The check-in process was extremely dysfunctional. When we walked in there was nobody facilitating the check-in or greeting (this was our first time at this location) and once someone came up, he needed help to finalize our transaction. It took a very long time. This place is in desperate need for new management. The place wasn't busy while we were there, but they were very understaffed. Hence the facility was dirty and in some areas, not safe for kids (limited, to no supervision). If you don't have a membership, I would consider whether this is the trampoline park for you! Here's the thing. My kids love it. The price is great for the membership. But the staff is absolutely abysmal. We sign away our rights to sue this facility in the event of injury -- and the folks that are charged with watching to make sure people are being safe and not doing maneuvers that aren't allowed are on their phones not paying a single bit of attention. If you cancel your monthly membership, you might be banned. If you question anything, the cops will be called on you. My husband and I have been long-time attendees of the Edina, MN Sky Zone and we've always loved going there. We even had his 30th birthday party at the Sky Zone which was fantastic. In recent years, cleanliness and safety have really gone downhill but we decided to try joining as monthly members for our kiddos anyway. Unfortunately, we learned that cancelling your membership at the Edina can get you banned from ever coming back. When we asked about canceling over the phone, their manager, Michael, treated us VERY rudely and hung up on us. We called back ands asked to speak to Michael's manager and he said "I cannot disclose that information" and hung up again. When my husband brought our 3 year old son to use our membership and jump at Sky Zone arrived the next day, he learned that he has been banned from the Edina location which really surprised him. Michael was there and he explained that he ended our membership immediately because my husband was making "threats." Again, Michael was very rude toward my husband and threatened to call the cops if he didn't leave. My husband never made any threats and didn't deserve to be banned. We are shocked by how badly we were treated by Sky Zone staff. Now that I'm reading through other reviews, it seems that management at Edina frequently bans people unexpectedly and frequently calls the police on customers who didn't do anything wrong. This place is fun for kids. However there was a young girl that was being rude her tone of manner was not nice at all. My son is 2 and was trying to jump on a trampoline and the girls decided it was the perfect time to clean the trampolines at 11 o'clock in the morning. My daughter came to a party today and was given a red and white stripes wrist band when the rest of the party was given gold. As a result she was told she could not go on the trampolines with the rest of her friends and could only play the foam pit and slide. I had dropped her off, it wasn't my party. When I asked as we were leaving I was told thats not how the wrist bands work and that the staff on the floor was told the wrist band color had no meaning today. Well someone didn't get the memo and my daughter couldn't play with her friends. I was also she should have come to the front and they could have taken care of it. Really? I would not recommend, my family and I went to the establishment an hour and a half before they were closing. We only intended on jumping for an hour. Once we got there we tried paying with cash, they told us they couldn't sell us tickets and that they stop selling at 8:00pm then a different worker walked over and said they stopped selling at 8:30pm. We did look at the website and I said no we're on the website that they stopped selling at a certain time. It made my family and me feel very uneasy and unwanted in their establishment. Sky Zone will swindle you. Do not go to Sky Zone. I took my daughter there. I told them I just wanted to jump for the day. The employee signed me up for a monthly, automatic membership, that would bill my credit card every month, with out telling me. I did not find out about it until a month later, when Sky Zone billed me for the membership I did not ask for. this place sucks. if zeros stars were an option i would choose it. the service here sucked and it took for ever to get in. not to mention the staff were very rude and unhelpful. my kids were trying to get some drinks from the cafe and when we asked why they were closed this one lady who had blond curly hair rolled her eyes and yelled at us like we were stupid idiots, overall this is one of the worst skyzones i have ever been too. there was also another worker on snapchat with his airpods in while we were CLEARLY trying to talk to him. it seems very sketchy and very unsanitary. also if you are above the age of 10 do not go as it is very small and most of the activities require a young age restriction. there is absolutely no running climbing or anything related to that allowed so if u are looking to have fun and run around at a trampoline park go anywhere else. the dodge balls and basketballs are not the best quality and they're aren't many big trampolines. overall the experience was not great and would highly recommend somewhere like urban air for pretty much the same price! read more

Well Sky-Zone is that backyard trampoline on steroids, and it is BAD ASS!!! How bout a massively huge warehouse filled with trampolines? Check An area for people 40" and less in height? Check An area for adults? Check Trampolines on the walls? Check Trampoline dodgeball court? Check Best of all....Jump on trampoline #1, get big air then hit trampoline #2, get even bigger air while doing a flip and land in a huge foam pit!! WAY COOL!!!! We went for the 6th birthday of my son's friend and it was a blast. The kids jumped and ran for an hour (sadly it was kids only this time), then we adjourned to a party room while an employee led us in pizza, cake, and presents. Very well run for what you will come to find is highly organized chaos. Hmmmmmm.......I might just have my 38th birthday party here for myself. The kids I was babysitting talked me into buy a ticket to join them in the trampoline mayhem...and I'm so glad they did! I haven't had this much fun since I was 9. You are never too old to enjoy bouncing around on trampolines. They have a separate area for little tykes, a super awesome dodgeball court for bigger "kids", and a general area for everyone to enjoy. I loved seeing so many kids playing and running around and having fun...without TV or video games. And man is that a workout. I was sweating an gasping for breath after 12 minutes and blasted about 600 calories in 45 minutes just doing my safe 30 year bouncing--my lame old self had a hard time jumping into the bungee walls and going for the gold with any flips. But I still had fun with the traditional bounce and occassional butt bomb. If you need more structure to your play time, they offer an aerobics class that is geared towards adults who want to blast fat and have. I also saw ads for teen nights on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are an absolute MUST. Also, it is hot in there once you start jumping. Put your kids and yourself in shorts and a t-shirt if you plan to jump. Also, while they have a consessions stand, I wish we had brought our own water and maybe gatorade to refuel. The ONLY way this could be improved would be adding a coffee shop type area for parents to sit and chat, read, access some wi-fi while their kids expend their energy bouncing off the walls--literally. read more

I do regret some of my decisions there, as I was feeling sore on most of my body until sometime Monday, after visiting on a Friday night. I didn't think I was that out of shape. Had my 11 year old boy's Birthday Party there this week. Danielle was our hostess and she ROCKED! All the kids loved the jumping, the pizza and everything. As a parent it was nice not to worry about providing anything except the kids and the cake. It's great to have somewhere active to bring my kids when I can't always bring them outside. Trust me outdoor parties in March, not always a wonderful idea. The only issue was they need to get better signage so you can find your way there. read more

I'm OCD so I have a hard time handing 5-stars to a place that either requires me to be barefoot or borrow some shoes. But, this place is seriously fun. First experience was one of the skyrobics classes that seriously kicked my butt. It was fun and I was sore for days. I've gone back just to jump a few times and it's ridiculously fun. I've gone both times on a Friday and once was crowded, but not overwhelmingly crowded and the 2nd time was pretty empty. It's fun, good exercise and you get your monthly dose of pop music. read more

Never thought adults could have so much fun in a room filled with trampolines but we went here for a team outing at work and I can't wait to go back. They have a few different jumping areas- a foam pit, dodgeball court, workout area with fitness classes, and a basic jumping area. Staff was friendly and seem to know what they're doing when it comes to safety and little kids. Dodgeball was SO fun. Prices are a little steep (look for a Groupon!) and I'm sure the novelty wears off when you go again. As adults, it can be a little worrisome/weird with a bunch of kids running around, but they have a 15+ (LOL) jumping night on Saturdays according to an employee- $15 for 3 hours- and then you don't have to feel bad pelting an 8 year old with a dodgeball. Sky Zone is as much fun for adults as it is for kids! I am a 58 year old woman who has become hooked on their SkyRobics classes. What a workout. The instructors are great, the music is uplifting, and my body is learning to do all kinds of new tricks. This is really great for developing both your endurance as well as your balance. My first class was on the kid's court, for which I was grateful. The smaller area is a bit easier for your first try. While I was close to 40 years older than some of the kids in the class, I wasn't the slowest. For class #2 I was above the middle of the pack. This week will be my third class, and I look forward to graduating to the larger area. My advice is that you don't eat and be sure to use the rest room before you start. Oh, and bring a towel ... you are going to sweat!! read more

We hosted our son's 6th bday party and the kids (and participating adults) had an absolute blast. However, the staff in our private area was very inattentive and were more interested in socializing w/ each other than playing w/ the kids and making sure other kids weren't taking over our space. Our party host was attentive and helpful. The challenge for me was the extremely strict policies on outside food and drink. For such a high price tag, I was disappointed that we couldn't bring in fruit, carrots and juice boxes. The kids were exhausted and hungry after jumping for an hour and not everyone wants to just eat pizza. Lastly for $349 for 15 kids, I felt that gratuity should be included. I will not be going back. I used to like this place but now they separate your by ages and so this is no longer a family friendly place. I went with my teenage daughter and my 6 year old son and my wife. So basically I was told that my son can't jump near me because he has to be in a separate place. I told the lady no way and ignored her but she kept pestering us and so I had her call the manager who just confirmed that you have to jump in the area represented by your age group. So basically I can no jump on the trampoline next to my son so he would have to jump alone. This is ridiculous and we have gone there 3 times alone this year so you have lost a relatively frequent customer. read more

Had my daughters birthday party here don't feel I got what I paid for. First we check in and come to find out her name was spelled wrong they had AVA instead of EVA. I had even spelled it to the person so they could order the cake. Of course that meant the cake had the wrong spelling as well:( They gave her the sticker they had but scribbled Eva over Ava instead of giving her a new one. They did apologize but it was more that they had to say it not that they meant it. Then the kids were playing in the "private" area. I had 3 girls including my daughter come out crying because of of the other guest threw a ball in their face. There was an employee in with them I never saw them scold the child! My daughters stepmom had to go in and tell the child to stop. I thought the point of the employee being in there with them was to make sure they were safe which they didn't do in my opinion. Not sure if it was for the misspelled name or just what they do but there were 2 cards for 2 free hours of jumping in her bag. If this was because of the mistake I would have preferred money back and not the "free" jumping. I would not return nor would I let any of my children attend a party there again. read more

We love it here. They have great event nights too - some black lights, one is nerf gun, one volleyball. We went to the black light one and my son absolutely loved it. We have also gone to a couple birthday parties and although mediocre- they weren't bad. Great for kids 5-teenager. As an adult I have been on the tramps, but I always feel like I'm "taking a spot" from a child, so I usually give up my square for the kids if they are busy. My review of Sky Zone is long overdue. We held my stepson and stepdaughter's eighth birthday party here (they are twins) in August of 2011 and all I can say is EASIEST. BIRTHDAY. PARTY. EVER! The staff at Sky Zone was so nice and they literally did everything for us right down to cutting the cake, serving the pizza, and cleaning up the mess. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy! We paid for 90 min. Of jump time. The place wasn't very big. Their was no dodge ball due to private birthday parties. There was no basketball hoops. Even though they had a video showing they had them. They were told to stay in their little box and jump.. So basically we paid so they could stay in one place to jump up and down. Yeah after 10 mintes of that the boys got bored and we left. We drove over an hour for that! Pump It Up or Gymnastics open gym is WAY better!!
