I'm really not sure about this place. My kids love it but the staff is young and don't enforce the rules. Many unruly teenagers jumping all over the place and knocking into the little ones. The don't ask the kids to stand in line to use the basketball hoops or the jump pits. Some of them have their boyfriends come hangout with them at work and they're too busy flirting while on the job to pay attention to what's going on. Overall, my kids like the place but I worry that someone will get seriously injured by the inattentive staff. *I did speak to the manager and this situation was taken care of. read more

Took a group of 25 teens for an hour and a half on March 30, 2018 (Good Friday). We were in-between sessions at a Convention being held at the Giant Center in Hershey. The place was packed. It was Good Friday and Spring Break, so schools were out, and everyone was at Sky Zone. That being said, the staff was amazing. Manager James did everything he could to speed our group through check-in. I reserved our time slot in advance, and we got there a little late because one of our sessions at the Convention ran long, and he just bumped back our reserved time a half hour so we could still have an hour and a half. Manny and Tylor were fantastic with my teens. They were engaging, and did a great job of making sure jumpers were jumping safely. You could tell that they enjoyed their job, and were all about making jumpers of all ages happy. I definitely plan on bringing my group to Sky Zone in the future. Came here with my two littles for toddler time. Wasn't worth the money because the employees kept telling everyone to stop doing everything. We paid to just go in and breathe because the employees were horrible. Could barely jump, they were just way too restrictive and ruined the experience. I'll be trying get air. read more

Came on a Wednesday afternoon. Spent 15 minutes of our hour looking for a place to jump because they kept changing the courts designation. Had multiple courts blocked off for leagues and a fitness class. None of the teenagers working there seemed to have a clue about what was going on or really seemed to care. $15/hr seems like a lot but it's really more like $15/30 mins because they keep switching courts. I am far too old for this place, but I didn't realize that when my friend and I took advantage of their Saturday night deal. Two hours of jumping, a slice of pizza and a soft drink for $20. Well, two hours of jumping is far more jumping than anyone old enough to vote would ever need. It is fun, but exhausting! The pizza was OK, actually it was surprisingly tasty for a place that caters to bouncing children instead of, you know, an actual restaurant. Brought my preschooler once. He had a good time. Came during toddler time for the cheaper price. I was going to bring some neighbor kids a second time with my son then I saw that for an hour of jumping it is $15/person!! That is an outrageous cost for one hour of play time. ONE HOUR!! I dont think we will be back no matter how much my child wants to go. It also just seems like an accident waiting to happen. The teens monitoring the area have zero social skills and should be trained better. read more

I was disappointed with my visit to Sky Zone today. There was a group of older boys who felt they could "race jump" and take over the larger jump area. They were running, jumping and falling into occupied jump spaces. The employees who were monitoring these areas did nothing to control these people. When I talked with the employees, they didn't give me much of an answer and never addressed the situation with the older boys. I finally went to the manager who came and watched the area for a while, but that was it and of course they calmed down when she arrived. They state that this behavior is not allowed, but people monitoring these areas do nothing to stop it. Eventually, someone will get hurt, and it will probably be some unsuspecting little kid who accidentally gets in their way. read more

My nephews loved it. about half of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there but over all it was a great time. We went Saterday at about 10 am and it was busy by the time we left 2 hours later it was down right crowded. read more

BATHROOMS CLOSED! Really? 7,000 little kids running around and the bathroom is closed for repairs? Manager didn't seem to care when parents began complaining about there being no place to take their children potty. Teenagers working the counters are more concerned with their conversations than their customers. All the tables and chairs had sticky gunky stuff on them. My son had a good time, but the amount of very small children impeded a lot of his jumping. He's 12, and there were an overabundance of kids under the age of 5. read more

We came to play as a family (small kids). Expected we would actually be able to jump with them. No deal. They make you jump in zones. Adults are on opposite side of room, even though everyone already has to jump in their own square. Not sure why they don't mention this. No refund, no exception. This is one of the worst type of attractions I have ever been too, especially for kids, what happened yesterday was unbelievable. It was disgusting with pee all over the floor trash, hair, etc all over the floors... tables were sticky and nasty and most of all there was this group of black males, and this one other black male named "Shawn" was touching up on females and rubbing up against them during the lock-in, we made numerous reports to SkyZone Security during the lock-in that he was touching up on other females and there were multiple witnesses, we told security like 3-4 times.... so I decided that the police needed to be involved due to security and staffing doing nothing, no CDC guidelines were followed, masks were not on anyone many of the staff didn't wear their mask properly... it was like a crazy night, something I didn't think was gonna happen, police did show up with lights and sirens, as multiple kids attacked one another this was ridiculous, and should have been handled especially for Sky Zone this was just sad and I believe every security officer there needs to be investigated or fired especially the female "head of security" as she was the most buddies with the other black male that was touching up and stealing stuff from backpacks. Even the police who walked in said this was chaos and this needed to be shut down immediately because it was out of hand. read more

I took my son to Sky Zone on a Sunday afternoon. He had a blast! I found the staff to be engaged with the kids and friendly. We will definitely go back! Just a tip though... Leave coats in the car. Not really a great place to put them unless you pay for a locker. read more

***Please note, I cannot leave a zero star rating, so in order to leave this review, I had to mark one.*** Yesterday was our first and last trip to this facility. Right after we arrived, I asked staff to point me toward the bathroom so I could change my sons diaper. I walked around the corner to the bathroom and waited for 15-20 minutes for a group of girls to exit the family stall, where the baby changing table was. After that 15-20 minutes of waiting, I could see that they were drinking in the stall. I called them out on it, and then proceeded to address this with the staff and manager. The response I received was, "I will address this, but there is a bathroom in the back of the building you can use." It took every fiber in my being to not go off on this manager. The girls came out of the bathroom and I pointed them out to her (there were minors included in this group). While I was talking to her, they were mocking me and yelling across the lobby. She, nor any of her staff, addressed this. When we went to leave an hour later, that same group of girls were by our items, which clearly shows that this staff and manager did nothing to resolve this issue. Instead, they permitted it. The last time I checked, alcohol was not permitted on this facility as it is an organization that revolves around children. I am just utterly disgusted and will never go back again. read more

My family and I went to Skyzone this past Friday and I was very disappointed in their choice of music. We went between 7:30-8:30 and the music that they were blasting was VERY INAPPROPRIATE to be playing in a facility with "all ages". There was alot of young children still there at that time. They were playing uncensored Drake songs. I was very upset hearing the foul language etc... I know their competitors have to choose off of an approved playlist and i would have assumed they would do the same. read more

Went there in hopes to jump with my niece and nephew and have a fun family time. Sadly sky zone sucks and decides not to tell me as I was paying that I wouldn't be able to jump with them . There's 2 separate areas for jumping, one for little ones and one for bigger ones where adults can jump if they want . However I have a little child with me so my only options were sit in her section and watch or jump 15 feet away. So don't go here if you have little ones and wanna jump with them. Maybe sky zone should start letting the parents know before we give them money. I say just go bowling instead, there are less dumb rules to follow there. read more

We've been to a lot trampoline places throughout the United States and this one cost more and has a lot less to do. Only 3 areas open to jump in, plenty of employees to open other areas however! Indifferent employees :-/. Disappointing. read more

I'm a slight germaphobe, so places like this often creep me out. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. However, the 5 stars are a result of the staff. They're extremely helpful and seem to be genuinely concerned with the kids having fun. I would recommend Sky Zone, which is a big deal because I normally hate taking my kids to places like this. read more

I love this place! The first time we visited this place was this past January! We have been back 7 times since then! The staff is so kind to my two young children and they always give them high fives and watch them when they say "hey look." I am impressed with the friendliness. First walk in. It's crowded and lack of seating is evident. Very little "free" space to put things so make sure u have a bag big enough to hold everyone stuff, it's not like all the other trampoline places we have been too ranging from SC to here where there is a large cubby wall. The open jump area isn't all that big for the amount off jumpers the weekend brings In. My kids decided after 10min into a 2 hr pass that they didn't want to come back as the only thing to do was dodgeball and the foam pit. After 45 min a monitor in the dodgeball B court told my kids they had to get off the trampolines cuz they didn't have "sky zone socks". First off wtf. All trampoline socks are the same. I'm not gunna pay a extra 5$ for 2 more pairs just cuz they arnt ORANGE. The person that checked us in saw the socks when my kids put them on counter and didn't say a thing when my kids showed them they had trampoline socks. And all the other monitors in the open jump and foam pit said nothing either! I seen at least 5 other ppl that didn't have orange socks and they jumped just fine. So we left as they weren't "allowed" to jump. If u want to get your moneys worth go to get air in Harrisburg. The staff there is amazing! And there is a ton to do. This place really is designed more for teenagers than little kids. read more

This used to a fun family activity to do, but rules have changed with the new the GM. My daughter who is three has to jump in 0-5 area. I am allowed to have a parent pass and stand there but that's it. After finding out about the new rules i thought this might be a good safety practice. I was wrong.... worst decision sky zone has made!!!! While I am standing there watching my daughter jumping, older kids aged somewhere between 8-11 kept jumping in the 0-5 area nearly knocking me off of the pads due to the amount of force they have when jumping. I was informed by management that I have to stand with a parent pass, I am not allowed to sit. Its funny how quickly the staff was to correct the parents who have nothing, but the safety and welfare of their own children and yet the staff fails to correct adolescents in wrong area. For example a parent who had about an 18 month old was trying to show their child what to do. Staff came up and told the parent they could only stand no jumping while 10 year old are flipping off the back trampoline right next to the same 18 month old. No comments or corrective actions were directed to the 10 year olds. I have two older boys and because of their age range I now have a child in each section. Sky zone which used to be a family activity has now turned into an individual activity. read more

Me and my fiance took our daughter to skyzone (harrisburg, pa) to jump for toddler time. They didnt have much open so that the kids could jump without being stepped on and the staff only corrected certain people when they were "breaking the rules." We paid 2 dollars extra per parent to be able to "play" with your child. We got to the trampolines and with my daughter only being 2 i was in the square with her helping her jump and play just like 6+ parents were doing with there children. The lady came over to me and told me that i needed to get out of the square and go to the sqaure beside her and to not jump. I understand that there are rules but you cant tell me not to do it but let other parents do the same thing! You sign a waiver and pay to play with your kid but you cant play and jump with them?? Everyone understands what a waiver is and they sign it.......so why not be allowed to be in the same square with them and have fun with them. I am extremely disappointed with this and i think that the rules need to be changed! Im sure most parents feels the same way! If they want to stick with this ridiculous rule then they need to open the other courts so that there are more space, my daughter didnt want to jump anymore because it was so crowded......and she's 2! read more
