Okay y'all, I was worried how our 3yo's birthday party would go based on reviews and horror stories but our experience was wonderful. Jazmine, especially, made our party great. Check their FB for promotions and giveaways because that's how I won a free Jump Around birthday party during the 12 days of Christmas giveaway. The package includes 10 jumpers, sky socks, pizza, pop, invitations, paper products and options to add on other items. They were thorough and called ahead a few days to make sure we had no questions and were ready to go. Jazmine did everything for our party, it was odd for me not to serve guests or lead in any way. She did it ALL! Even cut the cake! We jumped for an hour, in separate sections of course. However, we were close enough for the adults and kids to still have fun with each other. We spent most of our time all together in the foam zone, it was barely even noticeable that we were "split." Larosas was great! Customer service was great! The facility is clean and spacious. I don't know if we lucked out or what, but the place was basically empty. It was like having our own private facility. For that, I recommend trying a week day for a party/visit. We went to sky zone for a friend's bday and it was a blast! We were concerned we'd be too old to enjoy trampolines, but that wasn't the case. We spent most our time in the general jump area, but the dodgeball area was pretty fun, too. Just watch out for people that don't tag out when they're suppose to. read more

This is so much fun for older and younger kids. It provides a jumping area and a basketball/ dodgeball area. It seemed very balanced.

Exercise can be fun. Just imagine you are a contestant on American Gladiators. If you know what that is, you're probably 3 times the median age of the majority of patrons. It's OK, I will enjoy watching you embarrass your kids in front of their friends. Meanwhile I got to slam dunk for the first time. It's right next door to Full Throttle Indoor Karting, so if you've got a large group of kids of differing ages to entertain, this is a good spot. There are small lockers that are 50 cents per use. An hour of jumping is $8. They have a foam pit for flipping, dodge ball on trampolines, slam dunk station, and general large jumping area with angled wall trampolines. The food is your typical junk. You have to wear their shoes, and you have to have socks (if you don't they will sell you some). No phones or other items in your pockets while jumping. I'd recommend athletic wear. Jeans just seem like they'd be a nuisance to me. There isn't a changing room, but there's a smallish bathroom that will suffice. About 10 minutes in you will be amazed at how out of breath you are (or at least I was). But, after that you don't think about it and when the hour is up, you don't want to quit. read more

We went for a child's birthday party. No outside food is allowed. Jump time is sold in 30 min. increments. People may start jumping only on the hour or half hour. Their special jump socks are included in the price. Jumpers are separated by age. This is great if you have a group of small children. They will not be trampled by the bigger ones. If you have children in more than one age group, or if you want to jump yourself everybody will not be permitted to jump together. There are 2 dodge ball courts, a slam dunk basket ball hoop, a foam block pit to jump into, and some plain jump areas. This could be a fun and expensive way to keep kids entertained when temperatures are less than ideal. read more

Sky Zone was fun and a perfect activity to do with our 3 year-old. I went with my husband and our 3 year-old and 8 month-old daughters. My oldest loved it. Her and I jumped together until she got tired and was ready to go. Lol. My husband was having some back issues so he sat this one out and watched our youngest daughter. This was my first time ever going. My husband had brought our oldest here once before. I think for both of us to jump for 1 hour and we both got the jump socks, it was approximately $35-$45 dollars. The process was easy. When you first arrive, you have to sign in and fill out paperwork in the computers. They have little stations that house the computers away from the actual cashier line. Filling out all the information takes about 2-5 min. Once you have completed the paperwork you pay and then go jump. My daughter and I went to the very back jump area where it was more younger kids. She would jump in a square and I would jump in a square. Then we would jump together. We had a ball! I also like that they have quite a few jump areas to choose from. You can play dodge ball, basketball, or free jump (like what we did). It was pretty neat. After about 30-40 min our daughter was ready to go. Overall, we had a good time and all the kids and other parents who jumped with smaller kids, respected each other and everyone's space. read more

We went to toddler time on a Friday morning and it was great! It wasn't too crowded and I was pleasantly surprised that my two year old was allowed to jump in the foam pit. The staff was pleasant and patient when my son was not obeying all of the expectations... For example they don't prefer two jumpers to be on any one trampoline simultaneously and my little man kept joining a new little buddy on his trampoline. I appreciated their understanding! My child isn't always great at remembering to obey those types of guidelines! The only area for improvement is it was $10 for 90 minutes. My son only made it an hour. I know that's a competitive price for these types of places but that's the only thing stopping me from taking him every Friday this summer! For the crowd that can visit during the school year they have a deal for ten toddler visits for $85. Seems like a great deal to me! Overall it was an awesome experience! He had such a blast! This was my family's first experience with sky zone. I was able to find discounts using Groupon, so I purchased a party package for my family because they're seven of us. On the website it States no outside food. When we arrived and signed in, and they showed us to our reserved room. The gentleman offered to put our order in to be ready by 2:30 at the end of our jump time. We went out to the concession stand and I asked to see a menu. I was told there was no menu and that they only served Pizza chips and drinks. I attempted to order too large pizzas with extra cheese and ground beef. The young man told us that they ordered the pizzas from LaRosa's, but could only get cheese. He said he would check to see if they would be able to add the beef, but he didn't think so. The park itself was underwhelming for us. True they had a foam pool, they had one basketball area, and a bunch of balls flying around on the trampolines. There was no jousting area and no obstacle course as the website said. After our jump time, we went back to our party room but our pizza was not there on time. It was almost 3:00 before our pizza did come and at that point there was another family looking for their Pizza as well. I tried to order nachos; but, was told they had tortilla chips, but no cheese. The whole experience seemed poorly managed and disheveled in my opinion. There seemed to be way too many people in the trampoline park at one time. I saw a staff member wipe down a rail one time during our visit. Needless to say, my husband and I were very disappointed. The kids did enjoy jumping, but that was the extent of it. OK...so I don't give a 1 star very often. I reserve them as much as a 5 star. But this place was bad and is a FREAKING joke. I was invited to a birthday party here, ok...I wasn't my kids were, but considering the venue and the fact that I had never been there, I was a little excited. You get there and it is a zoo...which is a good sign. I like a busy place I have never been to...makes me think this might be epic. They give you these special socks and everything (already a five star 15 minutes in)....that's when everything goes completely and absolutely downhill. So the model is that you have these "time zones", which might be a good idea as you would have folks there all day. But here is where you go from a 5-star to a 1 star (would give -5 if I could)...because they separate you by size, you CANNOT jump with your kids or even stand close to help them. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS #1... Why come there with your family if you can't be with your kids. RIDICULOUS #2...let's just say you have an 8 year old that is "tall" (I have one and I am quite proud as she is going to be stunning one day). If that child, who happens to be in a birthday party is "bigger" than the other kids then said child CANNOT JUMP WITH THE PARTY!!!! So that is where I went from happy Dad to really REALLY ticked off Dad when my little girl comes up to my crying because some teenager made my girl cry. She even said she was nasty to her. I tried to calm down a bit because I know my little girl can embellish a bit. That's when strike three happened when I saw another "employee" who was probably out a little late last night basically yell at my son at the basketball hoops. That was enough evidence for me....the bottom line is this...if you are an establishment where the P/L line is reliant on parents to pay for their kids to be there SHOULD GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE NICE TO KIDS. Don't make a scene and single a kid out. Call over a team member to take your spot and quietly explain to the kid(s) what the rules are or what they did. Then maybe offer them a free ice cream if they weren't doing anything "wrong" but didn't know they were violating a rule. So, after calming down and being scurried away to the party room, I pulled the manager aside. Explained what happened and then she went on a 10 minute tirade about how all Skyzones are like this and how the size thing will never change. She was almost a little crappy and then wanted me to isolate the employees that had acted inappropriate...it was clear to me that someone needed leadership training as much as the "staff" needed a meeting on how to treat guests well. Needless to say I didn't single out the two employees that were "nasty" to my kids. Everyone in that place should know that the parties are a big ticket (high margin) service and that those guests should be treated ESPECIALLY well. And then...no attempt to make amends from the manager... I was floored. At the end of the day, I get it...I know you need rules in place like this because your lawyers need a certain degree of CYA...I get that you need to have rules to make sure that folks don't take advantage of the time they paid for. WHAT IS UNACCEPTABLE is not treating your guests with respect and kindness. And when you make my kids cry...well, that is just asking for a fight. I would NOT advise anyone to try Skyzone unless you want to be treated like crap. read more

I have taken my nephew here several times for our special sunday 'dates' and frankly, I'd be happy if he never chose it again. The staff is mostly young and lacking customer service. I also think they don't do a very good job of asserting authority when children repeatedly run back and forth without giving another child a turn (in the basketballs lanes and the area when you first walk up the stairs). I understand that parents/guardians should be doing this but it is never the case. My nephew waits patiently for his one turn and the staff seems oblivious. With 12 minutes until the end of toddler time today the place became flooded with older children who were eager to jump in line of the smaller children, again, the staff did nothing. About a month ago my brother-in-law was yelled at by a teenage employee for wearing a baseball cap while out in the large trampoline area with his 15 month old son. After speaking to the manager, he was given a free 1-hour pass to come back. Today I tried to use that pass with my nephew and was told that it wasn't valid for toddler time, which is the time it was originally given. This information was NEVER communicated when the pass was given and when I spoke to a manager about it, she had very little to say. My nephew is 3 and I would never take him any other time as there are far too many older kids and he could get hurt. I asked how much a 'regular' hour was and with it being the same price as 'toddler time', $10, I'm not sure what the issue is. I am disappointed in the way the manager handled the situation as well as the skills lacking by the majority of the staff. read more

I have to say after speaking with the owner of the company I would probably give another Sky Zone a chance. I believe Laura understands customer service is important, and I believe she will follow up with educating her employees. It took a very long time to actually get in contact with her. Several employees refused to let me leave a message for her or contact her directly. After dealing with a district manager on several occasions my message was finally passed on to Laura. My issue has since been resolved. I hope Laura finds new employees to replace the ones that could care less about her business. She seems like a smart business women, and I wish the best for her and her business. The employees that currently work here should be ex-employees but that's just my two cents. Either way I won't return to the Springdale location until those people are gone. I may try the Columbus location if I'm in the neighborhood. read more

The facilities were clean and in good repair. The prices, although not cheap for an entire family, were reasonable considering the level of uniqueness offered by Sky Zone. I believe I paid around $15 for an hour of jumping on a Saturday. The only downside I see is that the very smallest children, who are likely to be too scared to jump alone, are not allowed to jump with their parents. Sky Zone separates jumpers by size, which makes sense for safety reasons. So, big warning if you think your kid will only feel comfortable jumping on a trampoline next to his mom/dad. I took my son here for his 3rd birthday and he had an excellent time. He bounced and bounced.... and bounced until his heart was content. It was the only time in the last month I didn't hear him whine or cry. He was just so happy. I like the scale of the place and how it is separated by age groups and activity i.e. Sky slam, dodge ball etc. There is just so much room for a kid to run and jump and just be a kid. My only hang ups- The service at the front desk is SSSLLLOOOOOOOOOOWWWW! Gheesh! It was like waiting for Jesus to return! Not a good first impression. My other issue was the area with the foam blocks. There are only a few trampolines to bounce off of into the block pit which means either long wait times or someone gets hurt. They should have the blocks in other sections as well. My son really wanted to play with the blocks but was ushered away by staff members because he was in the way and could have been injured. Normally taking blocks or anything for that matter would have been cause for a tantrum but he handled it really well. Dare I say he even displayed a little maturity for a newly minted 3yr old. Not bad!! Never been here before and wanted to take my friend's son to somewhere fun for his 8th birthday. It was nasty outside being wet and cold. There are not a lot of indoor play areas for children in this town and chose to go to Skyzone. The parking lot is very tiny. It was packed outside (of course). However when we got inside it didn't look packed. Looks like they took over a huge factory space and turned it into trampoline galore!! Since it was just the 3 of us and not a large party, we didn't wait long if any. Side note: Adults can jump too!! The price wasn't too bad. It was $10 for 30min. and they give you your own socks to use the next time you come and can get a couple buck taken off. On the end of the counter to the left, there was a huge "ball" of stickers!! it's like people making a ball of rubber bands but this one was of the stickers that had your time printed on it to let in the trampoline area. Also, there are lockers to put your shoes and other items in. Only a quarter for the smaller ones and 2 quarters for the larger ones. The play area itself is pretty large and have different things to do like jumping in a pool of foam blocks. The kids were having a blast in them. They were going in one by one to be safe. There are 2 courts of dodgeball. 3 basketball hoops at diff heights so the avg joe can dunk a ball. I tried and failed ha ha. Plus there is a huge area of personal trampolines. one side is for the adults or bigger kids and the other for the wee kids. This place was a lot of fun!! Horrible !!!!!! The customer service at this location is unacceptable. I was there for the first time with my 3 children. As I waited 30 mins to check in, I watched an listen to a couple checking in for there birthday party. Not knowing everything it was enough for me to see the front desk staff treat her very poorly. Their attitudes were careless and not willing to help, when the woman asked for a supervisor, one told her they could not give her name. Once a supervisor came out, I listened to the woman complain an the supervisor response was "your being stupid". Keep in mind the whole time listening the woman complaining was never loud or inappropriate. I couldn't believe they were treating her this way. II am a manager for costumer service team of 25, if my staff acted in this manner our business would not succeed. Once I was able to check in, ( had already filled out forms online) the staff was not listening to me but more interested in the interactions with the manager and other customer. This place makes you feel like a kid again!! I went with my meetup group and we did enjoy ourselves. Jumping on those trampolines were more of a workout than we anticipated though! I didn't like how we couldn't keep money on us -- if we wanted to pause and go buy a drink we had to go back to our lockers, which was a pain. The staff isn't allowed to help you up if you get stuck, which is silly. Other than that, Sky Zone is fun. read more

I read other reviews and it sounds like some people had bad experiences here. We went here for someone's birthday on Halloween and it was fantastic. I'd say no one needs more than a one hour pass, no matter how energetic the group may be. But we did a dunk contest, the foam blocks jump, and my personal favorite, dodgeball. Nothing like playing 3 vs. 3 dodgeball on trampolines. The staff was all really nice and kept checking to make sure we were having a good time. They provided sports goggles for me for dodgeball as I can't see too well without my glasses on. Overall, it was a lot of fun. And I'd recommend this place as a unique experience for a birthday party or maybe just 30 quick minutes of exercise. read more

My husband and I took our nephew here on Saturday and he had a great time! We purchased an hour of jump time and that was plenty of time. We had a few minutes to spare before his jump time started so we played a few games on the air hockey table. Once we got to start his jump time, he started in the foam pit, then the main jumping area, then basketball, then the dodgeball area. I would definitely go back and maybe even jump myself. I was surprised at how friendly all of the staff were, usually when there are a lot of younger people (teenagers) working you can get some attitude, but not yesterday, everyone from very nice and patient with the kids. He is about 8 inches taller then the 8 year old. The employees were nice enough about it... but they quickly let us know my son couldn't jump near his two cousins. We go to the dodgeball area and get the reply... "He can't play with them since he's taller... but he can play in 15 mins". So apparently in 15 mins they could kick the smaller kids out and let the taller kids play... only problem was that they place had a majority of smaller kids at the time. So how that is suppose to work.. I don't know. We then go to the large jump area where there's a ton of kids playing and get the reply... "He can't jump there (by his cousins)... He has to jump over there (20 feet away by himself)" At one point we even went back to the open jump area when NO ONE was jumping and were told he he had to jump in his zone! Near the end, I asked if I could jump with my "taller" son... and they said sure... but if different areas. I know they rules are set for liability..... But my son was bummed after 10 mins about the place. So be careful when setting up a party... or just going here with different aged kids.... just know about the rules here. We've been to Get Air up I75 from here... and it's just open jump for everyone there.... a much better experience for everyone. The parents can jump and play with there kids there! Note. This is a review for the "Toddler Time" on Fridays from 9:30-11AM only. We had a blast! I was a little wary given all the negative reviews on yelp, but I took a chance, and boy did it pay off. Everyone was courteous and kind. We arrived and were greeted at the reception desk by a nice gentleman who explained the layout to us since it was our first time. I signed the waiver and acquired our socks. Three things to note, first, when you sign the waiver, you grant SkyZone permission to use photos and video of you for marketing purposes. Kind of not cool. Second, if you as the adult purchase skysocks for an additional $1, you can also go out on the trampolines should your little one get stuck or need some help. Highly recommended. Third, once you fill out that waiver, it's good for a year. Yay! We were there for most of the toddler time, which at $10 for 1.5 hours is a fantastic deal. The place was super empty, and the kids LOVED it. We stopped first in one of the dodgeball courts and the gentleman working was super informative. He laid out the rules for us and then was pretty attentive to our kids. He got out the dodgeballs for the kids. They didn't play dodgeball per se. More like, throw-the-ball-around ball. But they loved it. Then we headed over to the foam block pit. Also a big hit with the kids. The woman on duty there said they sanitize it every night. Thumbs up for that. Toddler Time ended promptly at 11AM, we gathered our children and left. Again, staff were super friendly and nice. One of the staff members did mention that on the weekends it gets pretty packed. I think what made this such a success is that there simply were not tons of people around. You felt like you had the run of the place. And the kids, being roughly the same size didn't really get burned by the 'jump with those of the same height' policy. I realize it's a bummer that everyone in one party can't jump together, but it makes total sense from a safety perspective. Kids could get clobbered out there, and as the mother of a kid, I kind of respect that rule. We'll totally be back, especially now that the weather is cold. My main beef is that Toddler Time is only offered twice a week (once on a Sunday--got for working parents, but probably not as chill as the Friday Toddler Time), and the time is very short, though I realize this is not a demographic that makes them a lot of money AND again, considering jump time is sold in half-hour increments to everyone else for $10 a pop, it's a fantastic deal. read more

For less than $30, spent an hour hopping from free bounce to basketball, Dodge ball and the pit with foam squares. I wish I could give this 0 stars. I've been to multiple different trampoline parks which have all been very similar. This place is a complete waste of money. Since they schedule jump times, they should probably limit how many people are allowed in at once. You are constantly waiting in line. If they would've explained to me that I could not jump in the square next to my toddler, I wouldn't have wasted $19 on my own jump time. I can understand not wanting kids to get run over, but the fact that I had to jump in a square in a different area than my child was ridiculous. There should be a TODDLER AREA like every other place. Certain groups hogged sections of the place, only sharing with their group, not the whole line. Overall a huge waste of money, I suggest going elsewhere, or just not pay for the adult as well. read more

Check in was chaotic. The person checking the kids in got the time wrong on the stickers the jumpers wear to keep track of your time. By the time he had it "fixed" the kids lost 5 minutes of jump time. They split the kids up so they did not get to jump together. I'm not overly cautious, but I want at least be able to see them. This is a fantastic place, especially in the winter months. Nice staff, reasonably priced plus clean and safe for children of all ages.

We had my son's 5th birthday party here and we had a blast. The two party hosts were very pleasant. I do wish that they allowed more time in the party room. 45 minutes was barely enough time for 2-5 year olds to eat pizza and birthday treats.
