There's literally something for everyone. They got a food court with snacks, pizza, and icees. The ticket is usually timed, but I'm guessing since it was pretty empty, they didn't really enforce it. My only complaint is that the staff don't enforce safety rules. There was a boy that took a basketball into the free jumping area that kept trying to convince other kids to play soccer in. He kept asking the free jumpers to move out of the way and almost hitting my child and others in the head with the ball because he kept kicking it around hard. After I removed the basketball and took it back to it's rightful area, kids took the dodgeball balls out of its area and started throwing it around in the free jump area. All the while, staff passed at various occasions and no one stopped them. I understand everyone signs a waiver saying accidents can happen, but I also think it's the responsibility of staff members to keep an eye and enforce posted rules to minimize potential accidents. Would also be very helpful if parents ensured their kids abidbed by said posted rules.

Urban Air - Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Membership Cancellation…read moreUrban Air's membership cancellation process is incredibly misleading, and their customer service is even worse. I called to cancel my 12-month membership and was told my account would be put on hold. No one explained that this meant they would add two extra months to the end of the contract to make sure they still collected their 12 payments. A month later I called back because no one followed up. That's when I finally found out about the extra months. Later, after calling again, I was told my final payment would be January 2026 and the membership would not renew. Fine. I moved on. Then in February I was charged again. When I called customer service, they told me I was supposed to call again after the 12 months to cancel, otherwise it renews. When I explained that their representatives told me something completely different, their response was basically: "We don't care what you were told on the phone. It's about the contract." They refused to refund the charge. They refused to transfer me to anyone else. They even refused to give an employee ID so the call could be referenced. This is bad business and terrible customer service. If you sign up for an Urban Air membership, make sure you document everything because their support team will not help you when something goes wrong.

The staff was extremely rude. Took my kids and best friends kid to jump. After I paid for my kids they then said the little one who was 18 months wasn't allowed to jump. I requested to be refunded so we could leave and do an activity altogether and was told no. Was told I could have store credit but refused to provide a receipt or any type of proof. I asked if they wouldn't refund to at least allow the little one to jump, as no where on their website does it say there is an age requirement for certain times of the day and just kept being told no it's our policy. No resolution was offered and just kept being told No No No it's our policy. I got a call hours later saying they would finally give a refund after speaking with the owner. I asked why a resolution couldn't have been provided while we were there and was told "we'll work on that". The customer service provided was horrible and after being customers of club air for years, we will go else where from now on, which stinks but we love club air facilities and usually have an amazing time.

The kids had a wonderful time and then weren't able to finish cupcakes. When I complained and asked to speak to a manager I was told no for over 30 minutes until someone who was in charge became available. Definitely would not recommend which is a shame. The kids had such a good time - if only they could have given them an extra 5 minutes to eat their cupcakes since they ran late.

We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

This is a very new facility and it's spotless. The instructors are all fantastic, especially Hype. If if you're a fan of American Ninja warrior, then you'll know what this is all about. There's a bunch of obstacles here for you to train on. Rock wall, warped wall, rings, salmon ladder, etc. They also do birthday parties and have special events with some of the more famous ninja warriors, so check out their website for more details.

The space was clean, safe, and perfectly set up for toddlers to have a blast. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The food and cake were delicious, beautifully presented, and right on time. We also added the balloon animal add-on, and it was a HUGE hit, the kids were absolutely thrilled and it added such a fun, special touch to the party!
