This is a fun place to take your kids on a rainy day to turn off all that extra steam. You pay by the hour three hours or the full day socks are extra. Best part is the arcade which is very reasonably priced at one dollar for most games! The babes loves this place!

Dirty not clean food, dust, nails. Unsanitary

This was honestly one of the most upsetting experiences I've had at a place meant for families. We went during toddler time, which you'd expect to be the cleanest and safest time for little ones, and the facility was shockingly dirty. There was food debris, dust, and grime everywhere. It didn't look like it had been properly cleaned in a long time definitely not just an off day. What really pushed it over the edge was finding old acrylic fingernails on the floor in areas where toddlers crawl and play. That's beyond gross and a serious safety concern. I took photos because it was that unbelievable. The cleanliness issues weren't limited to toddler time either. We also had older kids there, and the rest of the facility was in the same condition--dirty and clearly neglected. For how much families are charged, this is completely unacceptable. Management and ownership really need to take responsibility here. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially in a children's facility. Very disappointing.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly broke my heart…read more I enrolled my 3-year-old son in this gymnastics program hoping it would be a positive, welcoming space where he could learn, grow, and interact with other children. My son is autistic, and like any parent, I'm doing everything I can to help him feel included and comfortable in the world. Before starting, I made the staff aware of his needs. Instead of patience or understanding, what we experienced was the complete opposite. The instructors displayed unprofessional and hurtful behavior--making uncomfortable looks, using hand gestures to signal him to go away, and essentially excluding him rather than supporting him. No child should ever be made to feel like they don't belong--especially in a place that's supposed to encourage growth and confidence. Watching this happen to my son was devastating. I understand that not every instructor is trained to work with children who have different needs--but that is exactly why proper training and awareness are so important. If you're going to work with young children, compassion, patience, and inclusivity should be the baseline. I share this so other parents are aware. Every child deserves kindness, respect, and a chance to participate without judgment. I hope this business takes this seriously and invests in educating their staff so no other child or parent has to go through this.

We were informed that adults are NOT allowed on the second story of the play structure and cannot accompany our child on the slides. Our 21 month old had to stay on the first floor the whole visit. She started getting upset that we wouldn't allow her to follow the other kids up to the slides. I asked an employee why we couldn't go down the slides with our daughter and she said per new ownership, they changed the rules. Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.
