TODDLER TIME / kids under 4 review! I did not feel this skyzone in Kingston is a good place for children under 4. We came here because we visited the danvers location which has a way better setup than Kingston for toddlers. It was very confusing and we were told we were breaking rules that were never explained to us. The staff was nice but if you've never been somewhere the rules should be explained upon check in. It was also very confusing why we had to pay for socks for the parents and we were not allowed to jump with our child? Or if we were that wasn't explained to us but we were being watched like hawks which was just super uncomfortable. We were not sure which areas were okay, and what it was okay or not okay todo. Overall it was very stressful and not fun or relaxing place for kids. You can't expect a kid under 4 to be able to follow 100 rules. They want one kid per trampoline, WHICH I TOTALLY GET IS FOR SAFTEY. When we went to Danvers they just let the toddlers run around. I'm Kingston they were like grumpy little hall monitors trying to get all the 1-3 year olds to stay on their own trampoline. It was just dumb and stressful and I don't recommend this location if your child is under 4. read more

They advertised that you would see pj mask characters but when we got there it was staff walking around in masks that could have been anything. My kids were looking forward all week and heart broken to see they weren't there. False advertising + they require you buy their socks (hidden fees) and won't let you wear your own even if they are from another trampoline park. Lockers broken and parents not allowed to jump with kiddos, lines waiting for them to go bc they only allowed one kid per time. Get it together sky zone. read more

Went here for an hour during lunch yesterday with 4 other adults. It ruled. There was barely anyone else there, and the staff was really attentive and willing to open up different areas for us. They have a ton of different zones, like a foam pit (super fun to do flips into) and an ultimate dodgeball court (I think there are a bunch of them) I can't overstate how much fun we all had. I'm very sore today after an hour of jumping yesterday and I'll be back next week with more people. read more

Were totally unprepared for the line at 7:00 pm glow. Took no blame, didn't want to talk to patrons. was not willing to listen to my wife or I with suggestions of how to be fair to patrons when they did everything in their power to make the entry process easy and still ended up losing 25% glow time to waiting in line. As soon as you have signed your life away and spent the rest of your hard earned cash on grip socks, there is a team of orange-shirt teenagers ready to further rain on your parade. They have the trampolines on lock down. Chained barriers, referee whistles, and rules being barked at you every 30 seconds. You're in a warehouse full of trampolines, none of which you can jump on unless you are following the 200 decrees set by the pre-pubescent staff. Weak. Launch is where it's at. read more

ZERO STARS! My 5yo kid has been asking to go to a trampoline park for 2 weeks. I told him if he was good at school we could go. He left crying today after less than 10 minutes. Even tho I paid the full amount to jump and play w my 5yo, I was apparently not allowed to join him on any part of this park. 1 minute in he wanted to shoot the basketball so I stepped on the court w him while he shot one shot and was told I could not be on the trampoline with him, even though neither of us had even attempted to jump. So left that area went to the next sectioned off trampolines and was told I had to go on the other side while my 5yo jumped completely by himself, even tho there was no signs or labelling saying this. So left this area and went to the foam pit which he jumped in then once he resurfaced I jumped in after him, and was spoken to again. At this point I walked to desk and got MY money back as apparently you're not allowed to play with your kids. I told him to go play and he came back crying because the staff told him he had on the wrong socks (Altitude, not "Skyzone"). So my sons day and mine were ruined by complete nonsense, what should have been a fun experience for my 5yo turned into a short exit full of tears. I will not be back and I will spread the word to others to not waste their time or money. read more

I'm a full time nanny and yesterday my kids and I spent two hours at launch trampoline park in Norwood and had a BLAST it was an amazing experience nothing to complain about at all so hoping for a similar active experience we went to sky zone. So after going through the lengthy process (I even did our waivers online) of getting our stickers and socks we head over to the open jump. Keep in mind I'm with two 8 year olds and a 6 year old and I'm 21 myself. As I walk over the young kid standing at the mat told me I had to go on the other side of the trampolines (there's a net splitting them in half) after realizing that everything in this entire place is split by Age group I decided to return my socks and let my kids bounce on their own. They were bored after 15 minutes. This place needs to take some serious tips from Launch. Will never come back read more

This is a great kid activity business and has very reasonable prices. People complaining of the prices obviously haven't been to similar places. My biggest gripes are how the second dodgeball court is rarely open, even when crowded. Also, the adult seating is horrible. There are three gym style benches with 3 rows and those are typically for birthday party seating. There's plenty of room for single row benches or chairs in a number of areas and nothing has been done. In fact, there's often less seating or more inconvenient seating every few months. The place makes a killing and management needs to get their act together. It's inexcusable as I doubt people enjoy standing for an hour or more while watching kids. read more

I'm not in the best shape but the employee named James was very kind to me and encouraged me to keep trying to get on the swing and climb out of the foam pit. Second visit was subpar. So crowded and ultimately disorganized. Had bought tickets online earlier in day, but still waited for 40 minutes in a line with 1 register to check in. Employees appear to be mostly young and just mailing it in. Many parents around me also complained, but the process is poorly designed. Never coming back. I recommended others do the same. read more

Very fun place, Not expensive at all. I had my daughters 8th Birthday party here and was very pleased on how they ran the party. The party room they give you at the end is very clean. If I could give zero stars I would. I made reservations to bring my 4 kids during school vacation week for a two hour jump - not a small drop in the pan. I showed up and they gave my kids name tags that had letter codes on them - A, B, and C. I asked what that meant and I was told that they just couldn't play dodge ball together. Okay, fine, no problem. I was told that my youngest would have to jump in toddler court as he is under 5 (only two months under). So, off he went to jump with the babies. He found that to be fun for a few minutes, then I suggested that he try the basketball which is just a long trampoline that they run/jump down (alone) and throw the ball into a basketball net. There are three lanes with different heights and no two lanes go at the same time. He gets to the front of the line at the shortest hoop and was turned away as he is only an "A". I said, so all he can do is jump with the babies? Should I have paid less than full price for that? The girl didn't know and couldn't answer my question. So, I went to the front desk to ask and she asked me if I wanted to pay for toddler time whatever that is. I said that I want him to be able to do something. So she gave me a refund, took his sticker and said "you're all set." I said doesn't he need a sticker to jump? "Oh, I didn't know you wanted to buy time. ***REALLY????*** So, get this...I had purchased for 3:30-5:30 for the 4 kids. She then tells me that they are sold out until 5:00, so they can give him a 30 minute jump. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? So, I bought the 5:00 and I figured that we would watch the other kids jump. Then he wanted to jump in the foam pit. I had to tell him that not only could he not do that, but he couldn't jump for another hour either. So, I have this kid who never cries in a lump on the floor bawling because he can't understand why he can't jump like his brothers and sisters. And why can't he jump???? Because he is two months too young and it's a liability risk. Guess what???? The foam pit and basketball are supervised areas where only one goes at a time. The toddler court is unsupervised by Sky Zone staff and you have nearly 5 year olds jumping with what appears to be less than 2 year olds. Let me tell you Sky Zone, I am much more concerned about the damage that can be done to the babies from my son in this unsupervised uncontrolled open trampoline than I am by what may happen to him in a supervised controlled area because he is two months too young. I saw kids smaller than him in those areas that he was banned from and I am willing to bet that there was some age fibbing going on. If I knew then what I know now I think I would have been smart enough to do it too. Do yourself a favor, if you have a 4 year old, make them 5 for the day. Sky zone, I have news for you, a 4 year old is more like a 6 or 7 year old than a 1 or 2 year old. You may want to reconsider your age group splitting. So, to sum it up, if you have kids over 4, they will have a blast. If you have a 1 or 2 year old they will have a blast. If you have a 4 year old, don't waste your time and money or else get them a fake id for the day. read more

Fun for kids and decent prices BUT the management needs to find a better way to air that place out! It is a horrible disgusting smell... sweat, feet, stinky shoes and whatever the spray is they use to try & cover up the smell. If there doors in the mall are propped open you can smell how bad it is just by walking by. It doesn't help that its very warm in there. It made me so nauseous I only let them stay a half hour and I won't bring them back again unless something is done with the smell. read more

It took me 7 phone calls to book my sons birthday party, and it was crazy expensive for 4 kids, as there are only packages for groups of 10 or more. $300. The person" running" the event was sweet but disappeared to set up the room for almost the whole hour, and then there's an expectation of a gratuity at the end. The pizza was good and plentiful but wasn't offered to us to take home at the end. Communication is below average and the price- for what you get- simply too high. We will not be returning . I would not return to this location or a sky zone in general. We walked in and it being our first time were unsure of what to do. No one helped us but eventually discovered the sign above our heads saying to fill out waivers on the computers. After that we checked in and were told that our daughter (3) would be secluded in what looked like a cage for a large dog to jump with essentially infants. I was a bit aggravated but figured me and her father could take turns watching her and jump with her older brother (5) and his friends we came with. Well I soon found out this was not the case as I got kicked out of the jumping area they were in and was told I had to go to the far left area in the back away from both children. So in order to have a good time I have to be completely separated from my daughter and step son in all different areas of the place. I was not comfortable with the idea and the staff was not understanding. We ultimately decided to leave and get our money back. If you want to do do something as a family or Atleast have your children of different ages be able to play together I do NOT recommend sky zone. I decided to take my kids here one day because we had a lot of fun at a different trampoline park in a different town. This place was awful. They had one person working two different lines and it took about 20 minutes to buy tickets. They had a few employees on the floor and constantly closed the few attractions that were open. For example they would close the foam pit in order to open the sky slam basketball, which didn't make any sense. So I paid $40 to have my kids basically go on the trampolines and they were so bored. Half the attractions are closed because they did not have an employee to man them. The zip line was open for a short amount of time but there was one person over there and was constantly yelling at the kids. When my daughter has went into the trampoline part together they had one particularly nasty teenage girl who yell at them every chance that she got. Any time they would come near ech other she would walk up to them right in their face and tell "Dont you remember?? ONE AT A TIME!!" I'm not one of those parents sitting on my phone- I was watching them the whole time and they didn't do anything dangerous. My 7 year old left in tears because she felt like the girl was picking on her. The female manager was out on the floor so I know that she saw the attractions were closed and it's just not worth the money to spend $40 to have your kids get screamed at on a couple of trampolines. Well I do understand that these employees are here for safety they take it away overboard and they should never be in the face yelling at a little kid. Especially when they're not even on the trampoline together! I will never go back here. Even my daughter's agreed that they would never want to go back there. read more

Toddlers are restricted to one small area, and parents aren't allowed to jump with them. Been to plenty of other chains like this, but I've never had this restriction. My daughter was very disappointed :-( read more

This is not a great place for toddlers under the age of two. Adults are not allowed in the trampoline area. They must stay behind the netting. You can't "help" your toddler jump or bounce on the mat, even though the weight limit is 300 pounds. It is a very small section - only 4 mats. The pictures shown on their website with the foam blocks is for the older children. Don't waste your money. read more

I would have given 0 stars if I could have. My son went there with his hs friends and told the truth about his age. He is in HS. He was put into a group with jr High kids and less. He is over 6ft tall as well. Could not play any games with his friends. I tried to explain this to the staff. They were less than helpful and unwilling to understand that this would ruin our night. We wasted 26$ apuece on 2 ppl. Bad experiece. Will not be back! .Have gone to SZ in Boston and have had a great time with no problems.. i would make the trip to the Boston Skyzine. dont ever waste money on this place! they will rip you off in any way possible. their website was down when i went so i filled out a boston waiver that said in words right on the waiver that it works at all locations. when i arrived the teenage worker explained to me for about 30 minutes that for some reason it doesnt work. i asked for them to email it to me and they couldnt email the form to me. read more
