We had such a fun morning playing at Sky Zone! I went with my 3 year old who loves to jump and run around and she's been begging to go back ever since we went! I was perfectly happy with the size of the "park", because we weren't looking for anything too crazy. There's essentially 6-7 different areas for jumping, and we didn't feel too crowded by anyone on a weekday morning. My only real complaint is the bathrooms. We went to the bathroom as soon as we arrived and it was pretty gross and not clean. This seems like a simple fix that they could work on to improve the experience. not recommended, really. Compared to other trampoline parks this really does pale in comparison. It's somewhat small and there are not a lot of actual trampolines, but quite a few pits with foam squares in them. There is a zone dedicated to a dodgeball court, a "zipline" (very difficult to operate for smaller kids, someone needs to pull a rope that is somewhat difficult to pull and the handle for it is a little higher up than a child under....let's say 12 years old), a few actual trampolines in one corner dedicated to a few trampolines, a swing, a swing bar, and a small kids area. The pictures tell the story if you look closely. My grandkids, aged 12 and 14, got bored quickly and after an hour they were well ready to go. Would I recommend it? Not really. I'm sure you could find other things to do elsewhere that would entertain for a little longer, at least, than this Skyzone. read more

We reserved from fun4kidsstl the sky zone glow the 8pm - 10pm. We arrived at 8pm to be told by Mackayala that they no longer start at 8pm it's now 9pm. We were told nothing could be done besides buying a monthly membership. There were multiple attractions closed. It was very messy, loud and so many kids running around not following rules. There were very little employees supervising. We left after five minutes and asked for a manager but we're told there's no GM, the manager of the facility is in Canada and McKayla was unable to assist us. The membership includes socks, membership cards, glow bands and 8 VIP cards for free jump hours. There were multiple cops at the facility. The music was very loud as well. It was VERY chaotic! I would not recommend for anyone under 13. We will be cancelling our membership. read more

Sky zone in Ballwin is decent at best for letting your kids run & jump out their energy. But there isn't much other than some trampolines and a foam block pit. Place is setup up badly and for $24 per kid for a few hours it falls well short of good value. Snack bar and party center is managed poorly, it takes way to long to get anything. Their on-hand stock of food, candy, and ice cream leaves much to be desired. There are much better options within 15 miles that you get way better value and more fun for your kiddos! read more

Skyzone is taking your child's safety seriously. Was visiting with my oldest today and a woman walked in without a child and went to the bathrooms located in the back. She had a bag with her and just looked out of place (disheveled). I saw one of the staff notice immediately. After 10 min or so the police came and handcuffed her and escorted her out. This place is staffed by a bunch of teens and maybe 20 something's. I'm impressed with their observations and action. Great job!! read more

Perfect place to spend a Saturday afternoon. This location has really upgraded the options available to the kiddos they have trampolines, zip lines, interactive video games and more. My favorite are the leather couches in the epicenter of everything, I can see everything without having to chase the kids around. Love this sky zone environment and all the areas to play and jump! The trampoline park is maintained fairly well. FIRST COMPLAINT: THE BATHROOOOOOM! Just clean it every couple of hours. I don't even allow my kids to use it because I feel like I need a vaccine after going in there. Or hire a janitor! I went two days in a row and the bathroom was in the same condition!!!!! SECOND: The older kids who constantly hang around doing nothing outside and inside on Friday and Saturday night. If you ain't jumping, then get out the way of the smaller kids! The teenagers that are hired most of them are just standing around on their phones and talking to each other. Pick up a cleaning supply and do something. Not all but most of them need direction. I do appreciate the few young ppl that work here that play basketball with the kids and hype them up. That means a lot to the kids. Management needs to manage and stop allowing employees to get paid for nothing read more

We've had experiences with other trampoline parks and this one has been the worst. From a dirty facility to staff that do not seem to care, there is a lot of opportunity for kids to get hurt. When we went, there were simply too many kids for the size of the space. We will not return. read more

We were there with friends who had a membership, they were let on and we weren't, they said it was too late, it was only 7:30. The ride home was very quiet. We aren't coming back untill that rule is changed. read more

There is a group of teenage girls that are driving age that have been at sky zone bullying smaller kids on numerous occasions. Tonight my daughter (who goes there a few times a month) had her wallet stolen out of the locker right in front of her. Like my kid was bending over putting her shoes on and one of those girls reached in the locker and grabbed her wallet and tried to run off with it. The employees did handle the situation and were able to get the wallet back. My complaint is that these girls have been causing problems and have had complaints on them by other kids and parents yet the employees still allow these girls to attend the park over and over. Sky zone used to be a fun place to go and now it's just plain dangerous due to some of the teenagers they allow to hangout there. The place has really gone downhill. read more

My kids enjoy Sky Zone Trampoline Park. I'm writing this review because of the deception behind paying for the membership. I was encouraged to get the membership and it was explained that the membership could be cancelled any at any time. When I did decide to cancel there were issues. I continuously received an error on the web site that my account could not be found. I called the Trampoline park and listened to automatic recordings but never was able to speak to an actual person. I left a message but a phone call back was never received. Before driving 35 minutes to the park to cancel in person, I decided to call again and selected the options to book a party. This time I was able to speak with an person and get my account cancelled. I payed for the membership longer than I wanted to. I think they made it difficult to cancel on purpose. Just bad business. read more

Customer service was nonexistent. I took my grandson who is very good about following rules. He would not go on slide, zip line or swing because signs were posted stating team member must be in attendance when using that equipment. After eye rolling by staff I was told he could go ahead himself but slide was broken. Floors, counters, seating was all filthy. Staff was too interested in socializing with each other to provide any oversight. Definitely not up to the standards of other Sky Zones. read more

This place is disgustingly dirty. The staff are young, lazy, lethargic with zero leadership. The males restroom had urine on the floor when I took my grandson in to use the facility. Little kids are getting that filth on their socks and tracking it all over the facility. When I alerted the staff they didn't have a care in the world. I visited Sky Zone today with my child. It was chaos! The signs say no food or drink in the play areas. There were kids drinking icees in the foam square pits. Kids were hogging certain jump areas and told my child to " get off". There were no employees in sight. The toddler area was full of middle school kids knocking toddlers out of the way. The employees were not paying attention at all. There seemed to be only one for the entire place except for another at the register. We paid for a season pass but not sure we'll be back anytime soon. I booked a party at least a month in advance at Sky Zone, Ballwin. On the day of the party, we had to wait roughly 10 minutes upon arrival for our reservation to be located. Once found, most things appeared unorganized or haphazardly arranged at the last minute. There were not enough jump socks for the guests (the proper number of socks had been pre-ordered). They had the wrong name for my son, the party honoree. The party host was arranged at the last minute. The party host's demeanor was meh throughout, the pizza was served cold and tasted meh, the so-called "water bottles" pre-ordered for guests turned out to be paper ICEE cups. In lieu of receiving the Sky Zone t-shirt (pre-ordered and pre-sized), my son was presented with shirts from which to choose a size, on the spot. While I was given an $80 discount (after complaint), it did not make up for the experience had by my son and his party guests. I will not book a jump party again at Sky Zone. read more
