I love the open space here! Kids and adults can jump here. They offer birthday parties as well. The best time to come is early in the morning, rainy days or during the weekday. When it's busy, it's busy. Sometimes it's too crowded and they are understaff. My favorite thing about this location are the massage chairs. Parents utilize it while the kids jump and whenever you need a break from jumping... lol They have a membership that allows you to bring your child everyday if you wanted to. Kids love it! I used to like being here watching my kids but the implementation of a high pitch "beep" noise on the massage chairs has significantly reduced my patience for being here. This place looks like it is never cleaned. The mats are stained and look to disgusting. On top of needing a good cleaning the staff is not properly trained and will lie about your pass. They turned my 3 year old away after paying for a pass for 7 months leaving her crying while an associate talked horribly to me. Save you money and check out a better jump park. read more

BEWARE - If you have young kids, the ONLY time I'd go is as soon as they open on Saturdays or a random weekday afternoon. Once 2-3p hits on a Saturday, the crowd changes evidenced by the armed security guards they have to hire to keep the peace. Also, their bathroom are disgusting. Worst customer service ever. All employees are extremely young including management. Incorrect information provided by multiple employees which resulted in incorrect charges and being over billed. Refusal to correct mistakes, issue refund, or correct the situation. The inability to reach someone within the company who has the authority to actually address and resolve an issue is ridiculous. You will be continuously pointed around from "manager" to "manager" (who is most likely 17 tops) & they will inform you they can not address your problem & that you need to speak with someone else. read more

It's Christmas Eve! Mom has to work so what do you do? You slide those grip socks on and pack up the kids and go here! So much fun! Manager Hunter confirmed 20 percent of birthday party for my two daughters who both have memberships there, and then 4 days before the party he decided to take away the 20 percent and and give us 10 percent and then he would not give us the number to the owner or the corporate office. There is no contact information for the corporate office or owner on the website. Hunter was very rude and unprofessional. My girls and I have been going there religiously since the whole summer and that was a big disappointment and his rudeness was uncalled for. read more

Military beware. I tried cancelling my membership after getting PCS orders to California. I was told I have to pay 3 months worth in order to cancel. At the request of my lawyer, I asked for a copy of the contract in which I agreed to be bound by such an early termination fee. I was told that it was a verbal agreement when I signed up. What kind of business doesn't keep important paperwork like that. Never have I been treated so rudely for something like this. All of my other memberships, they happily processed my cancellation with just a copy of my orders; no problem at all. This place however, would not even entertain the possibility without me paying their cancellation fee. Shady business!!! read more

I brought my daughter here on Saturday to get the wiggles out. Summit is very close to home, which makes it more convenient than the other trampoline parks in the Charleston area. The cost is about equal to what you'd expect to pay for an hour, and there is plenty of room for birthday parties and people to sit. My daughter had a blast, but I'm giving four stars for two reasons. One, there was no visible hand sanitizer available for kids or adults anywhere other than the soap and water in the bathrooms. Other similar areas have this set up at various stations for you to use, as kids often like to share their germs. Second, although there is guest wifi, the password was very hard to find. You'll normally see this posted near the seating areas for patrons to use, but I looked around and could not find it anywhere. Maybe print it on the receipt? I know that these can be customized so that it appears right below the business name and address, or a similar location. Overall though, a fun hour was had, and we'll be back again in the future. read more

Great place better than all the other jump places i have ever been too!! There were very kind and the workers were much nicer than Sky Zone and Velocity!! When me and my friends went they treated us very well and very fair on the games. They kept the place going and just straight up awesome. It was also very well kept clean for a jump place and was out of the world fun i wish i could stay there much longer for an hour and when i left i was sad i had to go. We started going to Summit since it opened. It was smaller but clean and did not have arcade. The Billiard lounge in the same plaza was not opened yet either. Now, people know Summit is opened and now the Billiard Lounge is open - the degenerates are out...Summit does not have the personal or management to properly deal with the rotten eggs, the owner or manager is a rude lady, and they do not have staff managing each area like Velocity does. It is not safe and parents should stay by their kids because the place could care less if something happens to your child as evidenced by their lack of staff. We likely will switch back to driving to Velocity. The past two visits to Summit included groups of girls bullying, cursing, hitting and other nonsense - the girls' respective parents are not much better. The owner just wants money, but this place will go downhill quick if they do not get it together. read more
