The manager, Lizzy, was hysterical and extremely disappointing. She showed poor professionalism, a lack of leadership, and, worst of all, she was screaming at and harassing children. Here's what happened: I went to Junior Playland, and they told me I had to pay an extra $. I said okay, paid with my credit card, and we went inside. After my kids started playing, Lizzy came up to my child and started screaming at him like a hysterical person. I stayed quiet at first because the kids were there, and they became scared of her. I then went to the front desk and asked her to provide her name. I told her, "Please, do not scream at children again." as I had also seen her yelling at other kids. At that point, she started screaming loudly at me in front of everyone. I told her I was not going to continue arguing because my kids were there, and I did not want them exposed to that behavior. I walked away from the desk, and she told me to leave immediately or she would call the police. I chose to stay because I wanted to wait for the police. While waiting, my daughter wanted to use the climbing wall, but another employee told me, "Your daughter cannot go there because we don't like you." My daughter started crying , and she was so upset and didn't stop crying for a long time. She was scared and afraid from them. When the police arrived, the manager Lizzy never told them that she had been screaming at my children and other children.By the way, they even lied to the police and claimed they refunded me, but I never received any refund from them. So not only was my money taken for the tickets I bought for my three kids, but my children were also left traumatized after being harassed and screamed at in front of everyone. I left the facility and filed a report regarding the screaming and harassment of kids. Please do yourself a favor: if you love your children, do not go there. I saw too many disturbing things happening at this facility. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. This was my last time coming here. The Worst decision ever was coming here . P.S. After reading the owner's replies to the negative Google reviews for Junior Playland, I understand everything now. Just read their responses to unhappy customers and you'll see a troubling pattern. They repeatedly mention calling the police on customers who simply raised concerns after spending money there. If you speak up, even to ask them not to harass or scream at kids, they may treat you like the problem instead of addressing the issue professionally.

As someone who loves coconut but gets full easily, the smaller size is perfect. The original flavor is light and classic, but the coconut latte was my favorite--the slight bitterness from the coffee balances the sweetness really well. The osmanthus fermented rice one is also worth trying if you like more complex flavors. Everything feels thoughtfully made, not overly sweet, and the portion size makes it easy to try multiple flavors without feeling overwhelmed. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy trying new desserts without committing to a huge portion.

I kept checking and the cashier kept telling me 10 minutes. 30 mins later still not ready. People who ordered after me were getting the same food. I asked for a complimentary croissant to hold over my hungry toddler. They gave me such a hard time with that alone. 45 minutes later, they tell me they forgot to cook the chicken nuggets . The owner yelled at me do you want "refund or nuggets". I told her I should have both but refused to do so. Apparently 9$ is too much to correct a mistake they made. Bad business practice. My friends and I won't be back. The service sucks and you won't get your microwavable chicken nuggets. Also never cleaned up fecal matter on floor.

He loves fire trucks and police cars so when he saw he could sit in both AND wear coats for each, he was so excited. When it came time for lunch and birthday activities, we had our own space away from the crowd. There was plenty of room for the kiddos to sit and enjoy their meal. The staff was great and there when we needed anything. My best friend brings her daughter here often so I hope we can bring my son back next time we visit the area.

They've done a nice job of creating a space with things for all ages and energy levels. They also have kid-friendly restrooms, a mother's room for pumping or nursing, and a quiet area for kids who are over stimulated. It really feels like they've thought of everything. Pricing is reasonable and they have subscription packages available. They are also very allergy friendly if you need a safe space for a child with life-threatening allergies.

That means I never have to worry about little ones sneaking out the door, which is a huge relief for any parent of a fast-moving toddler. I also love that they've thought of everyone in the family. There's a designated area just for little babies to crawl and play safely, which is such a nice touch. It's not just chaos for older kids--every age has a spot that fits them. Another major win? Once you pay for the day, you can come and go as you please. Whether you're popping out for lunch or need a nap break, you're welcome to come back anytime that same day. Total game changer for flexibility. Clean, fun, safe, and well-thought-out and the staff is soo nice ! Kids Empire nails it.

We had to push the party back in the day which caused many people not able to attend or to leave after an hour. I received a bill for $75 for bringing in outside food when their website says there is no cost on a weekday. It's impossible to get ahold of customer service as I've sent many emails trying to get someone to call me. I spoke to the Collegeville store owner, Zach, who insisted he can't do anything on his end. I asked him to contact customer service to help me get my questions answered and he kept insisting he has no way to contact them. How does that make sense when corporate is in charge of your location? We definitely won't be having a party back there since no one is willing to help us
