Recently visited with my 7-year-old niece over the holiday break and she had a great time. We went on a Thursday afternoon and while it was busy, it didn't feel overly crowded. There were several activity areas, including a basketball section, an obstacle-course style area, and an open trampoline space where kids could bounce and run around freely. It was a perfect way to spend about 90 minutes and keep her entertained and active. I'd definitely recommend checking Groupon for deals to save a little money before you go. read more

Went for my grandsons party. Place was empty and I see why! Very expensive for parties and jump time is limited to an hour despite paying for 2. The kids took very little time to eat which surprised me it was pizza!!! but they all said how bad it tasted! When I asked our helper what they could do for the other hour since staff told them they could no longer jump he said we could buy game passes. We had a 3pm end and it was only 2:15! I hesitantly bought game cards so I wasn't ending the party early but wanted to make sure others know about this before booking their party! This place used to be great, and I was really excited to take my two kids for a fun day together. Unfortunately, I was seriously disappointed. First, they've taken a lot of things away, and almost every activity we tried had long lines because only a limited number of people could participate at a time. I honestly felt like I paid a lot of money just to walk around holding hands with my kids, something we could have done for free at a park. Awful and rude staff. I will never come here again- first and last time. I paid $65 at the door and got the kids socks on and ready to start jumping and then I was told that my kid has to wear a mask- the age for wearing a mask went from 4 and up to 2 and up....huh? Which one? I asked if they had masks and they didn't. If you don't have masks available and if a payed customer didn't know and doesn't have one, they have to leave?????!!!! This situation occurred after I was checked in and payed for the kids, with no one at the front desk (two separate people that helped me check in) telling me that the kids needed to wear a mask. Then my two year old son comes over to play with my other son at the individual basketball court and I'm told they aren't allowed to jump together....what??? He came over to see his brother, and they are in this big area with no one else there and your telling they can't be in there together.....it's absolutely disgusting customer service and felt like I was being harassed by one employee named Ralph and his horrible manager Antonio was even worse. read more

The manger and staff was so rude. My sister was having a birthday party for her son. When we were signing waivers one staff member came to us to say no outside food Because she had her son's cake for the party. They assumed we were bringing a cake to celebrate without having a party scheduled. No one ever asked they just assumed. Then the manger told me I had to prove my children was mine but another woman signed in 5 kids without a problem. I asked the staff member what is the manager name because he walked away. My son recently had a birthday party hear. And what a great time it was. Great staff. everything organized perfectly. It's worth every bit of money. You get pizza and soda with the party. And 1 hour of jump. The pizza is actually some of the best pizza. You also get free socks... And with a promotion going on. The birthday child gets the rest of the year of free jumps. I took my son there and he kept running around to the foam block pit, trying to jump ahead of the kids in line. I explained that he was 3 and autistic, so the manager told me that he'd have to wear a special band and only be allowed in a designated area. It was away from everyone, except for a one year old with Down Syndrome. We were deliberately being hidden from the "normal" people. We got invited to a birthday party there a few months later and when we checked in, another manager said that we'd have to go back to the designated area and would be notified when the rest of the party was having cake. So they wanted our son to jump alone, without his friend, because of his autism. They also had the nerve to advertise in the Courier Post as an autism friendly establishment that same weekend. Tried to jump with my children and have a good time. Everywhere we tried to jump together we were told that we couldn't and had to be separated into different sections by age even when i found a spot that was not being used by anyone else in the "freestyle" section. Management tried to assuage the situation by allowing us to jump in sections that were segregated. Manager tried to offer me a credit but i insisted upon a refund for my jump fees. I was told would take 5-7 business days and was not given any type of documentation because it wasn't policy. @philip there was no rules speech or age separation review. Unfortunately I have to leave only 2 stars because my experience here has deteriorated. We were so happy when they just opened in our area. We've been many times ever since the opening. This last experience was actually annoying. The staff became so focused on their rules that they don't even have sense for reason. For one example, I carefully lifted up my son to make a dunk on the basketball court, and was told to get out because there's only one person allowed at a time. Okay. This place is great! There is nothing like this in the general area and finally we have a place for the kids to play. We stopped in this morning early and the kids had a amazing time. The really enjoyed themselves. The buffalo chicken pizza was very tasty and our daughter liked the mozzarella sticks. The food court area was also reasonably priced for the facility. A few tips would be to get there early or there could be a bit of a wait. You can order your ticket ahead and book your time. If you do it that way you'll be guaranteed a spot. Socks cost $2.00 a pair and you have to buy their socks. They do separate the kids by age. They offer a nice amount of seating for parents. We will be back. read more

Make your kids happy and tire them out! A new franchise closer to Center City Philly, opened in March. This location is perhaps a tad smaller than the Oaks facility, but just as good. Everything is bright and new, staff is friendly and attentive. My only complaints are that they do not sell coffee, and can not transfer free jump vouchers between the franchises. read more

If I could rate this place zero stars i would. We're visiting here in PA and i decided to take my son and my brother to Sky zone. Right from the beginning it was a mess and all the workers here look miserable, as i saw in the comments another lady had the same problem with the same young man that yelled at my in front of everyone because I wasn't wearing socks when 4 other parents were wearing sneakers and I was telling him i was here the whole time with the kids we just went to the bathroom and we only needed 10-15 mins until our timed finished and that no one told me i needed socks because i asked the girl at the front desk and she said no i was fine and the other girl that worked there that i was sitting next too didn't say anything to me either he continued to tell me that it wasn't his problem that someone else told me that and kept yelling at me. I wasn't mad at the fact that i needed socks i was mad at the way he came up my face and yelled it out instead of approaching me in a calm and nicer way I'm 24 years old and not a little kid. Came here with the family on the super-rainy Saturday. We bought our tickets online and also signed our waivers online, so check-in was very smooth. Additionally, since we picked the time the free-jump opened (10am on Saturday, just after a special Parents/Toddlers time), there was hardly anyone in the place and we had full run to do whatever we wanted whenever we wanted. We purchased the 1 1/2 hour block of time which was a little too much for us and we actually left 15 minutes early but not because we were not having fun. It gets very tiring! Even their promotional material says that the 1 hour block is the most popular. Because we had to purchase socks (you must use theirs if you want to jump), it was an extra $2 for each of us. Overall, about $100 total for the 1 1/2 hour block. They have lockers for your purses, wallets, shoes, etc., which are $1 but you do not get in/out as much as you want...once locked, it stays locked until you are done unless you pay another $1. The place also has an upstairs "party" area which seemed to be a bunch of cafeteria style tables. Once in, they have a lot more than just free jump trampolines all over the place. They have a couple of dodgeball courts (the Nerf-like balls don't hurt), a Ninja Warrior course divided into "small/medium/large" aka "little kids/bigger kids/OMG WTF", 3 basketball dunk stations set at different heights of course with trampolines, a 4-basket 2 low/2 high just to bounce and shoot, a slack line (air mattress under this thing), a couple of ninja-like obstacles with ladders, rings, and ropes (all with foam squares under), and the fun giant foam pit where you just bounce and try to fly like Superman into the pit. I swear it's harder getting out of the the pit than anything else you'll do. This whole facility is made for upper body strength for anything obstacle, and that's not me. They also serve food but we did not buy anything there...we went to Las Margaritas afterwards (see my review...only 2 minutes away) and had a blast. Staff consisted of mostly younger teenagers who were doing their best to keep everyone safe and following the rules. We did not experience any staffer being negligent in their duties and they seemed to like what they were doing. One told us that the most they have had in the place at one time is 150 but they can hold 300. I would imagine this would be hell with noise and too many tiny kids not following the rules overdosing on sugar bouncing all over the place. When we were towards the end of our time, a large party of 6/7-year-olds took over and they clearly were not listening as they were too excited to bounce. The staff tried to get them to follow 1 only on each trampoline, but it was a lost cause. Staff also does their best to block people by ages into certain sections of the trampolines so as to not have problems. My family had a lot of fun trying out everything there was to bounce on, and we all worked up a sweat doing it. The brand new parking lot is a wreck and should be redone. I would highly recommend coming at opening bell when the place is empty. Staff said that on weekends, around 12-2pm it can get pretty full. We did not get to experience the "glow" jumping where they turn off the lights and turn on the black-lights/neon. I bet that would look pretty cool. I would also take off any rings or other jewelry you may be wearing because if you lose them in a foam pit, goodbye jewelry. 4 stars instead of five because my wife found out quickly that she was not made for jumping as she got seasick. There is a no-refund policy, so she had to rest quite a bit and then try again...but not too hard. read more

My son and friend when the skyzone on blue grass road in Philadelphia. My son got a locker the locker key had no way to secure the key. So he place the key and his phone in his pocket. While in the foam pit the phone and the key came. When ask if the could open the locker we where told it would cost 10. My son shoe to go home where lock in the locker. They refuse to open it to get them. I will never I mean never go there again. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. So my son had to come home with no shoes. The place its self was clean and the kids enjoyed their time jumping around. I would give this place zero stars for customer service and 5 for fun. The young staff at the beginning of our journey was quite rude and gave my wife an extremely hard time while she was a paying customer with 8 jumpers. One of the kids parents filled out the form online, but at the wrong franchise and was filling out the other as we were paying, but the Young Cashier was telling her she wouldn't wait - another minute for the form to be completed and said she was going to get her manager. By the time she turned around the kids mom texted and it was completed. Honestly it was a joke, some 15 year old giving a major attitude to a paying customer. It's not often a customer will write a great review about a service business, but this new location (Blue Grass Road) in Philadelphia ROCKS. My family loves it so much, we try to get there 1-2X a week.  My daughter is a 10 year old gymnast, and she uses this facility to play and do off-gym flip/twist training. She loves it so much, because it is a different and fun way for her to practice her flips/twists while giving her a chance to try new things like their awesome ninja warrior training obstacles. The staff is super nice and we even got a chance to meet the General manager, Dan, who is awesome. We see him on the floor all the times and he even remembers customers. Keep on rocking:) read more

This is my first and last time at sky zone, I went here on Saturday 9/1/2018 around 3:00, paid for two adults and two kids. I couldn't even go into many areas with the children, what's the point of the adults paying for admission if we can't even jump in with them? It's ridiculous that the staff did not tell me that we didn't have pay for adult admission if we were just supervising the kids. I want a refund back, I felt so cheated off my money... it was really expensive too. The staff needs more training, plus they were extremely rude and unprofessional when speaking to me. I didn't experience any of that they were very polite there. I even had an issue where I was double charged prior to me coming there and they refunded my money no questions.
