For one my nails are way too long, she said no, short nails are ugly. Also, the acrylic is on my cuticles and they hurt!! They filed my skin and cut me multiple times, She seen me bleeding and just told me to wash my hands. On top of all that, they didn't even paint our nails the colors we picked out. I had a small window of time to get a manicure before a wedding I was going to, and I called Sky Nails and made an appointment for 1:30. I waited at the salon for a while as they were finishing up with other customers, and finally asked how long it would be, and they said another 10 minutes - meaning that my manicure wouldn't even start until after 2 pm, which meant I would be late to the wedding, so I had to leave. I don't understand why they said they could take me at 1:30 if they couldn't, and then I could have made an appointment elsewhere. Maybe if I had stayed I would have had a nice manicure, but I can only comment on my experience, which is don't go here if you are short on time. read more

My daughter and I went for a girls night out. This was our first and last trip! We walked in at 6:38 pm. The door says they close at 8. We wanted sns nails and a pedicure. That was the fastest pedicure I have ever had. There was hardly any sanding of my feet. The whole time we were in there it was not busy. There were 3 technicians, they were constantly talking to each other in their language, and were not very friendly towards us. I should have left them, but was really looking forward to a relaxing night. The other tech left about 7 and the door was locked. While we were getting our nails done there were several people who came to the door but were turned away. My daughters tech even called her husband a little after 7 explaining why she wasn't home yet. We were hardly spoken to. We tried making conversation but were ignored. The only good part of this night was we went to Osaka next door for supper afterwards and had exceptional service and food. Maybe they need to teach the nail salon how it's done! read more

Awful job, do not go here! I only went here because my nail salon was closed and I should've waited. The guy that did my nails left my old SNS all over my hands and didn't clean it up and did a very sloppy job. How sad! My daughter was so excited that she was going to get her nails done (just got her first job). She said she asked for acrylic nails but the technician gave her tips (which was more). Her nails looked so average it was a HUGE waste of her $30. she is so disappointed as well as the ladies who saw her nails when she returned home. Heather is the best by far, she takes her time and actually cares about what your nails look like after she finishes. I went there today and had horrible service from one of the younger girls. She doesn't take her time she rushes her filing is awful my nails are uneven and rough. She is probably the worst I've ever seen. I've gone to this salon multiple times most of my visits I've gotten heather and I love her I leave satisfied. Any other person I've gotten isn't the best, but today it was just god awful.
