Carlos and Francisco come out to clean our roof and gutters and wash our entire house. They did a wonderful job, and my house looks brand new again! We did have a small "glitch," in communication at first, because I did not inform them that our water source is a well, and it slows way down in water production in late summer. They had to return 2 days later to finish the job, but this time, they brought extra water, and everything is clean and sparkling! I called for an estimate on gutter cleaning. They said they would have to come out because they don't do over-the-phone estimates. Since I have locks on my back gates, they said I would have to be there for the estimate. The only time they could do it was the middle of the day. I juggled a few things, called them back, and set it up. On the day of, they never showed. I called back and they said I wasn't in their system. What??? I read back everything they said to me previously, and the operator said "Yes, that's us. We can schedule your estimate for next week." I asked why I would trust them to schedule another time when they couldn't honor the first one? She said she'd call me back in five minutes. I'm still waiting on the call. I had a great experience with Sky Power Wash! Justin provided a wonderful customer experience throughout the process as well as a great cleaning. The Sky Power Wash website was great as it had a services menu and gave you an estimate on those services. I had a question about some of the services (roof, gutter, concrete, siding) so Justin made the effort to provide an in-person walkaround and estimate to explain. Justin was very easy to work and communicate with. After meeting him, it was easy to trust that he'd do a great job too. I noticed the extra effort to do a great job. He was communicative about the status of the cleaning and did a walk-around with me. He mentioned that the extra pair of eyes helped him notice any little spots that needed a 2nd rinse. They did a good job on the roof and gutters! No complaints! However, the window washing was not as expected! They use "clear water" to rinse after scrubbing which leaves lots of water drops in the window. I was expecting more of the classic cleaning with being wiped clean. Not bad but not what I wanted or expected. They did show up on time as promised and the techs were very nice and polite. read more

WHO YA' GONNA' CALL? SKY POWER WASH Justin provided a great bid based upon his visit to our parents home a couple weeks ago. He was such a pleasant fellow and an honest person: skilled, knowledgeable, licensed, insured and bonded. I had initially called another competitor who posts allot of ads online and appears on all of the google searches, first. The reason I chose Justin is because he actually visited the home and took the time to go up on the roof and within the day, wrote a comprehensive bid. The competitor sat in his armchair and googled my house with an overview and provided an out of this world bid without even going to the site. Justin, if you are reading this, mahalo plenty, from my family in Hawaii. It is always difficult finding honest and hard working contractors anywhere. I was impressed that he was able to clean the fence really well without gouging the more sensitive areas that had become weak with mold and mildew. He does a great job.
