Can I give this place zero stars? Look, it's always been dingy and not that well kept but for just $17.50 for an hour of jumping that your kids love, you can look the other way. But now, under new ownership not only did they add junkie arcade games that cost a fortune but they upped the prices and minimum jump times. Now, 90 minutes is the minimum and it costs $27.99 + $2 amusement fee. And the days of wearing any sock with treads - gone. My daughter has socks on from another trampoline park and we had to buy "sky zone" socks (made in the same factory as the other trampoline park socks). The manager was a real treat too. He was more than pissed that he had to help check us in and talk to us while the part-time teen staff helped check in a birthday party and sell $7 slushies at the concession stand. I brought my kids and one of their friends who had a 60 minute jump pass that was given to him last month when he had a birthday party here. Would the manager just let the 60 minute voucher cover the new 90 minute minimum? Nope. Talk about customer service. $30/pp minimum entry fee, kids begging for arcade money the entire time and out of this world concession prices? It will be interesting to see how long this place lasts. read more

Great place for a 40th birthday party. Very nice staff! A little dim on some of the trampoline fields-- the dodgeball court and basketball hoops were very hard to see on. But the glow lights were so fun. We were given matching Skyzone t-shorts and socks and had a blast. Also the pizza was quite good. Whatever they order for parties is great. read more

We had our daughters birthday party here and it was great! We had been loyal Little Gym Party people, but they recently increased their prices by $100, reduced children allowed from 25 to 15 and didn't return our calls. Little gym and sky zone are now the same price and this included pizza, a party host, set up and clean up! The kids had a blast and our host (Emmy) was so friendly and diligent. This place is very poorly run. First you spend 15 minutes at the "Waiver Station" using antique computers to register. Then there is a 15 minute wait to sign in and pay. Then when our 8 year old was playing with socks we got at another trampoline park she was pulled out and told she had to wear "Sky Zone" socks ( at $11 per pair). Don't even get me started about the foam block "bacteria pits". Take the kids to the city park instead. Much better and cheaper read more

I've been to this location of Sky Zone a few times. The first time I came with a group of friends, ages 22-27. The second time I came with my cousins, ages 12-16. The third time I came with another set of cousins, ages 8-12. The first time was great. We booked a time slot for an hour and a half and jumped our hearts out. I felt like a little kid again. Certainly wears you out! They had just opened, so they weren't too busy. The second time, all we did was play dodgeball. The hour went by pretty quickly and there was a good group of people to play against. They do a good job of monitoring the games and making sure they seem "fair/even" regarding size/age. The third time we came, we signed up for their 7pm slot. They were pretty empty, but with the main jumping room being occupied by a SkyRobics class, everyone was in the dodge ball area or the smaller jumping area across from it- so it made it seem packed. After a while, the main room opened and they allowed everyone to go in there. That room is better since they have longer trampolines to do flips and what not. They also make sure the adults are on the opposite side of the room from the kids, to avoid any injuries. It is actually really helpful because I don't have to worry about a kid coming onto my trampoline/not following rules/getting hurt. The location does offer a basketball jump (two heights) and a foam pit, with three jumping stations into it. It is kind of hard to get out of, if you don't have a lot of upper body strength, so keep that in mind. The location itself is pretty clean and kept up. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to kids and adults. It is a good work out, so much fun and a good way to get out some energy. It can be a bit pricey, but if you save your jump socks and bring them each time, you save $2/trip. read more

We went for a birthday party and experienced terrible customer service. The manager was rude and abrasive toward our group. We were apparently not allowed to go into the ball pit except one at a time. this information could have been communicated in a professional and less hostile manner. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had in an establishment. I communicated this to her afterwards one on one and she doubled down on her behavior and offered no apology. we have had a lovely time at Summit and other trampoline parks. My son came here for a class trip (I never had class trips like this as a child). I was a chaperone and had the pleasure of watching 20 kids jumping around throwing dodge balls at each other for over an hour. I'll probably come back here with the whole family, but it's not an every day kind of event, because prices add up with a family of four. When they say it's a trampoline park, there's no joke. You can bounce all over the place, and they have basketball hoops for the slam-dunker in all of us, as well as foam pits that are an upgrade for us big kids from the ball pits of our youth. They have a dodge ball area separates by age groups, a slam ball area, a foam pit, and of course a big room to simply jump around. An absolute must at least once! My sister purchased my boys gift cards to go and jump. I wasn't sure at first how I felt about going but I figured we needed something to do for the day and this looked fun. We arrived mid day and it wasn't too packed (could also be because it was during Christmas break as well). I imagine this place can get busy! There aren't many places that I can take my children and all of them have fun, they are 13,9 and 6, big age differences! Sky zone allowed the kids to be in one location and yet all be doing things that they wanted! My oldest could play dodgeball with people his own age and enjoy himself. While my daughter could practice her flips and twists and the youngest (we call him jumping Bean) could run from activity to activity and burn off some of his energy. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Sky Zone to anyone. I had a party for my son on Saturday 9/21/19 3-5. (Sky Zone 411 Wando Park Blvd, Mt.Pleasant SC). When we first got there, I knew it wasn't going to be a pleasant and stress free party. The staff was unorganized, a member of the staff asked me what color table cloths Jacob would like (hmm I have no idea who Jacob was). I paid to upgrade beverages, when I asked an employee when the kids can get a drink, I was told there is a water fountain. They would have to wait to go in the party room to get drinks, after an hour of jumping all 15 kids at the party were all thirsty. This was not a cheap party at all $418.63 to be exact. I demanded the kids get drinks, thinking in my head REALLY!!!!! I really wanna know what there definition of stress free means. I was stressed at the level of rudeness and lack of organization by the staff. The way myself and the other adults at the party were talked to was REALLY embarrassing to say the least. Upon leaving I saw an old lady with gray hair, her badge said manager. I told her I would never have a party there again. While she is talking to me a tall guy came up to me and the old lady. He said (with an attitude) what's the problem, so I told him, he proceeds to tell me his staff wasn't rude, the old lady said they weren't rude. I said to both of them "neither of you were there so how would you know if your staff was rude". Hmm the old lady and man stood there telling me there staff told them they weren't rude. This man goes on to tell me if I try to slander Sky Zone on the internet that I would have to contact his lawyer. REALLY!!! So much fun! I had a coupon that gave me 60 minutes of jumping for the price of 30 minutes. What a workout! Me and two of my friends were the only people in that place so we got to do whatever we wanted. The worker who watched us was also a lot of fun and suggested games for every part we went to. Races at the foam pit and trying to see who can only jump once in every section in the free jump area. He also had another coworker play volleyball with us and we all just laughed and had a great time! I got a major workout and was too tired to hit the gym like I planned. I will definitely be back! In theory, the concept of this place is awesome, rockin', fantastic! BUT, it did fall short a bit. Let me preface by saying that we did have a gift card, so I was not personally out any money.....but it is an expensive activity! This would be fine, but you pay for a time slot (plus extra for special socks), not a very long time slot, and you wind up waiting FOREVER for everything! Most of the jump time you pay for is spent waiting for your turn to jump. I came with 3 little people, and they honestly spent more time waiting than actually jumping. They had fun and loved it nonetheless, but I felt you in no way get your money's worth. The wait would be okay if you had all afternoon...you don't. You have like an hour. That's it! Take the foam pits for example....you get one jump (into the pit) each and then you're herded back to the back of the line. You may wait a half hour for one jump in, then you have to do it all over again. I've seen some complain about the staff-I had no issues. They were all just young and bored, but not particularly bad or rude. On the fence about this one, folks. Not really sure id go back. When considering time, money, and location....this wouldn't be something that I would make the trip for again. read more

Brought my 9 yr old son, his 2 friends and one of my friends on a Friday over the summer. It was definitely crowded, but not over crowded. You have to sign a waiver that you can do at home and bring in, or at a kiosk there at the facility. Prices are not as bad as I had imagined them to be, definitely affordable for a random weekend thing to do with the kiddos. You purchase your time in 30 min increments. So if you want to add time you can, I believe its like $4 more dollars for every 30 mins. You do have to wear their 'sky socks' which are $2 - but you get to keep them and use them any other time you go back. There are lockers available to put your purse and stuff in, or open kubbies for your shoes. They have water, gatorade, soda, pizza, candy etc available for purchase if you stay a long time or get hungry while you are there. There is a ball pit you can jump into, there are 2 awesome basketball goals there that you can trampoline to for a slam dunk !!! SOOO MUCH FUN !!! Two large trampoline areas, across a 'hallway' that they play dodge ball in. The games go pretty fast, they try to split it so the younger kids are on one side playing each other and larger kids and adults are on the other playing against one another. It can get crowded very fast, but it is a lot of fun. In the back is the BIG trampoline area. at least 50 individual trampolines. There are staff there to watch people - there are rules you have to follow and if you dont, they will call you out on it. You are not allowed to leave small children there by themselves without an adult present watching them. Which is a very nice change. We played in this area for the greater part of our hour, was loads of fun and definitely wore us all - adults and kids - out. Worth the $$ to give it a try at least once!! read more

Sky Zone is awesome! I have been taking their fitness class "Skyfit" for over two months and cannot say enough about how well Sky Zone is operated. I am there at least four times a week attending both morning and night sessions. The facility is immaculate and the staff is friendly, helpful, well trained, and professional. The fitness class is taught by a great team of instructors who keep the workout fun and varied but challenging. We warm-up, stretch, bounce, and do a variety of strength, cardio, and agility exercises. The workout is really fun and I always leave sweaty and alive. read more

I took my daughter yesterday afternoon and we had a blast! It was very well staffed and clean. I felt my 5 year old daughter was very safe because the staff kept an eye out to ensure the older, larger kids didn't get too close to my precious little one. My only complaints are: 1.)The price- $9 for 30 minutes, $14 for 60 minutes, $19 for 90 minutes and $24 for 120 minutes. I had hoped they had a membership because we would definitely come more often if we could enroll in a membership. 2.) They won't let you bring your own pair of grippy socks. I probably have 20 pairs of grippy socks from teaching barre class but, you are only allowed to wear their tacky Clempzen orange socks that you MUST buy for $2 a pair. 3.) Oh, and did I mention the price??? However, I will say I can't put a price tag on my daughters safety and so, if they MUST charge that much then so be it. I booked my son's 5th birthday party (8/24/19) back in May 2019 so we had ample time to plan & were really looking forward to a great celebration. Boy were we disappointed. The check-in process was SLOW--one parent told me they waited in line for over 30 minutes & as the party host, I personally waited in line for 20 minutes. The list of names I sent the day before was incomplete as the staff failed to pull my last & latest email [from Friday]. We had reserved a private court, so at the time, we were worried that the child would not have enough jump time. Little did we know that would be the least of our problems. The sky zone employee, Cam, who was monitoring the activity on the private court informed me at 12:10ish that our party host failed to show-up. The he continued to tell me that the four pizzas were running late and they weren't sure when they would arrive, but they would look for alternative food arrangements. They obviously did not...my party was fed bags of chips and birthday cupcakes, provided by me. Had I been informed of the issue upon check-in (as they cleary knew they had an issue then as the parties scheduled prior to ours had late pizza delivery) or not been told that they were going to find another place to provide pizza for our party, I would have sent my husband to Chick-fil-A to pick up a nugget platter. Instead, the twenty 5-year-olds that were promised pizza, left hungry and we, as the hosts, were left embarrassed and apologetic. We were also only in the party my room for about 25 minutes as they party before ours ran late due to the late pizza delivery. And then our stand-in party "host," Cam, asked to speak to my husband and me outside of the room & informed us that our party ended at 1;15pm and another party needed the room. Oh, and then I found out they were getting our pizza. Needless to say, we were pretty upset, but tried to keep our cool for the sake of our son. During the checkout process, the manager asked how everything was...seriously?! We asked for a refund for the pizza & she said she would offer a $40 credit. We were pretty livid & told her we thought that was ridiculous given the circumstances & she offered 10% ($57) + the $40, for a total of $87 off the $576 rate we paid for the supreme party package. Again, we thought this was absurdly low and insulting, but didn't want to cause a scene & we were exhausted, so we Accepted. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a child's birthday party. We paid a premium price & were provided with the worst service (save for Cam, who was thrown into a terrible situation) & no food!! I will obviously take my kids to jump at Skyzone again, but will never host a birthday party there ever again & will also never recommend it to anyone I know. I was incredibly disappointed & frustrated with the entire debacle & the way in which it was handled, or rather mishandled. I was so angry it took me a few days to clear my head to write this review. Best Birthday for My little girl! My little girl always wanted her party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, so I decided to give it a try. Booking the party was a little difficult but no problem at all. As we walked in the door We were greeted by two sweet girls. They clarified that we were for the right party ( which was nice.) One of the girls who was checking us in was named Kelly. She was so kind and since it was our first party she was kind and patient with all of us as we got all checked in. She also made sure that everything was perfect and she helped us with anything we needed. As more guests started to arrive Kelly was respectful to other parents and Avery's friends. The employees were extremely respectful and played with Avery as she was jumping with her friends. We were all jumping and watching the kids play, we went back to our party room and everything was set up perfectly and cups of water were ready immediately. Eventually our jump time ended and we opened gifts and had pizza and cake. This party was amazing and one that we will all never forget. In the end Avery had one of the best parties and I will most defiantly book another here. (If you were to book a party here make sure to ask for Kelly as your designated Party Host!) This is not an appropriate place for children under 4. We came for my daughters 4th birthday with our 2 year old and we left after 30 minutes. The staff was inattentive. We saw not one but two older girls doing gymnastics and hitting little kids who clearly do not understand one person per box. The staff did not make sure the young children were okay nor did they tell the older kids to be more careful. I asked to be refunded since it cost my two kids nearly $40 for an hour, and the manager said the most she could refund on a gift card was $10. We took our kids today as a reward for great report cards. All 4 of us decided to bounce, husband, wife and kids ages 5 and 8. The price to bounce for 30 minutes is $9 each, and then you have to buy their special socks for $2 each... We all had a great time, and the setup is fun, although it's pretty crowded, and the lines for things get pretty long cutting down the bounce time, which is a bummer. Also, several of the staff members seemed very cranky. A more positive attitude, or at least some smiling would be great at a place like that. Even better would be if they were actually enthusiastic. The kids absolutely love it! They can jump into a foam put, jump slam dunk basketballs, do gymnastics, play dodgeball and just jump around. There is staff all throughout to monitor the kids which makes it feel very safe. They have a seating area for parties/ parents. There's a locker station as well as a snack bar. It was $35 for both kids to jump for an hour and you can add on extra time for $5. Overall it was a great way for the kids to work some energy out and they love it! I wish there was a bit more space for the parents to sit and watch the kids jumping. read more

Great place for kids of all ages! $14 for an hour plus $2 for socks. You can wear the socks the next time you go then. There were lots of regular trampolines and then some long ones where you would find old gymnasts doing flips. No double or triple rotations. There were games of dodgeball going on at two other trampoline courts. There is also a slam dunk area and a pit to jump into. This is a really great place!
