We had a party room reserved and a coordinator is assigned to assist with handling wristbands, socks for all your guests who will be jumping, and anything else you need. She was sweet, but also late. Notwithstanding all the kids had lots of fun. We had the room for 2 hours, which might seem short but was ample enough to have the kids eat pizza, sing Happy Birthday and have cake. Nearly everyone was out jumping or running around having a great time, even well after the party room reservation was over. My granddaughter said it was "the best birthday ever!" It only took a few minutes during the ride home and she was fast asleep. I only gave it a four star rating because the A/C was on and off throughout the entire time we were there. It was crowded, so needless to say it was stuffy and almost hard to breathe. Notwithstanding, I'd highly recommend this place to everyone, especially if you have little ones that need to burn off some energy.

While watching people get pissed off cause they kept getting sent to fill out waiver, I know that I had filled one out about 2 weeks before so I should be good. Well after 45 minutes of waiting in line I get told we are sorry put computers cleared everyone's waivers and elyou will have to go and fill out a new one and waitnall over again in the 45 minute line. The one I'm mad at is the owners and manager of the place knowing that all the waivers got wiped they should have posted it on their Facebook page at Least so people didn't wait in like to only get turned around.
