This place is very poorly run. First you spend 15 minutes at the "Waiver Station" using antique computers to register. Then there is a 15 minute wait to sign in and pay. Then when our 8 year old was playing with socks we got at another trampoline park she was pulled out and told she had to wear "Sky Zone" socks ( at $11 per pair). Don't even get me started about the foam block "bacteria pits". Take the kids to the city park instead. Much better and cheaper

Please Read!!!! Pocket puller for parents!!! Rude staff !!! Unsanitary!!!

This place is just a pocket puller for parents!!!! They're unsanitary I didn't see them clean anything or disinfect anything no one was wearing a mask.Apparently for the small selection menu they do have. You can only order certain things.Even a slice of pizza could take a hour because you have to wait for dough to thaw out!!!The staff are not family friendly!!!!OR KID friendly. They are just there to play with their cell phones. So don't expect supervision or safety. You will have keep up with the host she will just randomly walk off.Management will not be of any help to you. This place needs some revamping with new staff and management.I was really excited being that this would be me and my family's first experience at this place. But after today no thank I'm disgusted and disappointed in this place!!!We will not be returning!!!!!

My son came here for a class trip (I never had class trips like this as a child). I was a chaperone and had the pleasure of watching 20 kids jumping around throwing dodge balls at each other for over an hour. I'll probably come back here with the whole family, but it's not an every day kind of event, because prices add up with a family of four. When they say it's a trampoline park, there's no joke. You can bounce all over the place, and they have basketball hoops for the slam-dunker in all of us, as well as foam pits that are an upgrade for us big kids from the ball pits of our youth. Plenty of seating for parents and those who want to rest, with a full snack bar for those needing to replenish calories.

    New family photo- jump prep!

Me and my associates jumped at this trampoline park on May 23rd from 8 PM to 10 PM boasting a beautiful assortment of costumes, minus Mr. Grant Gilman. Nevertheless, prior to our last stand at the basketball court with Paul due to time constraints, I had conversed with Olivia, who was also an all-star employee. She demonstrated a pleasant addition to the Sky Zone family by conversing with me in a very lighthearted manner, harboring no malice to our variety of drapes, I digress. Paul handled the fractious rascals at the basketball court with a calm demeanor, and outstanding fairness in settling disputes that the adolescents most certainly caused. Paul is the cornerstone of this once great establishment, after the disgusting orange-plaid rebrand, I thought nothing could redeem the shell of what the trampoline park once was, illustrated by the shortening of the rock wall. Then I met Paul. It would be an understatement to say I wish every employee would be like Paul, because I pray that they would live up to his uncontested performance. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had at Sky Zone, dare I say living up to the glory days of Rockin Jump that had a special place in my upbringing. Every time I return to the orange jump zone it will be because of Paul. I will always be looking for Paul (and the lady with the purple hair of course). Paul loved our costumes. Paul upheld the justice of little league recreational trampoline basketball. Paul is THE BEST employee we have ever met, we even took a picture with him. Dear Sky Zone, I am the Levi Greene, and I'd like to humbly say that Paul has make all of our nights. Thank you.

The chair was not labeled well with instructions and I was trying to figure it out, before my card was charged - as there were options. The lady was rude and told me to get up so the alarm would stop. She said it was "Annoying". She did not know how to properly select an option and would not leave me alone to figure it out. The chair had the credit card panel low on the chair and I would have had to stand up and bend over in front of everyone while trying to figure it out, in order to get the alarm to stop. No thanks. The chair was not labeled that an alarm would begin after 5 seconds of sitting there. I have never used a massage chair where you had to stand up and select a massage, prior to sitting down. This is not great customer care in my opinion. Thankfully the toilet in the ladies restroom did not have an alarm!

We called the day before we went to ensure it was an "open gym" for Monday, 5/23. The women who answered said it was. We arrived at 10 and were surprised to see an organized class going on. The women stepped away from her group and signed us in and charged $12. Other than being very small and there already being a class of 6 kids, not a lot of space. The women "teaching", clearly NOT a certified teacher or child care provider. Was RUDE! She didn't say two full sentences to me the entire time. She hardly said 10 to her class. Her ton was VERY unpleasant and she appeared to be very unhappy and even irritated at all the kids. Dispute the "supervision" the kids in the class had no supervision.... They were left to "play" with little to no adult supervision. The women just walked about playing some "kid" songs from The cell phone in her pocket. If your paying for "preK" with this person or facility I'd suggest you spend a day here and see what they are doing. In the two hours we were there to play open gym they class played music, wrote their name once and ate lunch. Again with little to NO teacher guidance. Yikes.... We will not be retuning. Upon leaving I asked the women; said her name was Kim, if they were a licensed childcare facility. She said no. I asked if she was licensed to reach? She said no. I then ask; well what are you doing here, are you mot providing child care or teaching. She said "No, this is my PreK class." I said what? So your not licensed at all for teaching or childcare but you have this group of 6 you are providing care for. I told her it was obvious she WAS NOT licensed and left. BEWARE IF YOU COME HERE!!!

I was so happy to get him out of the house and eliminate the need to say "no" I was happy to pay to let him play here. Kim the owner was really nice and gave my son run of the whole place. I wish there were other kids for my son to interact with when we went but I also appreciate the social distancing. We will without a doubt be back for more play time!

When you have a super energetic toddler, and every weekend you have to think really hard how to…read moreburn down his/ her energy, it is troublesome.I've tried to bring my toddler to the playgrounds in local parks, but she got bored after going too many times. Then I started to think maybe she should learn how to exercise properly instead of playing regular swings or slides. This summer we had a chance to visit relatives in California. I did some search and brought my daughter to a kid's gym class where the equipments are designed for young toddlers. Apparently, my daughter loved it. After returned back Savannah, I started to search a similar place, and fortunately, I found Peds Play literally the next block from Monkey Joes Savannah. The small gym is belonged to Peds Health by Dr. Ericka Russell- Petty. I first asked Dr. Ericka whether I could take a look before taking kids in. She kindly agreed and showed me around. When I saw the equipments, I talked to myself "OMG, they look tough, I don't think my toddler is ready for them". Dr. Ericka told me kids always find what they can do and enjoy being in the gym. I went home and considered for 2 days, then a Saturday morning I decided to bring my kids to Peds Play. My toddler in the beginning was very careful looking for what she wants to play. 20 mins later, she started to move things around (thank God, because it was still early, and we were the only party in the gym, so I didn't have to worry disturbing other kids). Then almost an hour passed, my daughter played crazy in the gym and climbing the net like a monkey. In the end, I had to beg her to leave. I think Dr. Ericka was correct, you've never known what the limited is for a kid. When my daughter walked out the door and headed to the car, she told me "mummy, I am so tired, but I like it". As soon as we got home, she crushed on the couch immediately. Dr. Ericka currently arranges with different classes for Saturday afternoon. Also plans for summer camp. Although my kids are still too young for either one, I believe after they turn to 5 years old, they will be excited to join the programs. But at least for now, my toddler can have fun and burn down her energy in this kid's gym in the weekend. Additional information: Have to be 2-25 years old to participate, and must wear socks or sneakers. Age 2-12 years and under 60 inches tall is $10 for first hour then $5 for additional hour Age 13-25 years or above 60 inches tall is $12 for first hour then $6 for additional hour Come back the next day for $7 for first hour then $3 If you are interested in being members, pay $30 for 30 days Monday-Saturday 9am- 6pm, Sunday Closed You may see Peds Play door is locked during the business hours.
