After many years in The Zone's men's gymnastics program, team parents were told on April 1 that the boys program would be ending June 1, 2026. It was heartbreaking, but we immediately came together as a community to find a way to keep our boys in the sport they love. We had a limited time and are still working to find a plan. Today, May 1, the owner cancelled the program effective immediately, going back on his word and leaving families scrambling. No notice. No transition. Just gone. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Our boys deserved better. So beware before joining a program here as this could happen to you too! read more

The gym's owner only cares about money and not at all about the athletes or the parents. My son has been competing with the boys' team for four years and has a wonderful coach. Twice in the past year he has fired and rehired the coach and cancelled the boys' program, then gave us last second notice that it was ending a month sooner than he originally told us. My daughter also joined the cheer team a couple years ago and we had a similar unprofessional experience with the team being cancelled mid-season after all the tuition we had already paid for practices. If you want any kid of consistency for your athlete, do NOT send them here. read more

Not much to offer for the price we pay. I wonder what the college age instructors are making. Also too much time on breaks.

Four of my children have really enjoyed their time at The Zone. The coaches are great with kids and push them without forcing them. Our kids are not in competitions but we have watched the competition kids practice and the coaches are great with them. They ask a lot from their competitors and hold them to high standards. As a former athlete I deeply appreciate coaches who aren't afraid to be fierce and demand the athletes best. The only way "their best" becomes easy and common for them is through coaches like them consistently pulling it out from them. Believe me, the amount of athletes in this world self driven and correctional to an extent of success is absolutely zero. Having someone who can see what you don't see and isn't afraid to keep expecting you to make the necessary changes is beyond valuable. I see great things in the future of this gym and if your kid wants to be in on that kind of environment I highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely nothing like the birthday parties they claim to offer! They say they will have all kinds of things. Glad I came prepared with my own things. They had ONE table cloth, random forks/plates/cups that they luckily found, only had a tiny bag of ice for our drinks AND proceeded to ask us to not use it all because they didn't have anymore and may need for an injury!!! I was told the "host" would provide entertainment with games/activities, not AT ALL. HAD TO ASK HER TO MAKE AN OBSTACLE COURSE! More than half the equipment was off limits, but yet I paid $310 for WHAT? Oh, let me add that they had the f*cking air set at 82!!!!!!!!! We were all miserable and I am beyond pissed that I wasted my $ and sons birthday there. The staff were rude and acted annoyed EVERY-TIME I'd ask for something that was supposed to be provided.
