I had no idea what to expect when I first walked in, my wife and daughter have been to parties hosted here but I was clueless. The first thing I noticed was how outgoing and friendly the the host was, there were a total of 2 employees but one was obviously the primary and her name was Jamie. Once they entered the gym Jamie gathered all the girls around in a circle and started some stretching exercises while explaining what they were going to do and all the rules about safety, sharing, etc. Jamie was very good at getting the girls listen to her while making them laugh and feel right at home. She also made sure everyone knew why they where there and really made my daughter feel special. The girls did a few minutes of warm up then proceeded to spend an equal amount of time at several different stations with various activities. The girls had an absolute blast going from the trampolines, to the uneven bars, to swinging from a bar like tarzan and dropping into a giant pit filled with foam. There was so much to do that not one girl even thought about being bored. While the girls really had fun, the one person who was responsible for the party being so successful was the host Jamie, she was so energetic, outgoing, funny and caring that she made the whole thing a complete success. If you are thinking of having a birthday party but are wondering what to do, try Olympiad and make sure to ask for Jamie.

They couldn't even do a forward roll and now they do their trampoline jumps, and roll right down the ramp (among other things) and they are only 3 & 4. While I wait for their class I watch the tweens do their tumbling in the big gym, and it's really impressive. Ultimately I chose Skymax because it is affordable, and I shopped around, but the facilities are so much nicer than most I looked into.

My fiancé and I attended several private dance classes in order to have choreography to our first…read moredance. Our dance was simple, but included several distinct parts and included plenty of twirls. The only reason I gave this place four stars was that we had four teachers between our six lessons, ending with the owner of the studio. They left notes for each other, but the handoff each time was not ideal. We ended up coming in for several additional practice sessions during the week before the wedding. The ballroom is very flexible with scheduling and rescheduling (given 24 hours notice). Between our formal lessons and our two practice sessions we did the dance perfectly! It was a huge surprise to our wedding guests. I received compliments all night on how pretty my dress was when twirling during the first dance. A few tips to wedding dance people: -Say yes to the wine they offer -Bring a few songs to choose from for the first dance -Stay hydrated and don't come hungry! -If possible, wear the shoes you'll wear on the wedding day to regular practice -Find out the dimensions of the dance floor of your reception location so you can practice within those confines from the start -Stay 5-10 minutes after the lesson to go over the parts you are unsure of. If you reinforce the lesson right away it's so much easier to practice at home -Practice at home!! We varied from no practices at home to three between lessons. We (and the teachers) could always tell a difference. Even if it's just 10 minutes a night
