At first glance, it appears to be a nice establishment. The bouncy equipment was all functional and working, which is a plus. There were dressed up characters walking around. A machine in the back with strobe lights that spit out a million bubbles. A smaller corner for kids under 3. The kids seemed to really enjoy playing there. Cons: Firstly, the air conditioner was fully broken, and they only used a couple of fans in a huge building the size of which I can only imagine to be a Best Buy previously. Everyone was sweating. The kids' faces were wet and red. It was completely uncomfortable, and the party was never informed of the problem. There was a booth that was supposed to be doing face painting and balloons for the kids, which was closed. And the bathrooms were quite unkempt. Soda cans were $3. Enter at your own risk. This place is a dump. Everything is dirty, it smells like feet. None of the bathrooms work. They advertise that the characters will be out from 2-3pm. The first one came out at 2:59. We drove an hour for my son to see Mario and Spider-Man. It was a complete disappointment. read more

We've been a few times and always had a blast. It's super clean and everyone that works there is amazing and kind! We decided to have my daughter's birthday party there and the staff exceeded every expectation we had. They decorated the entire birthday room with tablecloths, plastic wear, cups and napkins. You can literally just show up and have a party. You also have a dedicated staff member. Brian was AMAZING and incredibly helpful, he checked in several times and didn't miss the chance to shoot confetti on our birthday girl. She has not stopped talking about that! Awesome place! Our new go-to spot. My 4yo and 1yo both had a blast! they had special character visit and my son loved the interaction. This place felt really clean and the owner was so kind to my son looking for a water. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back again. read more

We showed up here by accident, we were looking for the other indoor playground in the mall, but I'm SO glad we ended up here. The owner could not have been nicer. Our kids (almost 4 and 2) had the greatest time ever. There are all the bounce activities of course but there's also music, bubbles, and toys for the little ones. It wasn't crowded at all and not a bad price in my opinion. Very clean inside. And they even gave the kids balloons on our way out (the perfect way to get them to leave without a tantrum!) On the website they have a lot of activities with characters too so I'm looking forward to bringing the kids back soon. Highly recommend! read more

I just did not have a good expierence. When I walked in, the place had a strange odor, and my 3 year old son tripped on a ball that was left on the ground. When I paid, they didn't even ask me if I filled out the waiver at the front. My son was using the todler ball pit when he found a plastic wrapper on the ground, and started chewing on it. I immediately took it out of his mouth, and realised that balls in the ball pit were all sticky and wet. Disgusting. Overall I had a horrible time at this place, it had a bad smell along with dirty environment. I would much rather bring my son to the other places inside the mall. read more
