Zero stars! I called this company seeking information about a vehicle that I saw recently being driven by a dangerous and reckless taxi driver. The person who answered the phone (I assume it was the dispatcher) was curt, rude and uncooperative when I attempted to provide him with the vehicle make and model, fleet number and GA license plate. I called back and asked to speak to the general manager. I was placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Why would any consumer put up with this brand of nonsense when Uber or Lyft is just a phone call away? Both competitors offer better service at a better price. That translates into superior value. Don't waste your time and money on these jokers. read more

Called the night before for a 5am pickup from hotel to ATL and we were outside at 4:50am. At 5:03 am I got a text in Spanish that the Taxi #40 was waiting outside of hotel entrance. There was no taxi anywhere in sight so I confirmed our hotel pick-up address. At 5:09 am, Morelia texted cab is still waiting outside our hotel, I texted back we do not see it. At 5:12 am, received text that the cab is "waqiting in another address that you send..." 5:13 am I texted how much longer until taxi arrives? 5:20 am response "We do not manage that area actually, sorry for that but there are no cabs available to go there." Between each text, I tried calling the 2 numbers from area codes 330 and 954, but no answer. We were able to join another couple leaving in an Uber that got us to the airport (barely) in time. I let our fellow travelers know of the fiasco of using Morelia. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. It was the worst experience and as seniors traveling, it was a nightmare. I have been using Morelia for over 4 years, I use them at least twice every 2 weeks or so. On occasion I get the weird characters as my driver. Recent was Cab#032, white guy with a handicap sign, he love to fight and argue with me, I tell him that the road is going to become right turn only so we need to move one lane over to the left, then he said he doesn't believe I'm right, and he insisted on staying in the lane REALLY? (I said to him he that he is the driver after all, so if you think I'm wrong you have the say), but when we reached the "right turn only" sign I told him I told you so... next I asked him to turn left at Crabapple, we were at the traffic light and he should be moving over to the left turn lane, I asked him if he is turning left at Crabapple? he said we are not at Crabapple, I had to pretty much raise my voice " THIS IS CRABAPPLE MOVE OVER!!!" I had to force him to move over, he said "Oh, I didn't see the sign" at least admit to me and apologize to me that he was wrong, but no he just will not apologize. REALLY? I told him that he needs to listen to his customer, trust his customer, in return he said "customers are mostly never right, so I don't listen to them"... REALLY??? I asked him at the entrance of my subdivision, don't want him to know where I live, although it was very upsetting experience I gave him a 22% tip, he totally ignored me and waited for me to get out and he left... not even a thank you or apology to his actions? REALLY? If he wants a repeat customer, he better use his seat belt and stop using his smart phone while driving, I was told by my truck driver friend that if he gets pulled over while playing on the phone while driving his fine is quite hefty, I hope he know that. Needless to say I called dispatch to blacklist Cab#032 for my future trips. In General Molelia's customer service is excellent and friendly, but weird character like the driver of Cab#032 makes the company look bad. read more

Well I sure hope my 5 star review won't curse me the next time I call a cab and have to wait a long time. I've called 3 times, THREE. I even called New Year's Eve and the lady said they were so busy she could not give me an estimated wait time... and they STILL showed up in 5 minutes. ALL 3 TIMES! Now that's awesome! Granted, I live in the same zip code, but damn, they're good! I have no complaints, they always come super fast! They are my only choice for sure! read more

The driver was very rude!! It was taxi #22! He was trying to go a whole different route and we suggested a new one to go easier! He was snappy with an attitude problem. He is definitely not a people's person!! Oh and let's not forget I was only half way in the car and he was pulling off like that could have been a horrible accident. this company is all about picking people up and seeing how fast they can do things. yes they do drop u off and pick u up and charge under 10 bucks sometimes but when u do things like cancelling, they will treat u so bad like they did me. i still want my apolgy from this company. if this company was so smart, they would contact me like right now and stop thinking about themselves and there fast little bucks. read more

Great service! My husband was in a pinch. He needed to take a cab to the Amtrak station. I am not used to driving in the area near the Amtrak so he didn't want me to do so in the heavy traffic.... and he didn't want to drive his car. We called a couple of other taxi's before but none showed up, one even told us that the traffic was too heavy..to phone another company. We remembered seeing the Morelia Taxi's in our area before but have never had to use a cab. We found the number online and phoned. The woman who answered the phone was very nice. The traffic was awful but the driver made it here quickly. He also knew his way around the streets to the Amtrak station..avoiding traffic. My husband arrived at the train station 50 minutes prior to the train's departure time. Had we driven..we would have never made it on time because we don't know the city well! Thank you Morelia Taxi! I called on Friday afternoon and scheduled an early-morning ride to the airport. They confirmed the time and said they would be there. They never showed. Called once, said they were on the way and then they would not pick up the phone. Fortunately i was able to make alternate last-minute arrangements but this is NOT a dependable company and they couldn't have cared less about my wife and i missing our flight! read more

Not a happy camper with Morelia. We used them to go to a wedding at Rivermont Country Club. We were picked up on time to go to the wedding, but the return trip was a nightmare. We called for a pickup which we mentioned to the previous driver. The driver picking us could not find Rivermont Country Club. We were on the phone trying to give directions. The wedding party left, the guests left, and the staff left. Here we were sitting in the rain waiting for a taxi. Finally he showed after an hour after we called him. And of course he had a van which my 90 year old mother in law had difficulty with. Never again! read more
