I usually do not comment on these boards because it is simply mediocre at times, but this bothered me, and I want to say this. If Sandra is your driver, then shame on her for attempting to tarnish the name of your business. However, the flip side is, if Sandra is not your driver, and she were to ever come here and see these posts, and that she's being blamed for them, your business has some serious legal liability on it's hands. If by chance this is a legitimate complaint, which it very well does seem to be, it is very poor business practice to try to sweep a legitimate customer complaint under the rug only to save your trousers. There is a chance it could very well be your driver, however there is a greater chance that this could very well be an upset customer. Let me be frank for a moment. I strongly doubt anyone would take time out of their lives to go to the extent of tarnishing a Taxi Company that honestly I have never heard of before. You guys don't really have enough of a reputation for that to really be a successful attempt. I came across you guys tonight because I was in an auto accident and needed a ride to the airport to rent a car. I have a company that I usually use, however I touched this company on my phone by mistake and ran into all of this childish bickering. It's very poor business and you will not be around long with responses like this. Good business is to error on the side of caution. Language barriers aren't a real complaint to some, but for a customer who is distressed, as I was earlier, it very well can be the weighing factor on rather or not to go with a certain company. You are welcomed to contact me, I can offer you some legal advice if you're unsure of the consequences. However, when I saw that you "terminated" a driver, I immediately knew this was dishonest. The average taxi driver is contracted, meaning that you cannot fire a driver because you could be responsible for termination fees, just as a driver would be if they terminate the contract prematurely. I sincerely hope for your sake that your former driver doesn't come on this site, otherwise you'd better have a good lawyer, or a very good liability insurance carrier. You're going to need it! You cannot make statements like that when you have no solid proof. If you terminated a driver's contract, for most drivers that's a godsend, because they don't have to pay rental fees, or an early termination fee. You have to use your brain in these situations and think, would this person really go this far. On another note, reaching out to this driver and giving them a chance to be honest usually solves a lot of problems. When you respect people, you get respect in return in most cases with logical people. However, this is simply bad business. The best way to respond would have been an apology, and an offer to see what you could do to fix the issue. Your company will fail very quickly if you do not learn to accomodate your customers. I've seen many companies in the Metro area change their names, but if you don't change your way of doing things, you will still fail. Food for thought! read more

Really Poor Experience. I called Sky Taxi to request a cab to take me to the airport, I should have probably used Uber like usual since they are usually much cheaper but saw they were running a special. The dispatcher (poor English) asked for my name and address, and then asked if I need the cab now or was reserving it for later. I told him I needed it asap and how long? He responded "25 minutes." Twenty minutes later I was standing on the sidewalk waiting. Half an hour goes by. Nothing. I called Sky Taxi to request an update on the ride. My previous dealings with their phone system have taught me that if you have a pending ride, the automated system will say so in order to avoid multiple calls. However, when I called the automated system did no such thing and instead I was transferred to a dispatcher. The dispatcher was not only extremely rude but utterly unhelpful. First I asked for a status update about my cab and the dispatcher was unwilling to give me an update. Finally after bickering back and forth for several minutes, the dispatcher finally said "let me see if the driver is still on his way." what? I ordered the cab, no cab picked me up, so why would the driver not be on his way? After being on hold for several minutes I was displeased to learn that the driver had "taken a bigger call" (the dispatcher's word, not mine). Meaning, the driver had decided to leave my ride without warning. He said that he could do nothing about this since they were independently contracted. When I asked the dispatcher why the driver would not have the decency to inform the call center the dispatcher responded by saying that the calls were controlled via a computer system and that the cab driver did not have to call to inform the call center that he was cancelling my ride. This would be fine except for the fact that no one at the call center attempted to send a new cab, or contact me to see if I still needed a ride (which, guess what, I did). When I pointed that out to the dispatcher, the response was "we don't do call outs." I politely requested another cab, told the dispatcher to rush it, and that I would not be canceling the ride. My cab showed up a few minutes later and I talked to the driver about it, who stated that the dispatch system did indeed get notice of a cancelled fare but that the dispatchers had a habit of doing nothing. The guy was better but he was unprofessional and spat out the window 4-5 x which made me uncomfortable. While the drivers for Sky Taxi seem decent enough the actual "Customer Service" people and all of the dispatchers are unprofessional lazy and incompetent. Don't waste your time or money. Their is a reason many of their good reviews are fake, the owner has been known to ignore complaints and just posts fake good reviews which misled me. I should have investigated myself more. Would give this zero stars if it were possible. The service was beyond poor and it was entirely the companies fault ordering an incorrect vehicle and failing to rectify this. read more

the owners and drivers of sky taxi service have unbelievable customer service...the most professional and kind and generous taxi drivers i have EVER experienced riding with...there taxi service is runned like the car services for corporate companies. i have used taxi services in and out of the united states and i have never come across a taxi serivce that was run with this type of professionalism. you will never get into a dirty cab...the atmosphere in the cabs are so pleasant...you are treated as if it is your own private car service and the drivers are so personable...i am made to feel like i am more than a fare. i have been riding with sky for close to a year and anytime i call they go beyond the call of duty to get me to and from my destination on time. where do you find a taxi service where you a re member and there are perks that come with that!!! my need of taxi service will always be with sky taxi (rosanne and michael) an i do and will always recommend them to everyone i meet!!! read more

I have used ski taxi several times now and have never had a bad experience. The first time I used ski taxi they arrived at my apartment within five minutes after my call. I had an interview to go to and they got me to my destination in record time, removing a lot of the anxiety and stress from me. Due to the fact that I was so nervous about my interview I actually left my keys in the taxi. The gentleman who was my driver came back to find me and bring me my keys and return them to me, now that is exceptional service! I have tried to use other cab services in the Roswell, GA area and I have not found another cab company that is cheaper, more expedient, or professional. SKi taxi is the best taxi service in the area, and the one to choose. read more

I felt bad for leaving a negative comment, so I decided to call the business to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves because I needed a ride to therapy, and all I got was the voicemail. Then I came on here to rate a restaurant, and saw on here that they are lying about my experience to make themselves look better. Complete Disgrace. I called a friend of mine and found out the driver they're speaking of is a male. I have throat cancer, and it has drastically damaged my voice, to say that I'm a man is insensitive and disgraceful. Out of Towners so we were apprehensive about ordering a taxi for very early morning pickup to the airport. We shouldn't have been! Called in for pickup the night before - polite gentleman on the phone who patiently repeated our address back to me to help assure me they would show up. Amazingly ON TIME service. Large, clean, newer model car drove up right at the appointed time. Very nice driver, helped put luggage in trunk, played music softly in background, and most importantly - got us to the airport with time to spare. Very unprofessional attitude from a smaller taxi company in Roswell. The driver I had was on the phonae (not safety) and a few minutes late. I had an appointment to go to the airport and was not happy to be pushing it. The cab was an old van that was dirty and (could use some upgrades) would rate overall ride as not what I expected. The driver man has a little bit of an attitude and does not understand how the customer first and accommodations should be met especially with a long trip and big tip ahead. I wouldn't recommend, especially if you are in a hurry to go on a trip. read more

Very friendly and accommodating. I was right outside Roswell city limits in Woodstock and they came and got me anyways. They called me when they were near and told me my taxi would be there in 30 seconds which was a nice touch. And of course right on time. Loved the fact that it was a nice Mercedes they picked me up in too! It was very clean and there was even a stack of magazines to look at while riding. I called this company, spoke with a puerto rican girl and asked for a cab to come pick me up. They never came. I had to call futura. Car was small, but at least they showed up. read more
