We visited sky zone today "we have a monthly membership" & just wanted to leave a review for Rob he goes by but I think his real name is Robert and I would just like to say he is absolutely amazing not only does he actually take the time out to engage with the kids and play with them "of course while doing his job and supervising them" he's one of the few that go above and beyond like I said to actually engage & like play dodgeball/ basketball with the kids he's a GREAT addition to the sky zone here at Daytona..! We were previous members and left for a little break and now we are back and I'm glad to see all the new faces seems like they now have a good team on their hands.. read more

Staff is friendly! We are in town visiting from Savannah, GA and it's storming today, so we found this place to come with 3 kids (12, 10, & 8). The kids have said the trampoline park in Savannah has nothing on this place! They are in love with all the different activities. Kinda pricy... $98.98 for 3 general admissions (90 mins) and 3 socks. This was a birthday party and a lot of hard earned money was was spent there ..I honestly regret going there now because it was so disappointed and got very little in return. during parties , the kids are only allowed to play in the play area for 1 hour. And they don't even allow them that. After about 45 minutes the pull all the kids for the party from the play Area to go into " the party room" this room is not birthday decorated, provides no where for adults to sit, provides no cake, gives 2 pizzas for the party, 1 pitcher of lemon aid, 1 pitcher of water and they absolmutely REFUSE to refill the pitchers. It takes the kids only 15 minutes to drink their 1/2 cup of juice and 1- slice of pizza. And they will Not let the kids leave this area to return to the Play area Until the hour is up. I had 1 invitee arrive late and she was denied any playtime in the play area and even denied a pair of socks because " she arrived after checkin". This is what $300+ gets you for 8 kids at a birthday party. Complete disregard. Never again. Seek out other party options in the Daytona area. We will never return there again. read more

If I could give no stars I would , we got a membership because we came often and my two year old loves to jump, and one day we came in and they pretty much said she can't come back if she isn't wearing a mask which wasn't the case until now she just turned two she won't even keep a hat on . Such a great idea! We took our active 5 year old nephew and our 1 year old niece & they both had a blast! My nephew was trying the obstacles and loved jumping into the foam cubes. He also played dodge ball and drank a Gatorade at the end! We stayed for 2 hours. My one year old niece jumped around with her brother and one of the staff members was nice enough to bring 3 foam cubes for her to play with while jumping. They do have designated days for the toddlers to jump, where they put toys on the trampolines, for the little ones. Our one year old niece was fine with the older kids. Everyone is respectful and the parents are around to guide them. All in all, it's a great activity! Can't wait to try friends and family night, where it's 1/2 of on Thursdays! read more

I have a bad attitude with one worker in branch on Daytona beach Florida, I have a membership for my daughter 5 years old and my son 2 years old usually jump with her for free because his under 3 years old and my daughter is a membership they are play and jump together . we went three times every time everything is wonderful just today at 7:30 pm the guy his name "Jamey "he told me your son cannot jump should be the parents jump with him I told him her sister will do usually jump together I have a baby 4 month I cannot jump with him but usually I watch him if something happens with him I will take care. he told me no no no should be you jump with him and pay $9 I told him I cannot jump with him because my little one I can't leave her alone and my son with his big sister why this time you said that !!! ok if I pay the money to jump with him who can watch my little daughter 4 month he told me you can have a seat and stay with your little one ! So why this company not clear for membership?? They should be say the kid under 3 years for $9 not for free ! This not good . And this guy talk with bad attitude and I have 3 kids one 5 years one 2 years and one 4 month .. and my daughter has a membership and his brother jump with her and if it's not important to the parents jump with the kids under 3, the worker said should be jump and this guy denied my daughter for entry!!!! We were here yesterday, and my 13 year old daughter was playing in the challenge area, specifically the area where there were rope bags hanging stuffed with foam blocks. She got stuck on the black rope bag with orange blocks inside, and my mom was yelling for a staff member to help her. The staff member just stood there watching. I heard another woman yelling that a girl was stuck, and I ran over there to find my daughter almost upside down, and the staff member was not helping. He finally came over and just stood there, and called for help, as I'm frantically trying to get my daughter's leg unstuck. He said the other guy will probably take out the orange blocks out. So, I started doing that. Then, the other guy came over and helped remove the blocks. She was then able to get free. They didn't say anything to us, and we walked away. She wanted to leave after that. Before this happened, we were in this same area, but on the other side. We fell into the foam pits, from the balance beam, and had a really difficult time getting out. You have to push yourself out of there, and it was really hard to get out. I'm a marathon runner, and I'm in shape, but it was really hard for me to get out. The wall is just too high. The staff member just watched. My daughter also couldn't get out. Once I was out, the staff member suggested piling up the blocks high enough where she could climb out, which is how she got out. The other areas were fun though, but we won't be back. read more

If I could give it 0 stars, I would, simply because it seems like when you check in, all they're about is the money. My cousin paid over $200 in a package that comes with free shirts, but somehow I was hustled into paying $10 for my shirt for Glow. (When participating in Glow, you're required to buy a shirt.) Then, you have to STILL pay $1.99 plus tax for each pair of socks that are ALSO required. However, we didn't make a big deal about the socks. Then the lockers are $6, but guess what. If you put in a $10 bill, it WILL NOT give you change. It'll just keep your change. I met some very sweet employees there, which made the experience slightly better. The food is pretty good & so are the slushees. The place itself wasn't bad as far as activities go, but the greed that comes from this company is so sickening that it makes me not ever want to return to this establishment again. read more

We were down in Daytona and ended up stopping in when it happened to be "toddler time".. They had most areas roped off and my granddaughter (who is 6), was incredibly disappointed. She's been there before and loves the obstacle course. We paid almost $14 for one person to jump (this included two pairs of socks even though it was only her jumping). We literally walked around the perimeter, and immediately went back to the front counter. I explained that no one told us the majority of the trampolines were closed. They said "we don't give refunds". We even suggested they keep the money but let us return for an hour when they are fully operational and they wouldn't do that either. So, since they would not give us a refund, we stood there and waited for 35 minutes until they opened the other areas at 10:00am. The bottom line is, I'm not soliciting a refund. My point is that the staff needs to inform customers coming in, especially those with kids 5 and 6, that it's "toddler time" AND that there are only a couple of areas open. We ended up going to Hangar15 after that, which she prefers anyways- it is much larger with more variety of things to jump and play on. **After we submitted this, someone even pulled the camera footage to try and discredit us by "proving" that she did jump. Yes, we did stay (never did I state otherwise)- AFTER they refused to give us a refund or allow us to come back at a later date. Did they really want to keep our money and then expect us to leave? Their lack of customer service and professionalism is appalling. read more

This place is lots of fun and a great time for all ages in our group. However, the stars of this place are the employees!! Every visit we have had, I leave impressed at the cheerful alacrity every employee seems possessed of. Now expecting an excellent experience based of previous visits, sky zone and specifically Desi, still managed to out do themselves. Desi was wonderful with everyone at the obstacle course and bought a icee out of his own money to the person with the best time. I had a membership for my 2 child, was standing in the members only line, then another customer came from the other line skipping me (I already stood there for 20-30 minutes). The employee seen in, but continue to check the man out, the. I pointed it out and the man cussed at me. I told him he was IGNORANT and he then threatened to slap me. even one of the other employees agreed that he was out of line, but they allowed him to still check out in front of me and do nothing about him threatening me. This brightly colored, well staffed, and clean trampoline jump park is a ridiculous amount of fun! There is so much to do and you're going to love tiring yourself out. If your little ones outlast you, there's food and drink available right next to the check in desk. This place was popular but not crowded on a Sunday afternoon. We went for a birthday party and had a blast. Between the obstacle courses, various games, and the free style area, this is the best kid's birthday party I've been to as a parent. So to start it off we bought the groupon! We didn't see an event was going on so we drove over but we couldn't jump because of the event (that's fine our fault) we proceeded to ask the employee what days we could come and she told us when events took place and the times to be at the park. We thanked her and confirmed "so we can come Friday and jump as long as we're here before 7:30?" She told us yes! What she did not tell us is that there are two events on Fridays and the groupon was yet again not used. After arguing with groupon for some time they finally refunded us and we will NEVER be wasting our time going to skyzone again. There are better trampoline park options. read more

I attended the birthday party of a child at Sky Zone today. I cannot say that I've ever had a better experience. Every every single member of the staff that we interacted with was warm, friendly, outgoing, energetic, and more than accommodating. They take care of absolutely EVERYTHING, leaving the parents and grandparents of the attendees free to enjoy their children. I was amazed by Sky Zone it's clean as a pin, well maintained, well staffed, and safe. I spoke with a manager upon leaving, and he was wonderful. A definite five star experience. read more

I cannot get over how incredibly friendly and accommodating everyone at the Sky Zone was! From the moment I called and spoke to Kaleb - he gave me multiple party options and ideas, confirmed everything I needed, and was courteous and helpful - to the day of the party when Amy set us up and Zee spent her afternoon keeping the girls entertained! Zee was a blast - she was sweet and fun and the kids loved her. She anticipated our needs and made sure the party ran smoothly. We had one hiccup at cake time - the camera my boyfriend's daughter brought to take pics with stopped working when she loaded the film! That could've been a disaster for the scrapbook/selfie station, but we knew we would be okay without it. Zee found a couple people to help - including the resident photographer (they use the same fujimax camera there). 2 or 3 other employees came by and went above and beyond to help make the camera work - meanwhile we opened gifts and continued to have fun. They even went and got batteries; that turned out to be the fix! After they all left, we found out that the person who spent the most time on it, and provided the batteries, was the owner!!! Talk about going above and beyond for the guest!! We were most definitely wowed. We won't go anywhere else. As a side note - when I was booking the party, I'd called the local competitor. I got a very dry, and unsure answer, regarding standard party packages. Not only did Sky Zone offer more for the same price, they offered alternatives (we bought a groupon and booked the party room), they also were confident and helpful. That first call certainly got us in the door - the overall employees will keep us coming back. read more

We've been coming here for about a year for Toddler Time and LOVED it! Today was a different story... Apparently the hours changed after the first of the year and they are correctly noted on your website but I didn't think to check since we visit monthly. You have now cut your Toddler Time jump time from 2 hours to 1 but did not cut the price in half. Today, we paid at 9:40 am, when you now close at 10:00 instead of 11:00. Maybe you could have mentioned that we will only have 15 minutes not 75 as we thought. Unfortunately, the 40 minute drive isn't justifiable for a maximum of an hour of play time and we likely will not return. Such a shame as my son adored it. read more

I love this place during the day. I bring my grandkids all the time. We are doing the Friday night Glow. Black lights and a DJ. Two kids for three hours like $43. The music is so frigging loud and ghetto. So inappropriate for elementary students. Just sex and crude lyrics. I am surprised at this. Half the staff are dancing around with each other and not working. Even the kids hate the music. I will never ever come back for Glow. I have to put a earphones on to try and drown it out. I went for a UDC tournament and they did a great job hosting it, the DJ was great, everything was good, but never have I ever been told by an employee of a skyzone "if you get hit, just get the f*** out!" I understand tensions rise during these dodgeball tournaments but the staff plays a big role in holding it all together, and that to me was very unprofessional. read more
