We reserved from fun4kidsstl the sky zone glow the 8pm - 10pm. We arrived at 8pm to be told by Mackayala that they no longer start at 8pm it's now 9pm. We were told nothing could be done besides buying a monthly membership. There were multiple attractions closed. It was very messy, loud and so many kids running around not following rules. There were very little employees supervising. We left after five minutes and asked for a manager but we're told there's no GM, the manager of the facility is in Canada and McKayla was unable to assist us. The membership includes socks, membership cards, glow bands and 8 VIP cards for free jump hours. There were multiple cops at the facility. The music was very loud as well. It was VERY chaotic! I would not recommend for anyone under 13. We will be cancelling our membership.

Perfect place to spend a Saturday afternoon. This location has really upgraded the options available to the kiddos they have trampolines, zip lines, interactive video games and more. My favorite are the leather couches in the epicenter of everything, I can see everything without having to chase the kids around. Fill your yeti with and adult beverage and sit back while the kids go nuts!

My son loves it! He likes the super tramps and trying new flips into the foam pit. He plays basketball a lot.

This was our first time visiting Urban Air and I'm glad we came on a day when it wasn't too busy…read more It's smaller than what I anticipated and even so about half of the attractions had no staff with signs saying you have to ask someone to use it which was a hassle. It was unclear how to access some of the attractions which also went back to lack of staff directing people. There are very minimal things to do if you don't get one of the expensive passes or if you have small children. The positives are what my kids were able to access they had fun especially the zip line attraction and it was easy to keep track of your kids in the space.

In January, I bought 4 memberships - 2 six month memberships for my older kids, 1 shorty 40 pass,…read moreand one parent pass. I called to get them cancelled after 6 months and was told they would all be cancelled. For some reason, we got charged for another month of the shorty 40 pass and the parent pass, but not the 2 six month memberships. So I call again and I'm told that I cannot be reimbursed for month 7 of the shorty 40 and the parent pass even though I already called to cancel it?! Makes no sense. I asked if I could call anyone else and the woman I spoke to said "no, it says in your contract you have to call before your payment comes out." But I already did that process. It's SO expensive to spend one day there, so figured the passes would be a better deal. Feels like I got tricked and scammed.

The staff was friendly, and was accommodating considering we were in about close to closing. The go kart was fun. They gave us a head sock for the helmet and we were off. Small track with big turns but fun. We were given a coupon for a couple drinks. Yes, They have a bar. The VR system was not in use at the moment. They had a gaming area for tickets. And then we went axe throwing for about an hour. The staff was very helpful in teaching us how to throw axe properly. Overall was a good time.

They also offer laser tag, VR, a ropes course, and pickle ball. Walking in, there was a lot of open space. I assume the building was just huge. First we enjoyed the go-karting. This was my first time ever riding in electric go-karts! It was pretty fun and offered some challenge with the twists and turns. Visiting the bar, the manager tended to us. He was super friendly. He even stopped by during our axe throwing to provide me with one-on-one lessons for at least 10 minutes!! (I was terrible at first LOL). Eventually, I was able to hit the board (FINALLY!) even using one hand. Overall, AMP-UP seems like a fun place. I assume, in the warmer seasons, it can even more fun with the pickle ball open and access to the outdoor space might offer more natural light into the building. The staff were great, informative, and helpful. Thanks AMP-UP!
