Other than the fact that the place smells like one big locker room, this place was fun for the kids. Even though this was their gift from last Christmas; our nieces and nephews decided to finally use it. After coordinating rides, waivers and times we loaded into the family truckster and went to Sky Zone. Steps to Going: 1. Check it out online 2. Have your waivers signed and filled out for the under 18 year olds. They keep them on file for a year. 3. Choose a time block- we chose the 90 minute block which was long enough 4. Pay Online It's pretty easy to get to. Set back in an Industrial Business Park. Checking In: It said to arrive 30 min prior which in my opinion, 10-15 min is enough, but maybe on a busier day and with a ton of people 30 min is needed. 5. Check in 6. Get jumping shoes. They look like wrestling shoes. 7. Wait for time block to be called. -Dodgeball -Big Trampoline area- Stay in your own square, much like Hollywood Squares. -Basketball Trampoline - Trampoline Foam Pit -Snack Bar -Lockers for .25 or throw your stuff on a rack. -Decent bathrooms -Benches to wait on and take pictures. -Tables and chairs -No Wi-Fi that I could hook onto. Kids had fun and even J jumped around. Its' a good place for kids. Or a good place to go on some cheesy corporate team building outing where you can jump to your sales goal with your manager telling you to aim even higher.....cheesy shirt included only to be seen on the racks of the nearest thrift store.

    That's a lot of socks.

This is a review based solely on the experience as a parent of a kid who was having a birthday party there. I had dropped off my older kid at parties there in the past, but never stuck around. Since it was my kid this time around, clearly I was staying. As a double bonus, one of the kids was a no-show, so I got to jump! But before I get to that, the party booking was easy and the person who set me up was very friendly and completely answered all the questions I had. They provide almost everything as part of their package, which is great. Day of check in was great, and our party host was fantastic. I don't know how you stay upbeat for all those parties of kids, but she was great - great with the kids and with us. The place itself is super fun, and the jumping is also terrific, though exhausting. The kids loved it - they loved the dodge ball, they loved the foam pit, they loved just jumping. It was super, and we'd recommend this as a birthday party venue to anyone.

    Thirsty? Too bad...

It's probably very fun... The place is so mismanaged its not even funny. This is clearly a 'box' business somebody bought, because if you had any business sense it would not be run the way it is. The staff could care less about anything. It takes way more than 20-30 mins to check in because of inexperienced staff. It's too much $ to waste my time, my kids. There's lots of fun stuff to do out there...this place is off the list. Go to Grand Slam, they have the same tramps and other activities. Good luck getting a snack from the snack bar too. I'll admit, if the place was staffed properly and they could answer a question reasonably it might be fun for an hour. UPDATE: Management sent a nice note and offered a free visit. I won't take the free visit because my kids didn't love the place, but I have to give them credit because they are trying, and as my review says, the place would be nice if it was run efficiently.

    Foam pit was the bomb!

There's lots of room to run around and not feel crowded which is a plus, especially the day after Christmas. I liked that the lines were short waits to help kids maximize the fun. They require everyone participating to get Urban Air socks (they're like thinner hospital socks with grip at the bottom) as no shoes are allowed for play. The socks were helpful in reducing slips but the two times it was annoying was when you needed to go to the bathroom and when riding the slide the grip on the socks made sliding down hard. Staff was relatively friendly and handled kids and adults well when strapping on harnesses. I purchased the group play pass which included 3 kids and 2 adults + socks, 1 large 1 topping pizza, 3 small icees and 2 sodas for about $130 after tax. It was fun for kids and participating adults. If you're purchasing tickets and socks individually it gets expensive fast so consider the group play pass. For the cost of one adult and two kids, socks, pizza and drinks it was only about $30 difference so it's definitely more bang for your buck. When buying tickets online it makes you choose a date and time but I had called and confirmed you aren't stuck with that time and the tickets are valid for 90 days or 1 year (the staff I spoke with couldn't recall). If you're worried about weight or height restrictions there's a minimum height for certain activities but there isn't a listed max so just keep in mind that these are designed for kids so even at my short stature (5'2") I had to crouch a bit for some things. For weight capacity for trampolines they said it's 250lbs and for harness activities it's 230lbs. With that said I think there needs more supervision both from parents and staff. There were lots of little ones running around unsupervised and staff are really only located at harness activities. One younger boy had wiped out in the ball pit against the edge for entry/exit. It is padded but a hard and fast fall will hurt. I asked if he was okay and he said yes but he looked again he was bleeding from the mouth. I had to locate both the adult he came with and then a worker since some of the balls had blood on it. The worker had notified someone on a walkie talkie but I don't think anything was done about the bloodied balls.

We rented the "rooftop" party room with…read morehost and the party upgrade for the kids wristbands which meant they had access to the entire space with no restrictions. We arrived 12:40pm with our decorations and cake on the day of the party. Immediately I could sense there was a problem. After standing around for about 10 minutes I finally asked if the room was ready and where was the host? A young kid finally appeared and said I'm here for Cameron's party. He led us upstairs but said nothing. No introduction, no run down of what to expect. Finally I asked him his name. He passed out socks to 5-7 year olds and gave them wristbands but that's it. The kids began to run around. Again now it's 10 after 1 and I asked him what is the plan? He said what do you mean? I'm asked him do you make an announcement? Do they just go what's happening when do you begin to host? He said they are free to go (epic fail). The space was quite large it was a closed off room and then another larger space with three couches, 2 high top tables, no side tables and it was upstairs away from everything so the fact that there was no formal directions, or announcement made by the party host was very confusing. We told the kids they could go and off they went. Everything with the kids was fine for about 20 minutes then some of the adults and kids came back saying they were being turned away from some of the activities. My sister was handling the food order so we didn't get it addressed right away. Fast forward we were supposed to eat at 2:30. Only half of the pizza came out (the other half came out after we did cake), we had no water other than the warm bottles that was set out when we got there, when I asked the kitchen/ordering area for water because we could not find our host (a trend for most of the party) I was told "oh no we don't do all that". I ordered French fries and was given a tray of old cold, French fries. The wristbands the kids were given were wrong and they were not corrected until after we ate which was at 3:15 (the party ended at 4). We could not find the host to get the things we needed, I had him paged many times and he didn't come ... overall this was terrible service. For the amount of money my sister paid for this party nothing was given. We did all the work. I do not recommend this location of urban air. I'm also leaving out the details related to the dirty furniture, the unkept restrooms and the rude staff at the cafe.

It costs $12 for a daily pass for one kiddo. They have a location in Eagan and Woodbury. We got there right in the morning at 9:30am and initially, my toddler had a great time bouncing on the inflatable bouncer. However, it got crowded very quickly. There was one kid maybe 4 years old named "Eli" (wearing green in the photo) who kept pushing other kids and whose mother was on her phone or yelling at her child on the sidelines (the only reason I remember the kid's name) without physically removing him from the situation. I saw this kid push 2 other kids who left the inflatable crying. He eventually laid on top of my daughter and wouldn't get up until I yelled "hey, you can't do that!" and ran over to them. My daughter was crying and obviously distraught. The mother there said nothing and did not remove him from the inflatable. Many of the parents of younger kids were respectful but I noticed the parents of older kids weren't. At the other play areas that my daughter could participate in - like the blocks - I noticed parents said nothing as their kids bossed others around and kept all of the blocks to themselves even if they weren't physically playing with them. In addition, there weren't a lot my toddler could play with besides the inflatable. The toddler play area is mainly for babies that can crawl and my toddler got bored of the area in less than 1 minute. The smaller slides are overrun with bigger kids and it was overwhelming for my daughter to navigate with other kids on it. And on the larger wavy slide, she was brave and tried going down herself, but it was too fast and steep for her and she hit her head on the side of the slide. The day or 2 after our visit, my toddler, baby and I caught the worst viral cold/flu we have had. I know we got it from the park because we did not go anywhere else that week. My baby was physically going limp in my arms and dozing off and I ended up taking her to the ER. I understand that the park doesn't have any liability for other kids' behavior or parents' supervision, or whether or not our children get sick, but I felt like the behavior was not acceptable or welcoming for us to want to come back and it seems like the culture of the park, based on other negative reviews here. The rule on the website states "Adults who fail to supervise their children in the play areas may be required to leave the park" but I don't see how this can be enforced with no staff on hand. The park also looked dirty and I'm not sure how often it is sanitized - and I wasn't able to locate a staff member to update them in real time. It does look great for older kids 5+ who are more assertive and are able to use all features of the park but for my younger kids, it wasn't a great fit. Constructive feedback: I do think the park can benefit from maybe 1 staff member on hand for safety and ensuring the Standard of Conduct on the website is followed, and maybe a large indoor swingset with baby/toddler attachments. Edit to add: Although one staff member was cleaning when I arrived, I looked and could not find anyone after the aggressive incident to voice my concerns. The woman whose child was aggressive was yelling his name and it was echoing throughout the park, so I'm sure if a staff member was present at the time, they would have heard what was happening. I did tell the child twice that he couldn't do what he did and I know the mother heard and still chose not to remove him from the situation. I admit I could have talked to her directly, but if no action was taken after her yelling at her child, I do think an external force was necessary to enforce the Code of Conduct. I wish I could have found staff at the time because I definitely would have addressed the situation real time.
