ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. I almost never leave negative reviews. I am not a complainer, or someone who likes to make a fuss. So, the fact that this experience was *this bad* should tell you something. We checked the website and decided to do the unlimited jump and laser tag package for our 3 kids. When we arrived the place was absolutely dead, which should have been our first warning sign that this was not worth the money. The prices on the website were also inaccurate, and they told us they "needed to update it." We asked for 2 hours of time, only to find that the arcade and games were shut off, there was nobody here to play laser tag with, and that the skating and the nicer inflatable jumping section aren't included either. Additionally, the facilities were old, dilapidated, and run down. Something even dripped on my leg from the ceiling. We went to ask to have our time brought back from 2 hours to 1, and we were told that they didn't do any kind of reduction in time, even though we'd only been at the place for 30 minutes. When I mentioned that it was ridiculous that the attractions and games were turned off and that nobody was here to play laser tag with us, I was met with the reply of "well when you walked in you could have seen the games were off." The games are on the far side of the building, far away from the counter, and it's not a customer's job to investigate to make sure that a place is up and running before handing over money. I walked away and began this review, only to have an employee find me to come back to the front. The woman behind the counter called her general manager, and then allowed me to speak with her. When I got on the phone, I was very calm, and explained the situation. She began to talk very fast and shouted over me that they don't do refunds and that we don't pay for the games in our admission. I explained to her that having everything turned off and nobody to play laser tag with was still not what we paid for. She started to get even more agitated, and then offered to refund the "like 3 dollars" for laser tag, and then threatened to call the police. I have no idea why. I just laughed and dropped the phone back on the counter and walked away, as she continued to yell. As I type this, it appears that two employees are hiding under a table in an abandoned dining area, and everyone working here appears to know they work in a dump. This was, by far, the worst waste of money we've spent in years, and the only positive thing to come from this experience was the ability to write this review to warn others not to come here. Our party started at 7:00 PM, and when we arrived, the tables were incredibly dirty. We arrived 15 minutes early, fully understanding that other parties were taking place, so we waited. However, by 7:15 PM, the tables still hadn't been cleaned. We spoke to our "host," who responded with an attitude and claimed it wasn't her fault. We even offered to help, but that didn't seem to make a difference. We then ordered pizzas, and we were told that they would take 30-45 minutes. By 9:00 PM, we still hadn't received them because our order had been forgotten. When we spoke to the people in charge, they were incredibly disrespectful. All of our guests commented that it looked like the staff member was ready to start a confrontation rather than resolve the issue. This location also has a skating rink, don't let it fool you. The only reasons this gets one start is because Google won't let me rate it any lower. This was a dismal experience and a deplorable place to skate. I am an artistic roller skater and I am currently traveling for the Holidays. I was simply looking for a place to skate and practice my skills. When I first get there, it was fine. The (very small) rink was nearly empty and I was doing my thing. Then, one of the skate guards comes up to me and says that I cannot use the middle only the sides and I must only skate in the regular skating direction. She also says that this is a "new rule." I have been skating for many years and I understand that this is for safety when the rink is crowded. However, the rink was nearly empty. These rules need to be DISCLOSED prior to people skating. I drove an HOUR from my mom's house in Palmview just to skate and this was an excruciating disappointment. I can guarantee you that I WILL NEVER recommend this place to any member of the public and will make sure EVERYONE in my professional skating network knows of this experience and does not skate here. read more

You tell me - Is this " top notch customer service" to quote the valley business report about business owners Frances and Shane Thrailkill? I booked a birthday party at the Harlingen Xtreme Jump; 5 minutes later I discover by my own questioning they double booked me.......they already had a party reserved for that " popular " location( the only tables close to main area). Hey, honest mistake, overlooked a booking ........don't have that table/time slot, for that day or prior day.... your mistake, refund my deposit....... Oh WE don't REFUND. WHAT?! It's your mistake! Yes, I understand, but that's the policy. Let me check with the manager......(days pass) let me check with the owner ummmm Eric.. (Eric who has no last name) never talked to him. They totally skirted around who was in charge at the San Benito locale. I had to call them since Harlingen is doing so well, its closed MON thru THURS. They offered to throw out some additional tables, move things around and " accomodate me" . Accomodate me?? Just do the right thing Frances..... is this the owner... not sure... but she has yet to call.. Do you think they'll deliver top notch customer service in the END and refund the money? ?Party is in two days.... THey can't afford another bad review. Insane waste of money. Do NOT come here it is a dump. Not only is the place very old and run down. Its prices somehow kept up with the times unlike the place itself.
