Dodgeball Trampoline Pit. Lots of fun!

We've only been here once, for a family birthday party, but could tell from the start everyone was in for a good time. They rotate birthday parties through there like a finely tuned machine and the staff goes out of their way to make everyone feel at home. Great place to go on a rainy Saturday!

Today it was not busy but the staff were still enforcing social distancing and sanitation measures. Masks have to be worn while jumping and all staff are masked and wiping down commonly touched surfaces between check ins.

the "clean" floor after the party host swept. Zoom in. You can see the previous parties food on the floor.

I never leave reviews but this is much needed. I had my daughters birthday here and had 13 of her friends. It isn't cheap but Skyzone normally isn't so that part is what it is. For the money, you expect a lot though. Our package came with a room, pizza, jump time, etc. What they don't tell you is you and all of the parents have to sit on bleachers and aren't allowed to that room until your jump time is over. Of course, that was an hour and a half for us. We had to ask several times for a place to put our children's coat and shoes and it was a storage bin but that's fine. There was atleast 8 other parties going on at the same time. If you've been to this location you know there is absolutely no room for something like this. Fast forward to 15 mins before we're allowed in our room and I ask if I can go to the room and help them set up. They say sure so I go up. Pizza, plates, cups, ON THE FLOOR. Table is covered in ice-cream and food. Yet our cake is on the table along with our goody bags. Absolutely DISGUSTING. What's even better, we waited 10 mins (so 5 minutes before the families come up to eat pizza and have cake) and still, no one has cleaned it. My husband and I actually cleaned the area. We were wiping down tables with their products and finally our "party host" started to sweep. When she was done there obviously was still food and cups and plates on the floor. It was comical so we just did it ourselves. We set up ourselves. We fished out pizza ourselves even though our package included a party host that would do all of this for us. She told the children to "help themselves", LOL. She sure was quick to hand us the check though! Didn't even get halfway through our pizza before our check came. I want to add too, you only get 45 minutes in the party room. There's so much more to say but I don't have the time nor do you to read this novel. This place is children managing children. Such a waste of money. It was through fully embarrassing. There are much better places to have your children's birthday. Please don't wast your time or money on this place! OH, and I left a review once they sent me a request to leave one via email and they asked if I wished to be contacted about my poor experience and I said yes. Of course, going on two weeks later and no cal from management.

Awesome for a senior (73 years old) to jump and dunk a ball, hit a kid in dodgeball, and feel like a teenager.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

We have a membership and although we don't use it every month, it's just nice to have as backup option. Never had a problem making an appointment either. They recently added some arcade stuff which was pretty cool and gives them more reason to stay longer. Birthdays - I haven't had the pleasure of hosting yet (was supposed to a few years ago, but covid hit). The manager was very nice, offered a discount on my next birthday booking, and refunded everything back to me without any issues. No fighting, or making multiple calls to try and get a refund. Loved that! Now as for regular staffing, I do think a few need to be trained to speak up more, but I do understand how some teens could be really shy about trying to enforce rules, but it's def needed for safety. Too many times, I have teens trample my kids and nothing was said to them. Also, the long running trampoline area should be monitored more. A few times, my kids wanted to test their flipping skills, but tons of teens are just laying down on it not letting anyone use it. We would come back and check to see if its free to use, but again, same people would be there. I think it should have a line system like the other attractions there. Run down, flip, run back , flip, then get back in line. I've also had issues with kids constantly cutting in front of my daughter and the staff said nothing. I had to step in and tell them they can't have all their friends cutting in front. This happened at the ninja course. Will I be back? Of course. My kids love it. Are there adjustments that are needed? Most definitely.

I had purposely chosen to visit during the daytime, anticipating a welcoming, kid-friendly environment suitable for my toddlers. However, my experience was far from what I expected. Despite the fact that the venue was not crowded, I purchased a parent pass only to find myself closely followed by staff members while we tried out the trampolines. I was then informed that only one person was allowed on the trampoline at a time, which seemed restrictive and inconvenient given that I had my children with me. What was most disheartening was an incident involving my child sitting down in one of the massage chairs. Immediately, an announcement blared over the loudspeaker, instructing her to get out of the chair if she was not paying. This public embarrassment was completely unacceptable and far from the friendly atmosphere I hoped for. I spent over a hundred dollars expecting an enjoyable and kid-friendly experience, but instead, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our visit. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider adjustments to improve the environment for families !

The manager, Lizzy, was hysterical and extremely disappointing. She showed poor professionalism, a lack of leadership, and, worst of all, she was screaming at and harassing children. Here's what happened: I went to Junior Playland, and they told me I had to pay an extra $. I said okay, paid with my credit card, and we went inside. After my kids started playing, Lizzy came up to my child and started screaming at him like a hysterical person. I stayed quiet at first because the kids were there, and they became scared of her. I then went to the front desk and asked her to provide her name. I told her, "Please, do not scream at children again." as I had also seen her yelling at other kids. At that point, she started screaming loudly at me in front of everyone. I told her I was not going to continue arguing because my kids were there, and I did not want them exposed to that behavior. I walked away from the desk, and she told me to leave immediately or she would call the police. I chose to stay because I wanted to wait for the police. While waiting, my daughter wanted to use the climbing wall, but another employee told me, "Your daughter cannot go there because we don't like you." My daughter started crying , and she was so upset and didn't stop crying for a long time. She was scared and afraid from them. When the police arrived, the manager Lizzy never told them that she had been screaming at my children and other children.By the way, they even lied to the police and claimed they refunded me, but I never received any refund from them. So not only was my money taken for the tickets I bought for my three kids, but my children were also left traumatized after being harassed and screamed at in front of everyone. I left the facility and filed a report regarding the screaming and harassment of kids. Please do yourself a favor: if you love your children, do not go there. I saw too many disturbing things happening at this facility. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. This was my last time coming here. The Worst decision ever was coming here . P.S. After reading the owner's replies to the negative Google reviews for Junior Playland, I understand everything now. Just read their responses to unhappy customers and you'll see a troubling pattern. They repeatedly mention calling the police on customers who simply raised concerns after spending money there. If you speak up, even to ask them not to harass or scream at kids, they may treat you like the problem instead of addressing the issue professionally.
