Lots of different areas for kids to play. I would probably wait until my child is 4/5 just because it gets so busy and kids are running everywhere. There is a tiny toddler area. Lots of fun areas trampoline, dodgeball, basketball a big slide, foam pit and more. It can get pretty loud inside and there are plenty of areas to check out...including some virtual video games, basketball court, slide where you catch some air, lots of trampolines, and even an area reminiscent of Ninja Warrior. He had a great time and so much so that he wants to go back stat! Great place when winter comes to Minnesota so the kiddos can get the wiggles out. read more

I have 2 little boys, 2 and 4 and came here on a Saturday afternoon. As you enter there is a note on the door saying tickets were sold out until a certain time. No biggie we just came back. There was a long line to purchase tickets but once you got past that it wasn't bad. If you're a parent and not jumping, you have the option to not purchase a jumping pass. There were a lot of parents on the sidelines watching their kids. There are a few sections with older kids that I would not recommend having young kids in. There was also a birthday party happening and it was very busy so it was a little bit dirty. But the staff were very accommodating. Overall, we had a very good experience . read more

I've been charged $28.30 every month since June, and I have no idea how this happened. I never agreed to a monthly membership. My son, who only visits occasionally, doesn't live here, so there's absolutely no reason for us to have this membership. We haven't used their facilities even once since June. I tried calling the location multiple times, but no one answered. I eventually had to drive there in person, only to be told to send an email. I sent several emails to the address they provided but got no response. When I reached out to corporate, I was told there's nothing they can do because I signed a contract--one that was misrepresented by their 16-year-old associate. This feels like yet another business trying to scam customers out of a few bucks. Unfortunately, they've joined the list of companies prioritizing profit over honesty. Great job! read more

If you live in the Midwest, you know that the winters can be harsh so have to come up with creative ways to keep yourself and your families active. And this is one of those creative options to maybe have your young ones burn energy and get rid of the cabin fever. Let's start with the positives - great, quick way to burn energy. Easy to find the location, right off the highway. Plenty of space and separate trampoline areas to ensure that older kids do not get mingled with toddlers or younger school age children. Massage chairs available, lockers available to put your belongings, some sugary drink options for the kids like slushies etc. Staff is fairly friendly and kinda/sorta do enforce the rules. Negatives - the check-in will take a minute so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time. Not cheap, on average, it's like $15/person for a hour plus you have to pay $3/person for socks. So if you go there once, make sure to save the socks so that you are not paying again and again for them. Overall - would I recommend this place? Yes, just because it is a creative way to burn plenty of energy within a small timeframe. But again, it is by no means cheap and not sure about other locations, but for this one, get there at least 20 mins early for the check-in cause there's always a long line, especially during winter months. read more

We took our granddaughter for her 3rd birthday. We hadn't ever been there before. The staff was unprofessional, not supervising the sites to be certain that rules were followed. No one was wiping down anything, they ran out of pretzels, there were certain areas which presented trip and fall hazards and it was way too pricey to have this many issues. This is the worst Sky Zone you could visit. The park is clean and well lit, but the people are absolutely awful. The employees just stand by and watch people get hurt. There was this girl Izzy, this blonde girl. She was constantly blowing the whistle at my kids for jumping. They weren't doing anything that could've gotten them or others around hurt. It was ok for our kids party. Couple things: Our party coordinator and the boss (?) where hotboxing WEED in the car behind us in the parking lot when we got there so that was great to explain to our kid. The party coordinator usually is suppose to amp up the kids.. But ours was a very mellow party coordinator that really is just there to help as needed. Not bad just unexpected. Have your waivers signed and filled out for the under 18 year olds. They keep them on file for a year. 3. Choose a time block- we chose the 90 minute block which was long enough 4. Pay Online It's pretty easy to get to. Set back in an Industrial Business Park. Checking In: It said to arrive 30 min prior which in my opinion, 10-15 min is enough, but maybe on a busier day and with a ton of people 30 min is needed. 5. Check in 6. Get jumping shoes. They look like wrestling shoes. 7. Wait for time block to be called. -Dodgeball -Big Trampoline area- Stay in your own square, much like Hollywood Squares. -Basketball Trampoline - Trampoline Foam Pit -Snack Bar -Lockers for .25 or throw your stuff on a rack. -Decent bathrooms -Benches to wait on and take pictures. -Tables and chairs -No Wi-Fi that I could hook onto. Kids had fun and even J jumped around. Its' a good place for kids. This was the most awful experience ever. We had waited a long 9 years to celebrate a birthday for our child. The booking process was ok, the follow-up call also ok, in fact good. However the day of the party experience was nothing less than atrocious and has removed any thought of returning to this particular location. Organization was appalling. Staff were passive-aggressive, and the manager (several seemed to claim the title) used psychologic mumbo jumbo to evade the issue. We were given a paultry 15 minutes reimbursement for the distress. Oh, did I mention in the party room, we waited (with already only warm pizza) and when we went to share the pizza, were told that she would hand it out when all were seated. I am afraid that was the last straw - we shared it with the children, and didn't see much more of the staff until the party was over. This place is awful. The staff are awful. It is unhygienic with little by way of sanitizer (and I am normally not fazed by that kind of a thing). I could not wait to exit the building, having waited so long to celebrate a precious birthday. This is a review based solely on the experience as a parent of a kid who was having a birthday party there. I had dropped off my older kid at parties there in the past, but never stuck around. Since it was my kid this time around, clearly I was staying. As a double bonus, one of the kids was a no-show, so I got to jump! But before I get to that, the party booking was easy and the person who set me up was very friendly and completely answered all the questions I had. They provide almost everything as part of their package, which is great. Day of check in was great, and our party host was fantastic. I don't know how you stay upbeat for all those parties of kids, but she was great - great with the kids and with us. The place itself is super fun, and the jumping is also terrific, though exhausting. The kids loved it - they loved the dodge ball, they loved the foam pit, they loved just jumping. Boooo. Sky Zone families beware: the business was just sold to new owners in October and major changes have resulted in this place now officially being a thing of the past. We got here and, after wrongly being told to sign waivers again (the computer clearly stated we already had), we were informed that our membership cards were no longer recognized. What's more, our membership had been cancelled and refunded, and we were expected to pay full price to get in today, despite having 10 months left on our term. The membership was actually a gift and so it was suggested that we contact the family that had purchased it and let them know what happened. The new pricing is so high that now, what would have bought a full year of jumping, only buys you 3-5 months. Pretty disappointing - they have definitely lost my family's business. It's probably very fun... The place is so mismanaged its not even funny. This is clearly a 'box' business somebody bought, because if you had any business sense it would not be run the way it is. The staff could care less about anything. It takes way more than 20-30 mins to check in because of inexperienced staff. It's too much $ to waste my time, my kids. There's lots of fun stuff to do out there...this place is off the list. Go to Grand Slam, they have the same tramps and other activities. Good luck getting a snack from the snack bar too. I'll admit, if the place was staffed properly and they could answer a question reasonably it might be fun for an hour. UPDATE: Management sent a nice note and offered a free visit. My nephews (13/16) were really excited to go to SkyZone. We arrived checkin was easy but once in we were fairly disappointed. The kid experience- There were so many people there it was hard to find place to get shoes off and socks on. Once they did we went to check out the jump zone, they were disappointed there were so many people there wasn't a square available to jump on and if you did get one you couldn't bounce around you had to stay on your square. There seemed to be a little more room after some of the younger kids left so go a little later with older kids. That being said very young kids (2-3) were allowed to jump next to people doing flips. In the end the kids had fun,they were worn out but they both said they probably wouldn't go back to this location. We had been to another park in the past that was a much better experience. The adult experience- I was planning to sit a read a book and watch their stuff, Nope not a single place available to sit down. The very few tables that were available were full or reserved for parties. After standing for 45 minuntes a table opened up and I went to sit down but was told by the employee washing it that he was clearing the area for the GLOW party and I couldn't use it. Really? The party started more than an hour later, I paid 40 bucks for the kids to be here for 90 minutes and I can't sit down? There was plenty of space to make a comfortable waiting area. Overall the kids had smiles on their faces, they had a good time, they were worn out after 90 min. but they don't want to go back and I certainly don't. read more

Went to this SkyZone for Toddler Time for the first time today and overall had a great experience! Love that with toddler time you have access to all the activities. Other than some initial confusion about pricing when we checked in, (which thankfully, they listened to me when I showed them their advertised price was $10 for toddler+adult - so 2 toddlers and 2 adults = $20) we have no complaints! Check-in staff were courteous but the staff monitoring the tranpolines were actually friendly! Staff member Anthony was really helpful and kind! He even asked if my daughter was hurt after my husband pegged her in the face with a dodgeball. This location isn't as big as other locations I have seen and has very limited seating but overall we had a good experience and will be back! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I had a bad experience a few months ago, but decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately it was exactly the same. 20% of the activities were shut down (the Ninja Course, and another area where something is being built for the last 4 months). There was also a lack of employees which caused the area's that were open to be unsafe. The jump pit had over a dozen small children just playing around in the pit, so it was useless for anyone to try and bounce into the pit. I tried to find an employee to tell about this but there were not around. The lack of employees also caused the regular trampolines to be unsafe as there were just kids streaking across all of them, so you couldn't jump on a trampoline square by yourself. I spent $96 for me, my son, and two of his friends to go here and I feel robbed paying that for this type of attraction. At the very least someone could at least put a notice on the website before you buy tickets that part of the park is closed. If I had known that I would not have spent my hard earned money this way. read more

For trampolines, this is the best and safest around. I am writing this after going to Grand slam. Their trampoline area was overcrowded, with big kids and small kids on the same bouncing Square, and had teenage help that enforced nothing. The sky zone is expensive, and I don't like that they got rid of the 30 minute option. But our seven-year-old son has been going there since four years old. He has always been safe. The teenage help does enforce the rules. They have separate areas for big kids, small kids. They have separate dodgeball areas for big kids and small kids. They have many different activities. Because of this six-year-olds, 16-year-olds and 46-year-olds can enjoy their time. read more

I purchased groupon for the first time coming here and have been back many times since. I have 9 grandchildren from ages 4 to 20 and it's a fantastic place to take them when they come to visit. I purchased groupons to take my 2 children and their 2 friends to Sky Zone last week. It was the first time I'd taken them there. (My son had been there previously to another friend's party.) We paid $30 for 4 children to jump for an hour. If we did not have the groupons it would have been $54!!! I think that price is absolutely crazy for what you get. We arrived right at opening at 11 am hoping it wouldn't be too busy. There were 2 day care groups there with a ton of kids. It was so crowded and the day care kids clearly had little supervision and they basically took over the place. My son and his friend wanted to play dodgeball. But the have this dumb rule that you can't just join a team and play at anytime. If a game is in session you have to wait. Then when the game is over you can start a new game. 2 of the courts are being used for dodgeball and they both run like this. My son and his friend would run back and forth between the 2 games trying to get a chance to play. If they missed the 1 minute window when a new game was starting they were out of luck. I tried to encourage them to just jump on the main court, but they really wanted to play dodgeball. So I would say out of the hour we were there, they spent about 30 minutes watching other kids play dodgeball. That is ridiculous! When I asked an employee if they boys could just join the game because they only had 10 minutes left of jump time, he firmly said "NO." I would not pay to bring my children here again. I'm so glad I at least had the groupon. I would be so mad if I'd paid $54. I would have given Sky Zone just 1 star, but when we were leaving the kids did say they had fun, so I'm giving that a star. But then they complained that the hour was not enough time because of the dodgeball rules. :-( read more

I typically go to Sky Zone for the Mega Jump event on Saturday nights. Don't get me wrong, the dodgeball (which is what I mainly go for anyways) is awesome, and the jumping experience is fun, but my biggest problem is with the staff in particular. First off, I don't know what happened in the last few years that made the staff go from diligent workers to a bunch of kids that literally stand around and do nothing. The "dodgeball referees" didn't even ref half of the time nor called people out, the other CMs on main court could have cared less what you did, and sometimes they were distracted by talking with other employees-not in the sense of work. It's almost like they really treat it as easy money and not a job. Second off, back to the dodgeball referees. Since when could they not only play with the customers, but throw about as hard as the customers do, while wearing street shoes, and not actually referee the game? Last time I checked, they had a job to do refereeing. Third, customer service and snack bar needs work too. The cashiers seemed half-dead when I was talking with them. I love jumping and playing there, but the staff needs some work. read more

My 6-year old son and I visited Sky Zone in Oakdale on Saturday, Feb 3, 2017 at 2:30. After paying for 1 hour of jump time ($17 each + special socks at $2.50), we were off. The line to pay was somewhat long, but moved fairly quickly. Anyway, the place has normal trampolines, plus two separate dodge ball areas, a Ninja Warrior course, a foam pit, a warped wall, and a basketball slam space. All-in-all, the place has plenty of space, which is a plus. Additionally, it's fairly well organized and seems mostly clean (although I'm certain I'll get some sort of kid cold in coming days). Why only 3-stars? I'm deducting 1 for the half-walls they have in the common walk areas that come to an end in a few spots, so they decided to cap the walls with a laminate top that come to a corner (laminate is hard). I'm not sure if it has happened yet, but mark my words, someone is going to lose an eye with those corners at 48" tall (keep in mind this place is full of kids). Please either round those corners or apply some sort of rubber bumper on them, Skyzone. It's a liability waiting to happen and your jumping waiver won't save you for inappropriate materials in your facility. #2 Star is gone because of what I saw in the dodge ball area. The dodge ball court was full and a good game was in place. Additionally, a Sky Zone attendee was there watching. Unfortunately, a 6ish year old boy twisted his knee very badly. Instead of having a whistle to stop the game, the attendee went out to get him off the trampoline and seemed most interested in not disrupting the game that was in place. This little boy couldn't bear any weight on his leg, yet the attendee believed the best thing to do was to have him get up and get out of there. When the boy made it out of the court, the little boy was simply told to "...go find your mother", and the attendee went back to tending to the game. Having a little bit of human spirit (and also having a 6-year old of my own), I tended to the boy, letting him know to stay put (sitting). I found out his mom's name and went to the front desk to see if she could be paged. After some time, she finally made it to this scared little boy, but I certainly believe this could be handled differently - give the attendee a whistle, and if someone is hurt, tend to the ailment first. The game will go on. All-in-all, Sky Zone is enjoyable, but susceptible to injury. I was considering having my son's birthday party there with 20 friends, but after seeing the risks and non-caring staff, I'm not willing to accept the risk for all those kids, so I'm passing. My recommendation is to keep a close eye on your kids, particularly if they're less than 10. read more

This trampoline park is geared towards kids ages 9+. Don't plan on bringing your little kids here. They will likely sit on the side and waste the $14/hr you spent ($12/one hr jump time, $2/socks). The sock thing is new...prob within the last few weeks. You can't wear your own socks, you must either purchase their special socks or you have to wear their complimentary smelly shoes. read more

I like that the kids are separated by competitive/intense versus playing just for fun (in dodgeball). :o) The prices are fine, and there's almost always a daily-deal type of coupon that you can find online. My kid completely tore the acl in the first 5 minutes. Now, surgery and a lot of time to recover for an 11 year old. Protect your kids and do something else for fun. All this 11 years we biked, run, swam,ski and many other form of exercise snd never got hurt. Dont gamble with your kids health. This is a review of a birthday party held at Sky Zone. It was fantastic! The staff at check in were friendly, and our party assistant was so helpful. They had everything we needed, including candles for the cake when we realized we had forgotten them. They truly took care of everything which is awesome for the parents hosting the party! I would have a party here again, but they could fix some things logistically. I understand there are multiple parties to juggle, but the check in process is fairly hectic and a bit disorganized. It's unfortunate that you don't have access to the room during the jump time, mostly since the kids were very thirsty and wondering why we didn't get them anything to drink until later. For example, we arrived on a rainy afternoon, and waited behind about 5 people. We finally approached the counter only to find out my daughter's waiver had expired. We had to leave our place in line, fill out a new waiver at the kiosk and check in again. We lost the last slots available and had to wait 30 minutes to jump. So, the inside scoop is, DO EVERYTHING ONLINE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. I'll definitely keep that in mind the next time! read more

We have now done 2 Birthday parties here for our daughters (6th and 8th). From a parent perspective it is great! You set up the party and invite the guests, the rest is taken care of. We had someone who helped each of guests check in, showed us around, and waited on the kids in the party room. They served the kids their food, did the candles on the cake and even wrote down the gifts for us. The kids had a great time! I would suggest doing the private jump area. Our kids really enjoyed their own hang out spot for playing together. Great Party! read more

We recently had our daughters 4th birthday party at Sky Zone and we couldn't have been more happy with how it turned out. Check in was a breeze. Our hostess was extremely helpful in explaining everything to the children. After jumping we headed to the party room where our hostess had to keep politely reminding me to sit down and relax, that she was there to take care of everything. And I mean everything, serving pizza and pop, handing out the gifts, making a gift list and cutting the cake. It was great! I sat back and she took care of it all! We love Sky Zone! We have a 4 & 6 year old. Winters in MN are WAY too long not to check this place out!! We just had our 2nd bday party there. 10 kids...1 hr of jumping and 1 hr in a private party room w/ an assistant. A lot of bang for our buck and no cake squashed on my carpet at home! Plus..the kids leave exhausted after some super healthy fun!!! Only things I would suggest need attention: the pizza & pizza provider at this location is TERRIBLE. Please find a new provider!!! Your web post says the pizza is Davanni's....but we arrived to find it was Sabinos. They were late and the za was not a hit. I also suggest a better and more frequent restroom cleaning process.
