I can't believe that this nail salon has been in this location for 7 years now, and I'm just now checking it out! Especially when it's conveniently located right around the corner from my house. With a wedding this upcoming weekend, I was in prep mode and desperately needed a pedicure, so I popped in on a Wednesday afternoon at 5:30pm. It's super easy to check in with your phone number, and I did not have to wait before I was seated for my pedicure. There's tons of pedicure chairs and manicure tables, so this would be a great option for a place to take your friends for some communal self-care. After perusing the pedicure menu, I decided on getting a Deluxe pedicure with regular polish in a dark forest green color to match my dress. I always find that gel polish destroys my nails, so I tend to avoid it. My skin is also very dry, so I treat myself to a parrafin foot wax when it's an option. For $60 I felt like the service was outstanding. Where I have felt at other places I'm usually rushed through the service in an hour, my nail tech definitely took great care of me at Revamp. It seemed like the most amount of time anyone has ever spent on massaging my feet and legs. There was also a complimentary drink included if you felt so inclined. On the drink menu, they had all the typical wine options, but they also had a cocktail list which is unusual. I kicked back with a generous pour of white wine and chuckled that it was served in a margarita glass. Another unique thing I wanted to note is that the massage chair didn't have any timer options, which I actually liked. It seemed like it lasted much longer than chairs at other salons that cut off after 30 minutes and have to be turned back on. After my service was done, I put my feet under the drying lights for 10 minutes as instructed. I appreciated that my nail tech told me a specific time because I never know how long is long enough. I could have stayed longer for my toes to dry a little bit more, but I had a tennis match to get to! I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I'm looking for a more relaxed pace for a pedicure. read more

Made an appointment online because unfortunately my last pedicure before I moved here left my feet needing more. Scheduling an appointment online was easy. Once I arrived I was greeted, when I told the lady at the front it was my first time there she showed me the check-in process which was a simple phone number check-in. The woman who did my pedicure sat me down right away. I got their jelly pedicure. I'm not a talker when I get pedicures so I appreciate the quiet comfortable atmosphere of the woman who did my toes. She clipped my toes to a perfect length scrubbed and massaged them my feet feel like heaven now compared to how they were left from the last shop (less than two weeks from my last appointment). I like the vibe of this shop a lot I will probably make an appointment for my nails to test them out but I will definitely be a regular for pedicures here. read more

This is by far my favorite nail salon ever. They have consistently been a quality spot for years. I hadn't been to their expanded location, and it is great to see how full their larger space is. Best pedicure ever, truly. They have an incredible array of polish types, colors, & styles. They seem to offer all the popular nail design trends. This place did a horrible job. the man who did my nails didn't prep my cuticles but I didn't even notice until after he had already put all the acrylic on every nail and it dried. I kept having to tell him to shape the nails because he was making some nails pointer than others. They also came out so thick and bulky. I paid $70 for this set... and I feel very cheated and let down because to me this set DOES NOT look worth $70 at all... never coming here again. read more

I had one of the best Mani/pedis in the longest time. My nail tech was so kind and paid close attention to detail. She took her time massaging my hands and legs and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The only reason I took away a star is because the salon is very cluttered with supplies. It took away from the experience being so messy. Also, they didn't have too many colors available in regular polish so I had to settle. I would definitely recommend it! read more

Beautiful salon, not so beautiful price. This set was 70 ish dollars, 80 with tip. They up-charge you for shape and a additional charge for French tip. I have never been to a salon that charges you extra. However, their service is great. They are quick and my nail artist was attentive to detail and I could tell she cared about my nails. If you don't mind the up charge then I would highly recommend this nail salon. I do understand that some salons have to increase their prices, that's the only downfall of this salon. I made an appointment for 12 to get a fill in. The shop was very busy when I got there but the tech that was supposed to do my nails was just finishing up with another customer. I expected to be here next customer wince it was a little after 12. This would have been perfect. But it didn't happen. She cleaned up her station the proceeded to start on another customer. That meant it was going to be another 40 minutes to an hour for my service. I'm wasn't going to sit and wait that long when I had made an appointment. What's the use of taking appointments if they aren't going to be kept. Very disappointed. read more

The service is awful and the customer service is even worse. Repeatedly told nail tech the colors were not what I wanted. The nails weren't fully painted and the shape is awful. She never offered to change them and lied when I came back stating she did. Didn't even bother to put a top coat on the left hand. Had to leave and came back same day to have corrected and was refused service. Arrived an hour and a half before closing time and was told they were all booked up but have taken walk-ins since I walked out the door. This is the same place that will take walk-ins 15 minutes before closing to make a buck (witnessed this on multiple occasions) but refusing to fix what they messed up, even when I offered to pay. A nail broke getting into my car ( same day I got them done) Been coming here almost 4 years but I will NEVER step foot back in here. This nail salon is the most beautiful salon I've been to. Not only is it beautiful, but it is also very clean. The seating is comfy and the massage chairs are wonderful. I've been here three times and each time I was treated very well. They really do take care of their clients and make you feel special. The first time I went I got a pedicure. She took her time and I never felt rushed. They offer an abundance of "herbal spa" choices which can be seen on the back wall when you walk in. The second and third time I went I got an SNS manicure. I was talking to Katherine, who is the owner's daughter, and she said they have over 700 SNS colors. What's nice is that they are very organized and have a regular polish to match the SNS colors. They also have add-ons like gold flakes and holo. Their prices are very fair and comparable to other salons in the area. Overall, this place is amazing and I highly recommend it. This place is not very good. The atmosphere was nice but there was not a single customer in there the entire time I was...which I have never seen at a salon before. The girl was very nice and spent a good bit of time on my nails which makes it even more shocking that the quality was so poor. She even redid 2 nails on each hand before finishing. I went in for a fill in and gel polish over longer, well shaped nails and came out with thick acrylic, goopy polish, and short fat nails. You can even see spots where parts of my nails are missing the top coat. If I was one to ask for my money back, I would because this was a waste of $40. I got my nails done 8/20 and it has not even been a week and I am having to go somewhere else to have them fixed because they are breaking/chipping, and just look so terrible! read more

This nail salon is the best in Greensboro. Even though there were customers while I was there but the ambiance is still kept the same; peaceful and quiet with good background music. I got the herbal pedicure and it was so relaxing. I did not get SNS but they have such great collection of powder. The staff are very detailed oriented and takes their time with their work. Will not honor your coupon. I want to give credit where credit is due. I have visited this salon three times. I live on the other side of town but drive the 20 minutes because the service is good. Today was no different until it came time to use my birthday coupon for 10% off. The coupon expired on 4/25/23 (today). When I presented the text message showing the coupon, I was told it had already expired, and nothing could be done about this because the system was not showing the coupon. After a good 10 minutes or more of back and forth, they finally gave me the 10% discount. I let them know that I would pay for the service that I received because I was satisfied; however, that was bad business practice to just say, "oh well, the system is not showing it and the office closed at 5:00." Something similar happened to a friend of mine in February, but she was told the system was new. I will return to give the gentleman who serviced me today a cash tip, but sadly, I don't know that I will return for service. read more

Molina is one of the best people I've had the chance of doing my nails. I really love how clean the place is and it is always a nice vibe. I love going there and I live a little far away from their location but I definitely think that it is worth the drive. I usually get SNS with tips and a medium length which is around $55 w/o the tip. Went in without an appointment and asked for a pedicure and acrylic fill-in. Was sat in a chair and the water was started for me to soak my feet so I assumed that someone was going to be with me shortly to begin my pedicure. I was not given a wait time and sat with my feet in the water waiting for an hour and the water was completely cold by the time someone was able to begin my pedicure. If I had been told I would have to wait for an hour to begin I would have simply said okay I'll come back another time, but there wasn't even time for my fingernails to be done by the time my pedicure was finished. It took two hours total for me to get their basic pedicure with regular polish. I was previously warned by a friend that this salon only has a goal of getting people in the door so they're stuck there and try to get their business anyway even if they're understaffed to handle it. I decided to give them a try anyways. If they would have been honest about the wait time I would have been much more understanding and come back another time, but considering they just wanted to get me in the door without concern for the actual experience I would have I will not be returning. I do not recommend this salon unless you have ample time to wait and be sure to ask how long your wait will be or they will leave you hanging. read more

Nice folks! I loved Zen Spa but am not disappointed with the new ownership. I couldn't be happier!!!!!I had the gel pedicure. It felt like my feet were actually soaking in Aloe. Awwwwww it was so relaxing. It was enjoyable with an huge emphasis on customer happiness, relaxation and appreciation. They have 700 colors from which to choose. Katherine is an avid work traveler and loves to cook, great conversationalist. English seems to be a 1st language here. . Danny was so gentle and did a fantastic job definitely one of the best ever. Ask for him. The Gelly Peddy. IT comes with exceptional soak, parafin and hot massage. . I am so happy that I can continue with the same convenient location and still have APLUS PLUS SERVICE. They also wax. FTR, They have a special room for waxing those "private areas". Additionally Vernon Ward is coming in the keep his ingrown toenail under control for golf.
