Where do I start. 134$ to take 2 kids to jump for an hour...and 160 tokens to play games. The RUDE staff member 'forgot' to put credit on our card to play arcade games. Also conveniently gave us the wrong color bracelet that gave us 30 mins of jumping when we paid for 60. I asked if they offer military discount since we are ACTIVE Air Force family. She said yes. She the total was about the same after 'discount' she said it was only on the socks. my friends and i came for one of our birthdays the first two hours were great and then we wanted to take a little break to grab a snack and drink but that ended up taking over 30 mins, we had to go up to the counter and remind the people at the concession stand that we were waiting in food then they said "it just came out" then proceeded to only bring us some of our order then we had to go back up to the counter three more times to ask for the rest of our order....one of the employees tried to make up for it which is very much appreciated but very frustrating bc there were maybe and handful of other people here other than us and it still took that long...plz do better read more

Not bad but not perfect. Celebrated a birthday here with a fairly small groups (7 kids total including the birthday boy). Booking the party was simple online; I received follow up communication from SkyZone withIn 24-48 hours to confirm and they provided all the details as to what to do next. Everything was easy to understand about the payment and expectations. On the day of the party (we were the 1st party of the day) we were able to check in easily and just wait for the fun. The kids for our party ranged from 2-10 years old (boys and girls). They all said they had a great time and wanted to come back. This was perhaps one of the easiest parties ever because I brought party favor bags and cake then just sat back and watched the kids have fun. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I didn't see any "special" areas for kids under 5 or smaller children so it can be intimidating for them. There was plenty of space to spread out and as with most places--masking is your choice. We had 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of drinks that we added to our Mini Party package. Pizza was actually pretty good and they make it in house so you don't have to wait for a delivery from an outside source. You can bring your own food but there is a fee for outside food. I would most definitely have another small party here and make it easy on me and the guests. I want to recognize a couple of people who helped with the party--Brandon was our host and he did it all as far as making sure we got checked in and knew what to do, setting up food and serving, cleaning up and making sure we knew how to check out. Shawn was on the court. He really knows how to get kids engaged and work with them through the fear especially for younger kids. These guys were great. read more

We have come to skyzone since it opened in Murfreesboro for my kids parties and never once minded the price. However, this year was a different story. I expected to pay $400+ and was completely cool with that. I get my bill and it's near $600. One, you are not charging me $600 for a party that was awful! The room was so hot and miserable, the pizzas were so undercooked you could not tell what was dough or cheese. The facility feels dirty now, and when I wanted to talk to the manager Ebony about it, she avoided me. You cannot expect us to pay that kind of money for a terrible experience. I got free passes from a previous birthday we had there and every single time we try to use them, we get told we can't. So done with this place. read more

My kids had a great time at this SkyZone today. We filled out our waivers online to make it a quick check in. The employees were all friendly. They have a lot of new attractions we have not seen at other SkyZones. They have a sports court, a slide, a swing, a zip line, dodgeball, a ninja course and more! An hour goes by quick when there's so much to do. We saw birthday party rooms and a snack bar. The snack bar serves hot pizza as well. There are benches and tables with chairs or you can relax in one of their massage chairs. This location is easy to find. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again. read more

This is what the website post reads "Friday GLOW Zone and Saturday Club GLOW is from 9-11 p.m. Lasers, music, and blacklight transform our park into a jumping dance club perfect for all ages. Friday GLOW Zone includes GLOW temporary tattoos, life size jenga, glow mini bowling, glow tic-tac-toe, glow four square & more! Saturday Club GLOW includes Live DJ Juwc, dunk contests & more! First of all they do not have tattoos, life size jenga, glow mini bowling, glow tic-tac-toe, glow four square. The only difference I can see from what the daytime would have been is it was darker with colored lights. Also they tried to make us leave at 10:30. A half hour before the end of the time we paid for. I never once seen anyone cleaning any of the equipment. I will never go back read more

Murfreesboro Tn location. I do not recommend having parties @ this place. The place was overcrowded. The bathrooms were not clean. The manager's are very unprofessional and stay in the office instead of following up to make sure family's have had the experience they pay for. The employees tell you they will go above and beyond for you but leave you hanging after they get your money. Then when you call them out on it the Manager's become combative and make it seem like you are wrong for speaking up about it. The experience was terrible to say the least due the lack of accountability. They never set up our room and the party room stench was unbearable because of the cleaning supplies they used. They actually had a fan sitting on a table trying to get the smell out but still had us in the room!!! Everyone ended up leaving our party early because of it. Was there on monday presidents day .completely understand that it was a busy day but .... Got there at 1 signed my waivers paid for 4 and was told couldnt play until 2 and that id have to get back in the general line as there wasnt a worker fir the prepaid line .... I understand .. came in at 1:40 got back in line like the girl told me to then saw people getting in the prepaid line so again asked if that was where i needed tobe ?? Was told no i needed to be in the general line ... So i stayed in the line and waited and in meantime she then procedes to take a family of six that came in after me and went to the prepaid and i mentioned to them everyone needs to wait in thelune as that line wasnt being used .... But lo and behold they were put in front of everyone waiting so i asked again should i move to that line was told no no was working it . Shortly another family went to the prepaid line and was put in front of everyone ‍ Needless to say i and others are shocked and upset by this time as its already 2:00 and im still 6 deep in line ,finally get to the front at 2:10 and was given a tag for my kids that said 3:30 as id paid for 90 minutes . I asked why im getting shorted on their time was not answered and she rolled her eyes and tore up the stickers and made it for 3:45 althought never a word a smile an apology ... nothing but rather as my kids are putting their shoes away i hear her and the girl working concessions talking and referred to me as that bitch ... I never raised my voice , i wasnt hateful when asking questions simply wanted to know the correct procedure . Happy to follow it just curious as to why the rules didnt apply to some ???
