Expensive even with a Groupon. Young workers standing around talking. Disgustingly dirty. My kids heard profanity in the music even though the speakers sound awful and you can hear the rap music they're playing which is inappropriate for children.

The area my one kid was jumping and his brother came to see him, and I was told they can't be together....what?!

Awful and rude staff. I will never come here again- first and last time. I paid $65 at the door and got the kids socks on and ready to start jumping and then I was told that my kid has to wear a mask- the age for wearing a mask went from 4 and up to 2 and up....huh? Which one? I asked if they had masks and they didn't. If you don't have masks available and if a payed customer didn't know and doesn't have one, they have to leave?????!!!! This situation occurred after I was checked in and payed for the kids, with no one at the front desk (two separate people that helped me check in) telling me that the kids needed to wear a mask. Then my two year old son comes over to play with my other son at the individual basketball court and I'm told they aren't allowed to jump together....what??? He came over to see his brother, and they are in this big area with no one else there and your telling they can't be in there together.....it's absolutely disgusting customer service and felt like I was being harassed by one employee named Ralph and his horrible manager Antonio was even worse.

Love the new video games and improvements to the park. Kids having parities looked to be having so much fun. Can't wait to go back!

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

We have a membership and although we don't use it every month, it's just nice to have as backup option. Never had a problem making an appointment either. They recently added some arcade stuff which was pretty cool and gives them more reason to stay longer. Birthdays - I haven't had the pleasure of hosting yet (was supposed to a few years ago, but covid hit). The manager was very nice, offered a discount on my next birthday booking, and refunded everything back to me without any issues. No fighting, or making multiple calls to try and get a refund. Loved that! Now as for regular staffing, I do think a few need to be trained to speak up more, but I do understand how some teens could be really shy about trying to enforce rules, but it's def needed for safety. Too many times, I have teens trample my kids and nothing was said to them. Also, the long running trampoline area should be monitored more. A few times, my kids wanted to test their flipping skills, but tons of teens are just laying down on it not letting anyone use it. We would come back and check to see if its free to use, but again, same people would be there. I think it should have a line system like the other attractions there. Run down, flip, run back , flip, then get back in line. I've also had issues with kids constantly cutting in front of my daughter and the staff said nothing. I had to step in and tell them they can't have all their friends cutting in front. This happened at the ninja course. Will I be back? Of course. My kids love it. Are there adjustments that are needed? Most definitely.

I had purposely chosen to visit during the daytime, anticipating a welcoming, kid-friendly environment suitable for my toddlers. However, my experience was far from what I expected. Despite the fact that the venue was not crowded, I purchased a parent pass only to find myself closely followed by staff members while we tried out the trampolines. I was then informed that only one person was allowed on the trampoline at a time, which seemed restrictive and inconvenient given that I had my children with me. What was most disheartening was an incident involving my child sitting down in one of the massage chairs. Immediately, an announcement blared over the loudspeaker, instructing her to get out of the chair if she was not paying. This public embarrassment was completely unacceptable and far from the friendly atmosphere I hoped for. I spent over a hundred dollars expecting an enjoyable and kid-friendly experience, but instead, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our visit. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider adjustments to improve the environment for families !

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

You would need to see how Urban Air is like on a weekend, and you'll know what crowded means. I also noticed that although there were a diverse mix of customers, the kids and parents all seemed very respectful. Trying various types of these indoor amusements in many locations throughout the country - you'll get to see a bit of rough plays, misunderstandings, and whatnot. Cherry Hill/Maple Shade seems like a very affable area/town/neighborhood, and parents/children were all courteous. (If you look up the viral video with the parenta fighting at a Kindergarten graduation in Toledo, OH, you'll know exactly...) This is a very organized, large space, filled with a lot of fun, no doubt. Most of the staffers were all part-time, on the young side, so it's not bad. The initial line to buy tickets was pretty long, but they ask everyone to do the waiver in advance via your phone. They also use color coded wristbands to determine the time limit. Once the 2 hours of play has passed, your color will no longer be accepted at the activities. Great concept and also an honor system that people/kids are to take it upon themselves to depart the premises if your color is called out. They also try to sell the membership, which works if you know you want to come often. I am not from the area so it wasn't an easy sell for us. Also, it is recommended to eat before heading here. You'll see why. Have fun! Thanks for checking out this review!

We had initially booked a private birthday party that was, unfortunately canceled because of the weather. I was given the option of dates to reschedule, but was told instead of a private event. They only had semi private parties available and stated there would be another party taking place at the same time. I was given several dates and times to choose from an emailed back several times in an attempt to confirm date and time. I received an email receipt for a booking of that date, no call or personal email. I also sent several emails prior to both event dates asking what time I could access our space in order to set up and none of them were ever returned. Again was told you didn't have a private event slot available, but did have the semi private which we accepted based on the assumption that semi private meant instead of just our party there would be an additional party. But I did not expect was there to be an additional party, several groups, and I guess free play all happening during our "semi private event " When we arrived and checked in, we were told we were in the room on the right and only when I said, I don't know what that means or where that is did somebody get up to show us to the space. Our party was scheduled from 1 to 3 and at five or three as we were cleaning up an employee came in with giant black trash bags, and started unloading the trash. At this time that we noticed that the people waiting to get into our room for their event time had been there playing for the entire two hours of our event so there was our party group the other party group and then the 3 o'clock group there are all playing during our semi private event plus the people coming in for free play. Luckily, my son just turned five and had fun with his friends but to say I was disappointed is a very big understatement. For the price difference of having a private event to having multiple groups of people and FreePlay going on during your event isn't worth the savings

I have been to a few in the Philly area and this is one of our favourites because it is pretty open. A lot of spaces are so jam packed with toys etc that you can feel overwhelmed and closed in... imagine how the little one feels? Here they have space to walk around, run a little without bumping into a peer. But don't get me wrong, there is lots to do: ball pit, a cute little zipline, basketball, large swing (the swing is my personal favourite because I can swing peacefully and comfortably with my son in my lap), climbing etc etc. There is even a small toddler corner for more quiet play for the young ones. Adults are very welcome (and can technically use the zipline...if you can manage to fit, lol) And there is LOTS of seating that isn't on the floor. The price is ok - there are definitely more affordable options but at $20 it's not too bad (price for 1 child + an adult for free play; monthly membership is $75) I can see where the money goes in terms of cleanliness etc. Also, this probably goes without saying but please WATCH your children here. There isn't a lot of staff around (I usually just see one person at the front check in desk) and I don't think it's their job to watch the children...but it is VERY easy for a child to just walk out and I'm not sure the front desk staff would stop them. One of the days I was there, I witnessed a child say he wanted to go home then try to leave... It's a shoeless facility so bring socks (there are some there for sale).
