I took my grandkids over to skyzone for a one-time visit. Having read both negative and positive reviews I was open-minded and had no expectations as to what I would find. I did find that the negative reviews were closer to my experience than the positive reviews. It is poorly run. They have only one counter person who is willing to spend 10 or 15 minutes on a customer trying to convince them to buy a membership. That means everyone else has to wait in line while this happens. Very poor service. Since I was the adult waiting for a couple of children for 90 minutes I looked to see if they had a guest Wi-Fi and they did. I asked them for the password and they said that's a leftover from the old owner. They never thought of just unplugging the router so that it doesn't broadcast that ssid. Additionally on 100° plus day the temperature inside was about 78°. Everybody is sweating including myself just sitting there. Filling out the release I find that they have no restrictions on what they do with your personally identifiable information. You cannot opt out of them selling it. I just entered false information. The kids did have fun which is the reason they don't get a one-star review. There is an old saying that Stockton is where restaurants come to die, I would say this may be true of sky zone too. read more

Very disappointing experience at Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Stockton. Since the new management took over, the customer service has gone downhill. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. We already had Sky Zone socks with the official logo, but she insisted we purchase new ones again. When we questioned the policy and asked for her name, she walked away to the office and called security instead of handling the situation respectfully. We felt unwelcome and disrespected. Telling customers "you're more than happy to leave" is not how you treat families who come to enjoy time together. There was no attempt to resolve the issue -- only attitude. My husband and I have been Skyzone and rocket jump customers for the past 15 years- we love trampoline parks and we have four kids we have bought season passes for Modesto Dublin and this was our first time with Stockton. We have Not had any problems with the other two but this location, we are not satisfied with the season passes that we bought. They have a lot of limitations and was misleading information for the seasons passes, but a young man named Alexander helped us this week and he was very polite and tried to explain to us things, but we have not had very good experiences at this park. We will not be buying these season passes again. Dublin has been the best so far. They said with our membership that we bought it excluded weekends and then it excluded the neon night light. read more

Although it's under new management and they've expanded, the workers manning the different attractions are young and not attentive. I am literally typing this message while inside and just observing. One team member is supposed to be watching the dodgeball area but he literally has his back turned watching a coworker play in the full court basketball attraction with some kids who are playing. While watching the basketball game, the team member missed a girl get hit in the head at point blank range with a ball. She was on the ground crying for a good 10 seconds before he even turned around and a parent had to tell him that the incident just happened that he was supposed to be supervising. This was honestly one of the most upsetting experiences I've had at a place meant for families. We went during toddler time, which you'd expect to be the cleanest and safest time for little ones, and the facility was shockingly dirty. There was food debris, dust, and grime everywhere. It didn't look like it had been properly cleaned in a long time definitely not just an off day. What really pushed it over the edge was finding old acrylic fingernails on the floor in areas where toddlers crawl and play. That's beyond gross and a serious safety concern. I took photos because it was that unbelievable. The cleanliness issues weren't limited to toddler time either. We also had older kids there, and the rest of the facility was in the same condition--dirty and clearly neglected. For how much families are charged, this is completely unacceptable. Management and ownership really need to take responsibility here. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially in a children's facility. Very disappointing. read more

Came today with my Grandson and his friend to pre celebrate his 10th bday. They have massage chairs that you can sit on and pay to get a massage, they NEED to put a sign on the wall that states do not sit on unless paying because it gives off this HIGH PITCH noice thats been going on non stop?!? Went and asked Team leader and got informed they are not allowed by headquarters to leave sign up to inform ppl thats where noice is coming from?!? Im not the only one complainig either?!? In the past this place was decent. Since they changed ownership the prices went way up for jumps and food/drinks. It was beyond filthy with dust and dirt accumulated in corners everywhere like it hadn't been clean in months with all the men employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. A lady was taking pictures also and complaining and then lone behold they pick up a broom and dustpan. I was there for the two hour jump during toddler time and when we were leaving they were still just cleaning that same area very slowlyyyyyy. Management do better! Not so great and very disappointing! We just got summer passes for the kids to come and play while escaping triple digits. It's great when there's not a lot of people but when it gets crowded, it's the worst. Some parents don't even supervise their kids. As my daughter was jumping a boy pushed her and she landed on her foot wrong. Her ankle is swollen and we don't anticipate coming back. The staff didn't do anything except asked if she was "ok" and the boy's parent was nowhere to be found, of course. They mix older kids with the younger kids and it's not even safe for the younger kids to play freely even with adult supervision, the staff doesn't even do anything, no warnings for pushing or cutting in lines. I bought my son the annual pass. We go two weeks later and are refused entry. They called me and my 8 year old liars. Told me to pull up the bank statement, and then I hear the 3 employees around the computer saying they see my son's annual pass. Not one apologized to us. The second guy that came laughed in our faces. The girl who was playing manager laughed in our face and refused to look at my phone for the bank statement. She acted like a toddler and made the situation far worse than what it should have been. She was the single worst customer service employee I have ever encountered. She kept escalating the situation instead of fixing it or having any type of respect. Shame on all of you. Mind you they just told me the only way I could get in is by showing proof on my bank statement. She started laughing and refused to look at my phone. This is where things got out of hand with some shouting and yelling. The coward wouldn't even come and apologize to my 8 year old son and his "manager" didn't either. Neither of these clowns belong in a customer service job. They called the police on me when this was completely on them for calling me and my son liars and accusing us of wanting to get in free. After 4 days, the GM finally got back to me and did refund the annual pass but refused to refund the money on socks with proof of purchase. In the past, my daughter and I could jump for 10 dollars. She is 4 and I would watch her and bounce next to her lightly. Now, with the new owner it would have been 47 dollars for my daughter to bounce and me watch her closely. instead of bouncing for an hour they increased the time to ninety. I say unfortunately because they have increased the prices outrageously to basically $50 for one adult and one toddler. This is absurd. Also, you no longer have the option to jump for only 60 mins. It has to be for 90 mins. This place will not last much longer. I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer. It is sad that this new owner thinks it was OK to raise the price drastically. I have been visiting this location for years. Since the new ownership, the experience has definitely improved. There is much more staff available and for the most part they seem to be well trained. We often visit during the daytime early hours which is much slower paced than the evenings and weekends. My 12 and 9 year old are able to jump off some energy and always look forward to coming. We recently decided to have my 12 year olds birthday party here and we did a glow party! All of the kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the dark. I will say that the party process was a little hectic on the day off-getting checked in and the overall execution of the party. It was also hard to keep track of the kids during glow night because it's dark. I did feel safe as there was security outside of the doors (not sure if this was mall security or specific to sky zone) Otherwise, we will continue to visit in the future! read more

I want to thank manager Clarissa and Anthony M for replacing my pizza. I had two tables I was using one for the kids the other for the adults that were there with Me. Clearly you can see that both tables were being used there was still food on the table and other items. A family comes and decides to clear the table throw everything away. Including my box of pizza that still had slices in it. I asked this very nice young man Anthony M who has helped me with my order if they would replace it he said they usually don't so I tried to leave it alone, but he went to go get his manager Clarissa, who he spoke to and she had them give me another fresh pizza with out any questions. I tried to have a birthday party here for my son last month. The lady who called me told me I had to give her my total head count two weeks before the party. She was extremely rude and I actually felt like she didn't want us to have our party there. Luckily, the day of the party the power was out so we had to cancel. That was a blessing in disguise after now attending a birthday party there today. Besides all the madness inside, they were very limited on socks (out of stock on most) AND food & drinks. No water even! The menu for the prices were out. I asked for the receipt and they were out of receipt paper. He took my email and said it would be emailed to me. That was 4 hours ago. I doubt I'm getting a receipt. The memberships this location offers are a joke also. For the Elite here you get 90 minutes per day period. Where my daughter lives you get unlimited M-F and 2 hours on weekends. It's unfortunate there's very few things to do for kids in this city; especially during the winter months. Our son begged us to have his birthday party here and we reluctantly decided to go ahead and do it. I was pleasantly surprised on how nicely and smoothly everything was handled. Upon check-in for the party the employee made sure to go over all the rules and what to expect from the party with us. She let us know they could place our dessert into the fridge but nothing else. One other thing that was confusing but we didn't have any issues with, was when the lady called me to confirm our party she said to me "You can bring outside food but it can't be anything we sell here." But on their email confirmation it states they have no food restrictions. You have a small cart that you can have gifts, shoes and what ever else you need to store while you're waiting for the room. Your party host will bring the cart into the room for you. With the party package the kids jump for the first hour and the second hour is when we get the room to eat & etc. if the kids finish before the hour is over they are allowed to go back out and jump for the remaining time. Our party host was very nice and engaging with the kids. Also the staff that oversees the kids jumping seem very attentive. I saw them watching and speaking up when ever needed. It does pain me to write this review I used to come here all the time and have my kids birthday parties here. I've had about 4 parties here for my kids and my sister has had her parties here. Over the past couple of months of going I have realized the place is changing and not being as family and kid friendly as before. The music has changed from Pop to Rap. the workers appearances has changed and gotten a little to inappropriate and the over place has gotten a little ghetto. Well today I took my kids for my son's birthday. I didn't not host a party like usual. Just walked in paid for 90 mins. About 20 mins into the jump time. My oldest (12years old) comes up to and says he doesn't feel comfortable playing dodge ball because of these group of kids playing. I then tell him to play something else and jump else where. He drinks some water we chat. He gets up from the table/snack bar area to go play again. And out of no where the group of boys that were playing rough corner him and one starts punching him. I quickly run to his defense and grab my child called the cops while the other kids took off running out. Waited and hour and a half for the officers to arrive. Just for the officer to tell me "DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE ANYMORE THIS HAS BECOME A VERY DANGEROUS LOCATION AND WERE GETTING THESE CALLS ALOT NOW." I ask the owner if that is true and he agrees and continued to say "YES THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALOT. PEOPLE ARE SNEAKING IN NOT PAYING ATTACKING KIDS AND LEAVING. OR STARTING FIGHTS AND RUNNING OUT." Hosted our son's 7th bday party here on a Sunday evening for their glow jump event. The facility is well maintained, clean, & staff is willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest experience is excellent. Our host, Marisol, did an amazing job with tremendous effort in providing excellent service for our guests and myself. We had 28 1st graders and each and every one of them had the time of their life glowing it up!!! Management and staff should be highly recognized for the work they are doing to make their environment one that is safe and kids can build memories for a lifetime!
