I had a really disappointing experience here because of how rude two staff members were toward me and my friends. They were both teens and had a bad attitude from the start -- talking to us disrespectfully, acting annoyed for no reason, and making us feel unwelcome. We were being respectful and weren't doing anything wrong, so the way we were treated was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this experience definitely hurt our impression of the place. I had a party there today, 10/4/25, at 12:30pm. First they say to arrive 30 mins early to set everything up and pay the rest of your balance as you are checking in. Upon asking, the manager (did not get her name) said that we pay when we check out. The jump time was from 12:30-2 and you're in the room from 2-2:40, no earlier. So all of the party guests, especially one with a newborn, had to sit on the bleachers, which they didn't say you weren't allowed in the room until the time on the website. The jump time was fun but when it came down to going into the room, they brought us into the room and nothing was set up. I brought a couple decorations and when I asked, the host had no idea where they were. Come to find out, they set them up upstairs so I had to have all of the guests and children move from that room and move upstairs. They only set up one table with plates and napkins, knowing I had 13 kids there but whatever. The pizza was okay and the host did help hand that out and drinks. One of the kids accidentally spilled a drink and the host just stood there watching and didn't do ANYTHING to help until someone asked her to grab paper towels or something to help. Another manager (a taller guy with a shaved head) told my husband and mother in law that we weren't going to get any of my sons presents until we paid the rest of the balance. It's stated on their website that they do NOT do that. I let the other manager know that and said also said that they don't do that. I ended up telling the female manager that this party is NOT worth the price I paid and it states on their website there's a 10 kid minimum on their website. Well that's not true. If you have more than 10 kids it's an up charge, also was not aware of that when booking the party and when I got the confirmation call about the party. I do feel bad I ended up laying into the female manager, it was not her fault and she did what she was supposed to do so if she's reading this, I'm sorry. Definitely steer clear from booking a party at this place as the communication absolutely SUCKS and so does the male manager and I will also be contacting corporate about this as well. The employees at this location were extremely lazy and stood around talking on their cell phones rather than enforcing any of the rules. Many employees were playing basketball with each other and not with any guests. Teens and adults without wristbands OR socks were jumping without any consequences. We stood at the snack stand for 10 minutes with no service. Employees walked out of the room behind the snack stand, saw us standing there but did not even acknowledge us. I've seen this be place before a good one, but the treatment of the employees by higher ranked staff is abominable. Employees are encouraged to not take breaks over long shifts and there has been talk about the employee's manager "getting with" a 15 year old. Lots of rumors surrounding grooming... not a place I'd feel safe with my children! Keep a close eye on your babies. Especially since the court monitors are VERY hit or miss and many neglect their responsibilities, leading to extremely dangerous situations. I should not have had to pay full price for my three year old daughter when more than half of the equipment was only suitable for children 6 and above. The condition of the equipment was lackluster at best. There were numerous trampoline walls that were "out of order," a full attraction that was closed down, and broken handholds on the climbing wall (the piece literally spun around when you grabbed it). We took our son here on a Saturday for little leapers jump (8:30-10:30). There was only a large trampoline section open and I was told I couldn't be on the same trampoline with my two year old son. There were about 50 people in the jumping section to maybe 25-30 trampolines. You had to wait in line to jump into the foam fit, limit of 4 people at one time. Two other jumping areas were completely closed off and not used. Telling my 2 year old he had to wait in line to jump into the foam was even more aggravating because there was no time limit for the 4 kids already using them. We paid 80 dollars for 3 adults and 2 toddlers and were there maybe 30 minutes before we left. I will never go back here. There isn't much to do and the staff are always telling you where you can't be. read more

My child just attended a birthday party for a 5 yo. Upon arrival, the staff offered to collect presents to be transferred to the party area..seemed reasonable and convenient. Later, after noticing other presents in the party area, but not the package from my child, an inquiry was made with staff. The staff explained that they keep presents in a holding area until payment is made. THEY HOLD KIDS BIRTHDAY PRESENTS, WITHOUT CONSENT, AS COLLATERAL..an incredibly tacky business practice. "Tried" to book a birthday party for my son who is going to be 2 and loves little leapers. During little leapers on 10/8 I talked to two employees that worked with the parties and told them how little my son is and all of his friends. I have two children out of the 10 that are ages 6 and 6.5. Which I understand both kids are over the age of 5. Both employees told me that they would let us have the party there and that I just need to call the call center to book. They also told me that I shouldn't book a regular party because my kids are so little that certain areas would be restricted and also would be hard for them to jump with the bigger kids. They stated that older siblings can jump too so I am not sure how that works out either. I called and was told that it needs to be approved by the manager and owner. I then had to call back because I heard nothing from them. The lady that answer was very rude cutting me off and telling me it wasn't approved. They clearly need a team meeting on what to say to customers because if it was a no from the start I wouldn't have even tried and moved on with it. The employees had great difficulty managing that little kids trying to just jump were getting hit with the dodge ball by bigger kids. The experience was not acceptable. I never leave reviews but this is much needed. I had my daughters birthday here and had 13 of her friends. It isn't cheap but Skyzone normally isn't so that part is what it is. For the money, you expect a lot though. Our package came with a room, pizza, jump time, etc. What they don't tell you is you and all of the parents have to sit on bleachers and aren't allowed to that room until your jump time is over. Of course, that was an hour and a half for us. We had to ask several times for a place to put our children's coat and shoes and it was a storage bin but that's fine. There was atleast 8 other parties going on at the same time. If you've been to this location you know there is absolutely no room for something like this. Fast forward to 15 mins before we're allowed in our room and I ask if I can go to the room and help them set up. They say sure so I go up. Pizza, plates, cups, ON THE FLOOR. Table is covered in ice-cream and food. Yet our cake is on the table along with our goody bags. Absolutely DISGUSTING. What's even better, we waited 10 mins (so 5 minutes before the families come up to eat pizza and have cake) and still, no one has cleaned it. My husband and I actually cleaned the area. We were wiping down tables with their products and finally our "party host" started to sweep. When she was done there obviously was still food and cups and plates on the floor. It was comical so we just did it ourselves. We set up ourselves. We fished out pizza ourselves even though our package included a party host that would do all of this for us. She told the children to "help themselves", LOL. She sure was quick to hand us the check though! Didn't even get halfway through our pizza before our check came. I want to add too, you only get 45 minutes in the party room. There's so much more to say but I don't have the time nor do you to read this novel. This place is children managing children. Such a waste of money. It was through fully embarrassing. There are much better places to have your children's birthday. Please don't wast your time or money on this place! The workers did not make my friends and i feel welcome. We felt like we were being judged and could not enjoy the full experience. Also there was no air conditioning (or at least it felt as so). Imagine jumping up and down and struggling to breathe and you have no air. Along with that, we were hot and tired so we wanted to sit down. We then got told to stand up when no one was on the court besides us. I understand its a rule but maybe make the environment more cooling so we do not feel the need to sit. The whole establishment was also practically closed. We couldn't go in the foam pit and another fun section was closed off. We were only restricted to the free jump and dodgeball. We were super excited to go to the foam pit but in our surprise it was closed. At that point we should have got our tickets half price. I would give less than one star if I could. The owners do not care about their customers, just the money. We booked and paid for our sons birthday party months ago. Today, we get a call today, two weeks out from the party, that they are now closing sky zone for renovations. The renovations will last two weeks, which is during the time of when his party was to be, and many others I'm sure. This clearly tells me one of two things: 1. You either have terrible owners who don't know how to manage a business and care for their customers. Or 2, your equipment is in such bad condition, you had no choice but to close down before somebody got hurt. Neither should make anyone feel warm and fuzzy about sending your kid there. Sky Zone is definitely a cool place to have a birthday party. I actually went for a grown up's birthday party and had a lot of fun. Playing dodgeball is cool, but imagine what it's like to play dodgeball on a trampoline? It's freaking crazy. There's a "freestyle" area where you can jump to your heart's content. The area where I probably had the most fun was the section where you can flip into the huge foam area. They don't allow backflips, so if you're a flipping maniac, you'll need to tone it down here. The section with the basketball hoops is great. There are three hoops at different height levels. Have fun dunking on all of them. For birthday parties, the group gets pizza. The pizza is eh. On a 5-star scale, the pizza gets 2.5 stars. It's not terrible, but it won't be the reason you want to go to Sky Zone. Outside food isn't allowed, so I would recommend eating before or after. read more

My sister and I decided to try out the SkyRobics class here at Sky Zone. Holy. Workout. We got there a little late, but the class was pretty packed for 9:00 am on a Sunday. After we checked in, filled out the waiver, and received our bright orange Sky Socks, we headed over to the large trampoline court. Everyone gets their own trampoline, so you don't worry about crashing into anyone and are able to bounce easily. We did a quick warm up and started to bounce. As someone who does a fair amount of cardio, I was winded within the first 5 minutes. The instructor (Mary Beth) is very much aware that this is a tough workout, so she was mindful to mix it up so you're not just bouncing away for an hour straight and get a few breaks. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants a different and great workout. (Apparently you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.) I loved it and will definitely be coming back - I may even purchase the 10 class pass! A couple of notes: 1. Make sure you get to class early (~ 15 minutes or so) so you can get your trampoline of choice and don't miss any of the important stuff. (I definitely failed at this!) 2. It looks like Sky Zone gets pretty busy, so I would recommend making online reservations so you can secure a spot. I would also fill out the waiver online so that you save time when checking in. 3. There are lockers available to keep your stuff safe! read more

The first thing I noticed was the parking, or lack there of, for a place designed for group events they lack the ability to accommodate their vehicles. Next was the waiver, there's more info required than I am comfortable giving to the state let alone a warehouse trampoline center. After completing the waiver I checked my son in when we were told to place our belongings in a bin that you would find on the discount rack at target. We were then told to sit on these bleachers and wait. The organization reminded me of basic training without a Drill Sgt. There to curse at me and make lewd comments. My six year old son felt alienated and found sky zone's order restrictive, literally across the street is Oasis, a much better organized and better designed facility at which my family has never felt out of place. As adults in our 40s, my husband felt self-conscious about our coming to Sky Zone to jump around as if we were grade schoolers, but his embarrassment was dispelled within minutes of his first flight on the trampoline. A terrific way to burn calories and keep your blood pressure in check, too! We will definitely come back. If you come, I strongly recommend buying advance tickets via their web page, as the facility fills up very quickly and therefore can't guarantee walk-in admittance. Be warned that there's a $2 service charge for buying tickets online, but it's still worth it to do so. They have lockers in which you can secure your belongings, so there's no need to worry about your personal items while you're on the tramp. You will be required to fill out a waiver, but this only takes a few minutes and, according to another reviewer, will be kept on file for a year so that future check-ins will be faster. I have to deduct a star because of their parking situation. It's a rather narrow lot with tight registration between the rows of parked cars, so be careful when you back out. Also, don't be surprised to encounter a back-up of cars all the way to the street as people either pick up or drop off their kids or are looking to park. Otherwise, come and have fun!! read more
