Great spot for a recent kiddie birthday party, well organized, lots of fun areas to slide and bounce, and their party pizza was not half bad... Helpful staff, not too much supervision in the "bouncy" area. (but that's the PARENTS' job, IMO). Only DING was that particular Sunday, the AC was down, and while the party room was cool and comfy, the bouncy area was hotter than Hades, and the kiddos (and parents) were sweating their faces off!! Haven't been to Sky Zone since it opened. They have really changed the park from what it was. It's more then a trampoline park now and more like an Adventure park. There are still 3 areas to jump, but you have a sports court, dodgeball court, slides, a younger kid play area, climbing wall, and rope climb area now as well. The place is clean as I can see being Winter Break there are a lot more people then normal. They have a snack area with actual food options if you need. I do find the pricing to be expensive, but for a once and awhile visit it's not bad. read more

Lots of dangerous areas. I went there with my friend for her birthday and there was very little to do. They had very dangerous trampolines. The "padded" areas on the trampoline had springs hanging out of them and hurt every time we stepped on them. The jousting areas was very painful if you fell. And the dodgeballs hurt very bad when hit even by the slightest bit. Not the experience I was wanting and I am not coming back any time soon. read more

The manager of this Sky Zone should be reprimanded for how he treated my family today. We brought my son and a group of kids in to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. He had a gift card his grandparents had given him for Christmas last year. The gift card had been purchased along with 2 others last December. When my husband went to use the card today, the employee told him there was no money on the card. It was a brand new card, and the scratch off numbers on the back had never been used. The other 2 cards that had been purchased at the same time had money on them, but not this one. Obviously, there was a mistake in loading this card because the total amount of $120 had been charged to the credit card which was used to purchase them. However, since we did not have a receipt from 10 months ago, the manager refused to honor the card. Even though it makes no sense that we would have a brand new gift card in a sleeve with a pair of socks with no money on it. My husband was reasonably upset at this situation and the manager refused to try to solve the problem in any other way than saying there was nothing he could do. They essentially stole $60. Then to top it off, the manager said to one of his employees under his breath, but loud enough for my husband to hear, "If that guy hadn't been such an ass I would have given him a discount." That kind of management behavior is unacceptable. If this establishment wants to stay in business during these times when people's money tight, they should consider treating their customers with more respect and working to solve problems like misloaded gift cards! We are very disappointed and will continue to pursue a refund of the money that was paid for that gift card but never put on it. Shameful! read more

I was so blown away by the kindness recently extended from this company that I had to take a moment to write a review. Before the pandemic was even a concern, I'd scheduled a birthday party event at Skyzone for a Saturday in May. My sons were turning 6 and 8 and of course were so excited for their party and then ultimately disappointed when the lockdown caused it to be cancelled. First, the amazing customer service began when I did not need to contact Skyzone first about a refund for the deposit I put down for the party. I was called and offered the option to reschedule or have the deposit returned very quickly when it became evident things would not be opening in time. I really appreciated that it wasn't a hassle to handle at all. As if that wasn't nice on its own, Skyzone went even further by inviting my sons for a private jump session (including any other kids who had birthdays cancelled with them during the lockdown) at no cost to us! My husband took them and said the facility was very clean and the staff was so nice and welcoming to the families that came. My boys came back home so happy (and exhausted!), It was one of their first times out of the house in months and I'm sure they won't soon forget it. That's just excellent service, I know there aren't many other trampoline parks around, but Skyzone will always exclusively have our business and our appreciation for giving my boys the perfect belated birthday surprise! read more

Sky Zone is my new happy place. Simply put, it's an indoor trampoline park with fun options for all ages, including free jump, dodgeball, Sky Slam (basketball), and Skyrobics (an hour long cardio class and my favorite activity here). A little more details on Skyrobics: offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays 7-8 PM and Saturdays 9-10 AM. Classes are taught by upbeat and positive instructors and no skills/coordination needed :) It's so fun that while I'm doing the class it doesn't feel like a workout, but I can certainly feel it in my muscles the next day! There are also special jump times for certain age groups -- toddler time, teens, etc -- to make it safe and enjoyable for everyone. A clean, inviting facility. A friendly staff. Jared is awesome. But whoever was managing the place tonight was horrid. We weren't allowed to do anything! No running, jumping, they literally told us to have no fun. The first warning the "manager in blue" told us that we couldn't run in the dodgeball court and that we could play football if we walked. So we walked and got in trouble. We have been to so many trampoline and inflatable play places. We are considering moving to the area so We were excited to check this one out. The pros: well maintained equipment The cons: Very overpriced at $16 an hour per child. So $32 for a 3 and 6 year old Another issue that we have never come across before was the staff. They have staff to monitor the jump floor for safety reasons, which I'm all for, however they don't monitor from a distance. They are invasive and obnoxious. We were the only family there fkr the first 30 min and every little thing was an issue. No running, no sharing squares even if they are just sitting, and unless parents pay another 16 then you can only sit on the sides. No exaggeration: every step we took she was right behind us. In fact at one point we stopped to change directions and she almost ran into us. We went to the foam pit area and our 3 year old called my husband in (he was a little nervous after he jumped in). My husband got in and went towards him and our 7 year old and she immediately told him parents aren't allowed in if they didn't pay to play. My husband actually got so upset he told the lady to back up and asked for a manager. He wanted to just leave and get out money back but our 3 year old wanted to stay so we did. The manager was useless as well. They are all robotic. No situational judment at all. At one point one of the guys pointed out that my 3 year old was running and I mean mugged him and made it a point to look over at the pre teen boys playing a brutal game of dodgeball. Clearly running and sgaring squares is allowed for some. I took a picture of how close she stood watching over my kids. This is where she was standing and as soon as my husband got in to help our son she told him to get out if He hadn't played. We will not be back. read more

I spent a glorious hour at Sky Zone reliving my childhood, much of which was spent jumping on my trampoline in the backyard. Multiply those memories by about a million because this giant space is literally filled with dozens of trampolines--several areas just have floor- and wall-covered trampolines, and there are others including a slam dunk station (what it sounds like), trampolines + giant foam pit (flipping and jumping to the max into a big cushy sea of foam), a rock climbing wall (complete with another foam pit), and more. I'll rewind and clarify that I was there for my nephew's birthday party and not just a creepy adult flying solo, but I had just as much fun as all the kids. We also had a wonderful experience with the staff; a party room had been rented for the second half of the party, after jumping. The staff members were well-organized and super friendly and made the day easy and memorable for kids and adults alike! Highly recommend for children's parties (or a rainy afternoon)... or adult parties? Fun for all the young at heart! read more

I went to sky zone for glow night. Kids at my school got hand sanitizer and came to me and thought it was funny to put it in me and other people. Personally I will never let anyone do anything like that to me and not do anything back. So I took the hand sanitizer out of the kids hand and put it on him. The manager (that I have been told is very rude) he comes up to me and asks if I put hand sanitizer on him I said yes and he told me to leave... the kids that where doing the same thing told him everyone was doing it and he did not care. He continued while I was getting my stuff out of the locker to go to a table with multiple people there and talk about me while cussing. I will now go to get air where I have never had a problem with anyone. I can't say to go there or not but personally I will NOT be going back. I would go back if he was not a manager! read more

With all of the rules and TVs displaying said rules all over the place how hard would it be to post a sign that says: "you must fill out a waiver BEFORE you get in line"? Waited in line for 20 min only to be told I had to get OUT of line, sign a waiver, then wait more time in the line. NO paper waiver was offered despite the fact that it is CLEARLY posted that a paper waiver could be provided. Terrible service. My daughter went here with her friends over the summer.....let me tell you how bad it was she got hit in the head with a rubber ball right in the ear and she heard a ringing in her ear for 4 days it was red and we thought she went def in one ear but luckily she didn't so if you take your kids to this place make shore to bring ear protectors.after all that my daughter and her friends had a great time dunking and blocking 3 year olds shots. Took an aerobics class here. What a fun and interesting way to work out without following the same boring gym routine. An hour class for ten dollars us reasonable. The exercises are far more than jumping on the trampoline. They did the sets in fifteen minute intervals. Makes you feel like a kid again. Fill the waiver out online prior to arriving and you'll breeze through the check-in process. Grip socks are provided for use and are yours to keep. There are picnic tables and refreshments available; definitely a great place for kids. I had a difficult time locating the building as it is nestled away amongst a maze of commercial parks. Hopefully, your GPS will have an easier time than mine did. read more

My son had his birthday party here this past weekend and wow it was such a good experience. The facility was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful! They were super attentive and helpful from check-in until we left the facility. We had a kiddo that got sick from dehydration and the manager came to us right away and helped us out. The original young lady that checked us in came back at the end of the party and asked how everything was. Shoutout to our party host Mitch!! He was awesome and he made our party so much fun! My family loved everything they said it was one of the best birthday parties they had been to! It is a really good place to have a party and invite people of all ages as everyone can have fun! I'm not much of a reviewer, I signed up on yelp just to make this comment, that is how disappointed I am in this establishment. Horrible experience. Spent $$$ to have a birthday party here. Expected to be able to jump around with the other 15+ in my party, but was not allowed to jump in the same area as they were. Nor could they come and jump where I was allowed. Making this a very non-family oriented event. I will never go back. Do not come here expecting to be able to jump with your kids because you will not. Another thing to watch for if you do happen to have a party. If you add more jumpers than what your party package is, they will charge an extra $21 per person. Whereas if you just go and pay directly at the front, they will only be $16. They could not tell me why they try to charge you an extra $5 per extra person. Meh. My daughter wasn't old enough to jump on the big kid's side, so they says no older kids were allowed on her side and that it would only be kids 5 and younger. Well older kids came over and it was every man for themselves, so I put my daughter on the other side and she was quickly shooed out. When I said "well you guys aren't even telling the older kids to get out of their section, so what's the big deal?" Then they got the oldest kids out and glared at me. This was horrible. We had to wait half an hour for our pretzels and when we got them they were ice cold. The guy also kept asking what drinks we wanted after we said it 5 times. There were also a lot of gnats flying around our food. Also when we walked in it smelled horrible like sweaty feet. I understand people get sweaty but it was also really hot in there and they should have at least kept a little bit of air going. Bring in some febreeze. Awful. read more

I can't figure out the pricing model here the sky zone in Columbus is larger and less expensive. They even give you a price break for bring your socks so it is 25% cheaper in Columbus than here. Also the rubber playground balls for dodgeball are just a bad idea. I saw several kids crying due to being hit in the face. Enforce the rules, get some foam balls, and separate by age better. Everyone will have a better experience. read more

Did a 60 minute jump yesterday with my 8 year old son and one of his friends. Without a doubt this attraction emphasizes the rules, but because of the nature of the activity that makes sense. We had a blast! Dodgeball, foam pit, free jump and basketball were all a lot of fun. I'm a distance runner and this place gave me a good workout as it did the kids. I will be back soon... read more

I took my son there and asked if I could pay to jump next to him a thing I do all the time at the Fishers,IN location and was told it wouldn't be a problem. But when we started to jump I was told I couldn't. My son loves sky zone so I was just standing on the blue edges around the trampoline the same employee comes up to me and then asks me why am I not listening to him I told him I wasn't jumping I am just supervising my son. Then he tells me I have to stand on the platform to watch him, I then told him I paid to jump and he said I can't and it's not his problem I was told wrong. This was in a time frame of 10 minutes. I then wanted to speak to a manager and she pretty much said the same thing the employee on the trampolines said. All in all it was a bad experience and I'll drive to Fishers and make a day out of this instead of driving 30 to this sky zone location. read more

Clean and well staffed BUT the age breakdown/separation they do means you as a parent CANNOT jump with your children. You can do the foam pit and basketball but NOT the trampolines or dodgeball. I've never felt more unsafe before. I was having a great time until me and my friends were playing dodgeball and we were targeted by someone and the workers did nothing about it. Come to find out that the girl targeting us was actually a worker at skyzone and that is why the workers let her do want they want. I am very disgusted and enraged and other people there were very unhappy as well. this place absolutely sucked. this may have been the worst decision by going here. I give it 0 stars. I was bullied by the workers. it was my friends 16th birthday & we went to dinner & skyzone. when we got to skyzone we waited in line for about 25 minutes & when we finally got to the front to pay we were told by the workers we needed to get out of line to fill out a waiver and then get back in line for another 25 minutes. the worker at the front desk was rude & continuously ruled her eyes at my friends & I. when we finally got out on the trampolines we went to play dodge ball. my friends and me were having a great time singing to one of the songs when we kept getting dirty looks from the worker & this other girl. we got back on the court & started playing dodge ball when the same girl giving us dirty looks started playing really aggressive with my friends & me & was purposely targeting us in the face with the rubber balls hitting us multiple times. one of the "rules" at skyzone is to not purposely hit people in the face with rubber balls. I say "rules" because we were hit so many times & the court monitor did nothing about it. my friend got hit so hard that she had trouble seeing out of her eye. soon the girl started using foul language with us and even called me special needs. the workers do nothing about it. come to find out the girl bullying us is a worker at skyzone. I do not recommend anyone to go here. I have been to many skyzones but this one I don't recommend. read more
