Great place for a party for our granddaughter. Horrible time for telling us when to get into the room. Told us party to start at 1:30 but would not allow us to get us into the room until 3:00. They need to let us know when the room would have been ready. Do better people. read more

But when it came time to cancel our membership, it was a hassle and they kept charging me for the next three months before finally telling me the only way I could do it was if I filled out a form online This was not mentioned previously the other two times I tried to cancel. The manager was not helpful at all, and they would not give me the owners information to talk to him directly. read more

We had our son's birthday party there yesterday (Conner Bell, 11/5/2022). Everything was great, but your employee Jace (Sp?) is a gem and the reason for this review. He went out of his way to come up and check on everything, which was to be expected. What we didn't expect is the genuine interest he took in our son. He sat down and chatted with him about nothing in particular for a solid 20 minutes. Our son's best friend was not able to make it to the party, so he was bummed. Jace didn't know this, but his kindness made our son's day. It was so awesome! Keep him around for as long as you can. I've been involved in customer service in some capacity for the majority of my adult life and he is definitely a top contender for the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you, Jace. Overpriced and poorly run. Very slow check-in process... 10-15 minutes when moderately busy. Requires a release form "updated" every 6 months and utilizes dysfunctional iPad-like device that takes 5-15 minutes depending on if you get one that works; you won't know it needs completed again until reaching the front of the line, thus often requiring waiting in line twice, so not uncommon to wait 30 minutes+ just to check in. $4 socks (per person); $2 locker fee. read more

Booked a platinum party for my son. The entire experience was horrible. It states they have unlimited drinks, well apparently that is only after they jump for 90 mins. I was told we would be in the downstairs private room only to find out they let someone else have it. The host helped serve pizza and then left leaning me to serve the rest of the party. My sons name was left off of the white board . The entire experience was horrendous. read more

This skyzone is absolute trash. The trampolines are so old and stretched out like my grandmothers pussy. There were so many little hoodlums running around over crowding the place and ruining the experience. They also made me pay $25 for this waste of time they call a trampoline park and wouldn't even allow flips. Ridiculous. read more
