My son and I are regulars here. We have been to many trampoline parks. Above all is THE BEST! The place is huge. It's very safe and clean. It is great for exercise and development. It really is "above all"...or "defy" as you they changed the name. They have dodgeball, a zip line, a stunt jump, tons of foam pits, trampolines all over the place, basketball, an American ninja warrior course, and everything! My son is 3 1/2, and he asks to go here everyday. They also have some great deals and memberships that are really reasonable. Last, but not least, the staff is sooooo friendly, and really nice. They all know my son by his first name, and they welcome us each time we walk in the door. A few that come to mind are Sidney, Austin, and Graves! These people make the experience even better. Boys enjoyed DEFY very much. Staff was nice and helpful. Although very busy and lots of kids running around, it was a safe place. The employees were always monitoring and attentive. This was our first time here. It compares as good as or better than Altitude in Hermitage. read more

I did not personally attend with my kids spoke very highly of it. They have a good mix of activities and devices to make it not just a giant trampoline park bouncy bouncy. They had a great time with her youth group and already asked if they could go back. So apparently pretty good. read more

The staff was a little quiet and not super outgoing but still nice, the place is AMAZING, HUGE, and AWESOME!!! If you have kids, it's your place to go! So big I can't even explain they have things for all ages from dodgeball, swinging ropes, silks from acrobatics, foam pits everywhere, a run wall, huge trampoline only area and so much more it's better then the American Ninja warrior courses. Parents must try. And pricing is so inexpensive and considering we got a family of four in for $22 with our Groupon. I wish they had these back in my hometown because it's better than the jump street! read more

This is the best trampoline park ever!!!! When you get there you see this big building that looks like a factory. When you enter the building you see millions of trampolines, the trapeze, the scarf chains, and ball pits! But the best part is the ninja obstacle course you have the real deal ninja warrior obstacles certified by them. They even have the WARPED WALL!!!!!!!! The have high-bouncing trampoline that let you bounce like 10-15 feet in the air! ABOVE ALL, you have really outdone yourselves. I would vote this #1 trampoline park in Tennessee! read more

I would not go and had to cancel due to their waiver. I believe this was mentioned in another review. They ask you to sign that they can record and photograph your child in any way and not let you know and use it in any way anywhere. This is so crazy for any waiver. This should be an option. They also ask you to sign that you cannot sue them, their third party vendors and manufacturers, whom they do not list not only for injuries but in the case of a death. That means no matter how your child is injured there is no one you can sue at all. I am not one to sue. Kids get hurt at these places. Parents have to watch. But to limit ALL LIABILITY UNTIL DEATH FOR A MINOR and include spouse, heirs and assigns is way too much. Most waivers limit your liability to sue and that is normal. This waiver not only limits you to do anything even if your child dies but it limits your spouse, sibling, heirs, meaning people who inherit from you and assigns meaning anyone that would benefit from you in an awful situation. I don't know how anyone could sign this. On top of all that, to make one sign we can record you, your child, etc and use it anywhere and that too cannot be used against us, meaning them. I don't think people realize what they are signing. This is the first waiver in 14 years I have not signed. Parents please beware! This is Waiver goes way beyond the normal waiver at these type of places and then you need to think about why. PARENTS BEWARE FOR YOUR KIDS AND WATCH THAT WAIVER BEFORE SIGNING IT! Any law can be overrides by a signed waiver or contract. This one includes death. So if your child dies, they nor their equipment are responsible and you signed that for your spouse, and everyone unknown to you, being heirs and assigns in case of your death. I am appalled and horrified because I know most parents have no idea what they are signing. This goes against PUBLIC POLICY AND VIOLATES YOUR RIGHTS AS WELL AS THE RIGHTS IF YOUR MINOR, SPOUSE ETC. PARENTS, grandparents CAREGIVERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THEIR WAIVER read more

We had a great time here! Although it was very busy it did not feel crowded and there were no lines! So much fun. It's great for all ages.

Kids had a great time. plenty to do and not a lot of waiting around. A lot of trampolines, basketball hoops, swings, and swings.

It is a good place for kids to have fun but employees are not really that friendly and what made me upset the most is that we've been there for a Birthday party and the employee who was serving pizza and cakes was doing it without wearing disposable gloves and in between she was touching everywhere including her shirt and pants and she left the room couple of times and came back and still served the pizza with bare hand !!! I am giving this a 1 star review based on the Groupon offered alone. The trampoline park is wonderful just DO NOT buy a Groupon! It sounds like a great deal until you realize you cannot use it for reservations. Good luck as a walk-in. The wait is typically 2 hours. Also, they are always understaffed and those who are working could not care less what the kids do. They frequently run across the trampolines in front of others trying to jump. Combine this with parents who use this place as a babysitter while they play on their phone and it is a deadly combo. I know this after seeing a child break his arm clean in two. Lots of fun, just know ahead of time what you are getting into. read more

I LOVE going to Above All. They have plenty of fun things to do (tension lines, foam pits, ninja warrior area...), and the layout is pretty open. Their staff is always friendly. I also appreciate that their rules are good for safety without being so restrictive that it's hard to have fun. In general I like this place. I have two young kids so have been coming here off and on for a few years. I am surprised it took my daughter so long to request to have a birthday party there. Our dedicated attendant was helpful and attentive, and the place in general is better than some for allowing outside food, beverages, etc. What turned out to be the reason I will never recommend this place for birthdays is that in the end, I did NOT get my money's worth. We had the full first hour for jumping and then moved into the party room. We had pizza and cake, and as always, we don't have our daughter open her presents at her party. By the time we finished cake, the kids were restless and rowdy (again). I asked if they could return to jumping for the remainder of our time (about 35 minutes!!!) and was told no. I was livid. Some of the kids' parents had dropped them off, so they wouldn't even be returning until the end of two hours. What am I going to do with 10+ nine-year olds? The attendant went to get her "manager." The guy could not have been LESS nice or understanding, and he had a very bad attitude for someone who is supposed to be in the customer service business. He basically told me it's one hour jump + one hour party room, no exceptions. He was not apologetic nor was the willing to work with me in some way, i.e. allow them to jump the rest of the time if I was willing to pay a little more (and I was). In the end it was my tough luck. Considering it was before noon on a Sunday and not that crowded, I do not see how it couldn't have been worked out for them to jump the remainder of our time. I am really disappointed in the handling of this situation and definitely won't have another party there. I paid almost $400 for an 80 minute birthday party, and that is WAY overpriced for what we received. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I would take my (now 2 year old daughter) and my little 9 year old sister there in the past. We would have a blast. Until December 26,2018 this teenager was in the two and under section. Is where I take my daughter to junk mostly cause a lot of the kids and staff don't pay attention. Well the teenager did a flip on on the trampolines, the same one my daughter was on. He landed on her broke the bone right below the knees cap. I have on video one of the workers talking to someone else and not paying attention to the kids. None of the staff came to help, every mom looked right me like uh what's wrong with your kid but didn't come to help, the teenager ran away before I could say anything to him. Where you come in to pay they didn't even. Mind you my daughter is screaming bloody murder, you can hear her over the music and the kids playing. No one helped. I am so disappointed in the place on how their employees are trained,the lack of help I got, and the not paying attention to the kids. I have on video everything leading up the kid breaking her bone. Never going to this place. Oh what makes it even I still have yet to hear back from the general manager about this situation. Some kid told me on the phone they would investigate the situation. We visited Above All six weeks ago and paid full price for my son only to find the warped wall and jumping spider were closed, blocked with yellow tape. I took a closer look and there were a couple of places where the black wall paper (whatever they call it) were coming off.. It looked like a pretty easy fix. I told my disappointed son, who came out just to be a ninja warrior for an hour, we would visit again and was sure it would be fixed. So, yesterday, we come back, pay full price and it's still not fixed, six weeks later. Same black paper hanging down in the same places. Really unacceptable. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back. This fall Urban Air will be opening and that is where we will going for our little ninja warrior. One additional thing if management is reading this... You really need better lighting at the back. The jumping spider is like jumping into the darkness! Seriously. You can't even see through to the other end it so dark. That's all. I hope you get some things corrected or you'll soon see your business flooding over to Urban Air. read more

Never again will my family go to this place! The workers out at the trampolines practically paid no attention to half of anything going on. It was also so miserably HOT in the building that not one of the people that was invited to the birthday party that we paid a ridiculous amount of money for even enjoyed themselves.
