Rocking shoes after jumping off the top of the structures

If you're looking to teach your child a lot of new bad words? Bring them here 9-20 something year old kids yelling about how he barely hit them with the ball and that they are "being a pussy." Don't like rules? This place only has a couple employees.. and they work up front! So you don't have to wear their special slip resistant socks.. just wear your shoes with dog shit on them... parenting is very social... if your kid gets hurt they'll find you.. just keep talking to your friend. Want to climb to the highest points of the place... go for it no one will say anything to. Great place for lawyers to go so they can find their next client !

The open jump area! So much room!

Superfly really is as good as it gets. It's not just an awesome place to bring kids to jump around and have fun. It's a great place for the entire family. I've seen grandparents jumping with kids. I've seen aunts and uncles jumping. But there's more to do than just jumping. This isn't like jumping on the trampoline in the back yard. There's an open jump area with room for flying feet in the air from people doing flips. There's trampolines with foam pits at the end so you can go flying into it as well without worries of hurting yourself. They have a trapeze, dodgeball, basketball, and a soon to be coming early next year A NINJA COURSE. Also they have a sick Flight Club where 15+ jumpers can come after 9PM on Fridays and Saturdays and jump in the dark with laser lights and music with heavy beats. It's probably the most fun you can have in Chattanooga if you're in that 18-20 year old range. Prices are more than reasonable and they have College Nights, Middle School nights, Homeschool nights, and Family nights. I go with my nephew and my friends and other family members all the time and we never walk away unhappy. I can't wait to see the awesome things that are coming up for this place.

It's fun. Hard to get a hold of the coordinator for the parties is my biggest gripe. She doesn't work at the location but only takes calls.

Go if you like spinal compression fractures:…read more Went here on Jan. 28, 2022 with a group of friends. I had a blast until one of them literally broke her back. Near the end of the night one of the members of my party accidentally bounced into an area of the park that was undergoing maintenance. It was a 7 foot concrete pit! Mind you she was jumping on a trampoline, so she didn't fall from ground level, she fell from several feet ABOVE ground level. To be fair, there was a small plastic chain over the entrance, but my friend easily cleared this when she was double bounced in that direction. We're estimating that she fell a distance of at least 12 vertical feet in total. As a result, she suffered spinal compression fracture that left her in a back brace for 8 weeks. When the injury occurred none of the teenage staff knew what to do, so thank goodness she had friends there who could take her to the emergency room. Not before a well-meaning employee offered my friend her hand and attempted to help her up, however. Word to the wise, if you've suffered a spinal compression fracture DO NOT MOVE, it'll make things worse. In hindsight we should have called 911 and waited for the professionals to put her on a stretcher, but neither we nor the staff knew that at the time. I wish I was making this up, but my friend is now half an inch shorter and very familiar with her local physical therapy center. In the interest of fairness, nobody wanted my friend to fall into a 7 foot concrete pit. It even had a little chain and sign. I would argue however, that at a trampoline park, it shouldn't be possible to do so. Laws of entropy kind of dictate that masses of bouncing people will eventually land in untended places. I shouldn't have to spell out the need for safety nets or protective barriers to the owners of a trampoline park... Aren't there building codes for this kind of thing? Thankfully the victim this time was a 21 year old with fully developed bones. I shudder to think of the consequences if a child had fallen that distance.

But most importantly we want to recognize the great hospitality we received from CHRISTIAN!! We were immediately greeted with a big smile and high energy!! Any time we found ourselves needing anything, Christian got us, not even being dramatic. Someone in the group rolled their ankle and he promptly got us ice packs in between helping other guests. Another friend lost their wallet but thanks to Christian's awareness, he saw it was left on the counter and kept it to the side for lost and found. Keep up the good work Christian we thank you for your excellent customer service !!

The decor and set was nice for a kid We had our time to jump. We were kindly reminded that our time was up in five minutes As we gathered our guest, a girl LOUDLY spoke across the mic that it was time to go and go now! Urban Air or Catch Air does NOT KICK YOU OUT -not in this manner. Give us time to gather our guest for an adequate head count so we may all exit safely and together. We do NOT need you yelling LOUDLY over a speaker to remind us of anything. It is not packed It was not packed! It wasn't like there was a lot of children. Policies are just that-Professionalism should be that! Redirect your staff to be more professional because reviews like these will keep guest away from your establishment! These parties are NOT CHEAP We will never visit again
