We just left a birthday party. I have to say, for a place that is run with a lot of young adults, they were all pleasant, and working hard. We had 1 particular interaction with Connor at the snack bar. He was getting my little a baggie of ice for her ear (dodge ball got intense lol) he was super sweet, and showed concern. It was refreshing to see such a nice interaction with a young worker. In our experience with other trampoline park workers at their age, they tend to be avoidant, and clueless. I've taken the kids (currently ages 4.5 and 2.5 years) several times before the pandemic and also in the last month. There are a bunch of attractions including the following: a large general jump area, a couple dodgeball areas, 3 trampoline basketball nets of various heights, a jump pit with several lanes and an obstacle course. We typically come during toddler time which is 9:30 to 11:30am on weekdays. It usually isn't busy during toddler time and most attractions are open. Prices during toddler time are also cheaper at $10/ per toddler, plus a parent/ guardian also gets a wristband at no charge. They play a nice mix of kid's music during toddler time (lots of Disney). They also have some great membership deals going on right now. Essentially if you jump at least twice a month, a membership is worth it. It is much busier on weekends so toddlertime is much better for kids 5 and under. This is a good spot for older kids' birthday parties. The staff is always polite and friendly. Trampolines are always in good condition. The one time I saw one of the trampoline sections in need of repair, it was fixed upon my next visit which wasn't long after. The only downside of the business is that I wish they would update their website of changes instead of just updating their website. When covid hit, they updated FB before their website. And recently, they were closed one morning with no mention on either their website or when calling the business. I had two upset little kids when we pulled up to find a note on the door that they were closed, but apparently they updated FB ahead of time about the morning closure. read more

An excellent time for the kids, though not inexpensive. Ours were 2, 4, and 6 and all had a blast. There was staff supervision and designated areas for younger kids. We got there right at opening on a Sunday and it really filled up closer to noon. The kids liked the obstacle courses, jungle gyms, arcade games, and of course trampolines. Staff are nice, kids had fun, BUT the entire place looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Mainly the bathrooms and party rooms. The floors are sticky, one sink does not work in the ladies bathroom and two stalls were completely out of toilet paper. Plus we walked in right when they opened Sunday morning. If there were zero stars this is what I would rate this place. One, it was dirty and understaffed. Two, I called ahead of time and told them I was bringing a young adult with special needs and they told me I needed to buy an admission ticket for myself as well. I found out after I bought the ticket, I could have been a spectator. Third when the person I was with got stuck in the ball pit, a staff member added zero assistance and had an industrial ladder that would never have helped in my situation. I made a reservation for 8 people on. Sunday afternoon online. Cost $21 a person. $1 for the mandatory socks. Chose 90 minutes. This place was such a blast! Started off in the general area. Lots of space to jump. Kinda irked that they did not let me wear a go pro but that didnt stop my fun. Next we to played dodge ball! Sooo fun. They even have refs! The pit was next. Jump anyway you want into a huge pit of foam! The basketball hoops was great. There was three sizes. I couldnt believe all the little kids dunk in the 10 foot one! Staff was great in enoforcing the rules. They made it safe to jump without running into anyone by accident. Tips: purchase a longer time. It will be tiring for most to jump so you need some breaks. Review from the 10, 11 and 12 year olds. "Awesome!". Took the Young Un and his band of merry warriors off to check this place out. Unfortunately, Siri doesn't know about this place yet and they have zero directional signage. Being tucked back in a nook of an industrial building, no directional signage means a lot of driving around with a van full of preteens asking "Are we there yet?" while silently cursing to oneself under one's breath. At last, we spotted it. Hooray! In about 8 seconds I was either a) going to just take them to nearby Arnold's Fun Center with my credit card in tow or b) develop a scavenger hunt game in nearby BJ's (OK! Team A! Find the Toilet Paper with a Secret Scroll hidden behind it!). Parking once you get there is fine. My first impression - immaculately clean, well lit, shiny, beautiful place. Many staff there to check us in. They were helpful, friendly and engaging. It's a jumper's heaven. There are 4 trampoline dodge ball courts, 1 main jump court, a jump basketball court, and a foam pit. Of these courts, the Posse felt the only 'meh' moment was the foam pit. Each area has an attendant so they're always being watched for safety. There is a snack bar 'sky cafe' that stocks New Hope Sodas and things like Cliff Bars and such - a definite step above the usual crappy Pepsi and Polish Water Ice that makes parents cringe. Hallelujah! It's not Le Bec Fin but I don't mind New Hope nearly as much - it's local and it's good tasting soda. Overall, a great experience from arrival to departure. I must give one sign off though for the difficulty in finding this place with the following step by step instructions for management: 1. Go to Fast Signs 2. Have 20 signs made up that say "Sky Zone THIS WAY" with a variety of arrows. 3. Put them up all along the route from Egypt road to your location. Be leery of memberships! I purchased a membership several months ago and completed a request on their "Contact Us" page to cancel the membership after two months. I did not receive a response so I assumed that the membership was cancelled. Two additional monthly membership bills later, I realized the membership was not cancelled. Memberships apparently must be canceled on the Membership page and the link to cancel is at the very bottom of the page. I am new to the idea of trampoline parks. Unsurprisingly, most of the seem catered to kids only. This one attempts to include adults. I was only able to visit at a time when kids were definitely around. I politely kept my distance and only tried the things I could. I thought it was a great option for building my physique up and so much fun if I had enough upper body strength for it. I didn't see a single person who could go through some of the (simpler version of) more difficult obstacles of the ninja warrior course. Maybe the Glow nights are different. Sounds like teenagers 16 and up and maybe some groups of adults might go together. I wish I knew those adults, but I'll still consider giving it a try possibly. I really wanted to get a membership to this place, but there's too much of a kid factor, no adult leagues, and I don't personally have superb body strength to appreciate the fun in this place. Had a blast of fun! Skyzone is a cool trampoline park with different exciting activities that requires jumping. When entering, I was a little overstimulated because it seemed to be a gazillion things going on (multiple bday parties, and groups). It was not clear what should've been done first. Luckily, I was with someone who had visited before so I was spared the guesswork. But to those whom are visiting for the first time, you should sign the waivers first before paying for your jumping time. Waiver, pay/locker, jump---in that order. Also, I think that having clearer signage for restrooms and refreshments would improve the experience. Here it's $16 for 1hr plus $2 for socks. Once you start jumping, you'll realize how fun and vigorous it is--certainly a great exercise. Although, it was a good amount of space for everyone (kids & adults), like a another reviewer said, it would be nice to have an adult only session. Nonetheless, it's great for families!! It's a place where both big "kids" (adults) and little kids can all be involved and have fun together, rather than adults supervising the fun from the sidelines. I really like the new ninja course they have. The only reason I took one star away is because of a bit of disorganization. Review from the 23, 24, 25-30 year olds: AWESOME! I'll admit, I had my doubts when my buddies proposed a fun night out in Oaks. Trampolines? Pizza? Pop? What are we, nine? No, we're 20-somethings. And we haven't had this much fun in MONTHS! I wouldn't recommend driving there after work on a weekday from Philly, and it was a bit confusing to figure out which building was the right one, but there was plenty of parking and we managed to get our cars parked in no time. Once inside, our eyes lit up as if the past 15-20 years never occurred. We were transformed from young professionals to tweens, running from the dodgeball area to the foam square pit to the basketball nets and back again. WHAT WOULD WE DO FIRST?! Some went the aggressive route, chucking balls at one another. Others went for the flashiest direction possible, doing round-the-back dunks and alley-oops with one another at the hoops. My personal favorite area was the ENORMOUS field of just trampolines, far as the eye could see. Though there were about 15 of us, we all managed to fit onto our own trampoline and showed off with flips and tricks. The "workout" factor is NOT to be taken lightly, and though I'd already hit the gym earlier, I was DRENCHED in sweat by the time our hour session was up. They keep this place spotless, and we talked to a few employees who mentioned how frequently they clean to assure a quality experience for all guests (from little kids to parents to US!) We also got some pizza and pop, and though I'm not all about sweet beverages, the watermelon cream soda was a HUGE hit. I also found out their soda is organic.... if you're into that kinda thing. The pizza was nothing to write home about, though certainly necessary after hopping and bopping for an hour before. We bought a party pack and I'd do so again in a heartbeat. Seriously, I can't remember the last time this kind of wild and crazy fun didn't stem from alcohol and/or live music. And I'd FULLY recommend NOT involving any alcohol. We recently had my son's 8th birthday party here and everyone seemed to have a fun time. After an hour of jumping around, kids were tired, including the adults that decided to join in on the fun. Our package included a dedicated dodgeball court, so it was nice that we had that area to ourselves. If the kids get tired of playing dodgeball, then they can go play basketball or jump into the foam pit, but you'll have to join everyone else, which means likely having to wait in line. If the place is busy, your hour can start dwindling pretty quickly. After an hour of jumping, you head to your dedicated party room where you can eat food and cake. The pizza comes from Bertucci's and you can pick up to four different drinks from a selection of a dozen or so. You can order their cake or bring your own, which is the only outside food that is allowed. We were also allowed to put up a few decorations in the room. When your guests arrive, they head to a dedicated check-in area for your party, where you sign waivers (if not done previously online) and get either SkyZone shoes or socks. Everyone is our party opted for the socks, which you keep and can bring on your next visit. All the guests also get a sports bottle with a coupon inside for a free 30-minute jump sessions. The birthday person also gets a Skyzone shirt. Overall, the event was well run, but we did encounter a few issues. Our party package included the party room upstairs, but since we had a wheelchair bound person and there were no elevators in the place, we requested a party room on the first floor. We actually requested this about a week before our party and it was confirmed, but for some reason, they set us up in the upstairs room. They quickly resolved the situation for us by moving everything around, but not sure how we wound up in this situation in the first place. We also had an injury with a 1.5 year old on the trampoline and 911 was called. Several people came over to help with the situation, and I thought they handled it very well. Unfortunately, with trampolines, accidents are going to happen. By son had a great time and his guests all seemed to enjoy it as well. This place is fun, no doubt! If you are at all unsure of your athletic ability and worry about getting hurt...listen to your gut...It's easy to hurt yourself out there! For 2013 Christmas I got everyone the same thing. A gift card to SkyZone that would cover 1 hour of trampolining (is that a word?) and the mandatory "sky socks". This was one of my best gifts ever, if I don't say so myself. Not only did everyone get the excitement of the gift card, but when we eventually got our group together and went it was another big win for my Christmas shopping skills. Sky socks are the socks they want you to wear while you bounce. This is a good idea, we don't need foot fungus all over the place! Kinda gross because they only became mandatory this year, but I guess it took them a while to for someone to get athlete's foot on their face... We had about 13 in our group from 15-58 years old and everyone had fun in the trampoline park. More importantly, no one got hurt! One thing you need to know. Bouncing is exhausting. This is serious exercise and will leave you tuckered out in no time! You do need to pace yourself. Being tired\exhausted can lead to a bad landing which could easily hurt a knee or ankle. I had a few close calls in my hour, but at the end of the day was just sore and tired! The park is broken down into different areas for bouncing and separate "group" areas for Bdays and groups. For bouncing there is...open bounce area, a basketball area, dodgeball, and the germ pit. The germ pit being the big blocks of foam your children play in when they get all sweaty. Similar to the ball pit, but far more absorbing. Gross, I'll pass thanks! But I did love the other areas! I got tired quick in the open bounce, then moved to basketball where you can at least breathe while you wait for your chance to slam dunk. From here I moved to dodgeball where I dominated over all the children. That was probably the highlight for me as it wasn't just bouncing, but playing dodgeball too! So, this place is fun...But you DO need to be careful. It would be VERY easy to really hurt a knee here. If you aren't sure, don't do it! go in and watch everyone else and see what you think. read more

I then witnessed the delivery guy show up about ten times with stacks of pizzas and I made a comment about how he must be making good money and the staff member told me they don't tip the drivers! Went tonight for a sky fit class. The girls who taught the class were sweet. It was not organized at all. I expected the people in the class to take it seriously and for there to be some organization. I arrived and told them it was my friend and I's first time. Was told on the website that it was my first time it would be 50% off. No one said anything when I said that. Still waiting for my 50% off. So it was $30 total for my friend and I. We left half way through because we felt the workout was not effective. I just expected way more because the website makes it seem like an actual fitness class. So despite the uncountable amount of children there we had a great time, for only $14 per hour. First there is the foam pit to practice your flips and flops. Then there is the basketball practice area with 3 hoops of varying height. Followed by the huge free play area where you have a giant bouncy trampoline floor and walls, for just general bouncing. We tried all of the trampoline zones (dodgeball, pit, bball etc). Clean, safe and staff was very attentive to jumpers and did a nice job making sure safety rules were followed. No water fountains. Kids get thirsty - be sure to bring drinks or stand in line to buy. You must purchase $1 skyzone socks to participate (or borrow shoes ew). Great work out and fun! read more

I've been dying to try out Sky Zone for months now. It turns out I picked the worst time of the week to go. I discovered Saturday nights around 6:30 are peak hours for kiddie birthday parties, however my friends and I (all in our early 30's) found a corner and had so much fun. I thought jumping on a trampoline would be just like riding a bike! It's not. It takes a lot out of you, but it was a blast. We only paid for 30 minutes so I didn't get to check out the basketball and dodgeball and jump into a bunch of foam blocks, but it's on my list of things to do for next time. Even though 30 minutes of non-stop jumping was plenty for me, I will definitely go for the full hour next time--more time to check out the other areas and maybe a take a five minute break. Also saw they have fitness classes for $14 a session, which I would love to do too. Sounds like a lot more fun than doing the elliptical at the gym. I also definitely recommend paying the extra $2 for the socks. They are so much more comfortable than the free shoes. And hey, you have them for next time at least. read more

My kid absolutely loves Sky Zone. He's a pre-teen so it's difficult to get him to say any activity is awesome but apparently sky zone is still cool. I love the age separation to keep the little ones safe. We tend to go when it isn't crowded but some activities, like dodgeball, work better with a bigger group of kids. $16 isn't bad for an hour of fun. They also have a limited snack bar. I went to Sky Zone with a group of friends for my 30th birthday. We were some of the oldest people jumping on the trampolines, but we had such a great time. The facility was well run and the staff checked us in and got us to our private trampoline area quickly. Aside from free-jumping / dodgeball, they also have a foam pit where you can do flips and basketball hoops which allow you to slam dunk. All of the activities were a lot of fun and we had a blast (and found out that jumping is quite the workout!). Tip: The website only advertises parties, but you can reserve a court for an hour without spending the extra money for pizza, cake, private room after jumping etc. This was perfect for us because all we wanted to do was jump. read more

Trampolines are one of the most fun things in the world (in my opinion at least), and this place is covered in them. They just opened this place in Oaks a few weeks ago and I was so excited when they did! Bouncing, wall-to-wall tramps, foam pits, dodgeball, even pizza and soda!!! Gets my inner kid super excited. If I was turning ten, I'd totally have my birthday party here. Heck, I may even have my 30th birthday party here this idea is so freakin cool. For just opening a few days ago, they really have their stuff together. Everything is brand new and clean, the staff are all helpful, and everything seems to be well organized and run smoothly. There's one large area with about 40 tramps, another smaller area with ~16, a foam pit area, another section with basketball hoops, and a "Sky Box" area for parties. The prices are reasonable too considering the insurance costs must be significant, and the demand for this sort of thing I imagine is pretty good. I did the SkyFit class, a one-hour cardio and strength class - good workout. It's extra fun doing cardio on a trampoline, and exercises like planks and lunges are more difficult with the unstable surface. I want to try the SkyRobics, which is supposed to be more cardio... also more bouncing = more fun. However this class is only offered Saturday mornings (latest at 9am) and weekdays 10-11. Suggestion: Offer SkyRobics in the evenings or later on weekends for people who aren't early birds (and have nine-to-fives). This place looks more geared towards kids and teens, but I'm definitely excited to get a group of my 20 and 30-somthing friends together for a night of jumping. If only they allowed alcohol ;) P.S. Sky zone is awesome when it's not busy. They let too many people in and the separate the adults into a four by three square at the end making it difficult to keep young children near you. Also it's run by teen agers who's ability to explain and enforce the rules is less than stellar. Basically your kids will love it. Don't waste your money on a ticket as an adult. This place is awesome. A group of 5 twenty-thirty somethings packed into a Mazda 3 and ventured to the suburbs for an hour of trampolining. An hour was definitely enough. You'll be surprised at how tired you are after 10 minutes. We bounced and bounced and bounced some more. We dunked on the basketball nets, dodged balls on the dodge ball court and jumped into the foam pit. An excellent time was had by everyone and I give it two thumbs up. As an adult who used to smoke, I really got winded. Like lightheaded, wheezey, dying... but, I enjoyed almost every minute of it! I did not like all the kids! come on make an adult only trampoline park!... The "Little People" kept jumping on the "big people's" side... Toddler time is the best! $5/per toddler and $5 for adults. It is a giant space so there is no crowding. My toddler loved the jumping and especially the foam pits where she could jump in. They can play from 930-11! Which is perfect to wear out the little ones. They also sell snacks. You will also need to buy their socks for yourself and your LO. $2/pair.
