This place deserves 5 stars for great service, variety of activities and magical environment. We loved all the dinosaur themes, the minigolf dino art is out of this world, the rock climbing was safe and the soccer goals were a great exercise, the bowling was too fun, and the jungle gym was huge my kid couldn't get enough of it. for more pictures and videos check out our insta @kidfriendlyluxurytravel we can't wait to come back!

We took our toddler here yesterday and though she was too small for most of the activities she had a blast and the place was amazing! We look forward to having her 3rd birthday here. I have read the comment section and will def take notes because it does seem that is where most of the complaints are from. Overall a great place for the kiddos :)

10/10 experience. Our daughter absolutely loved it! Our favorite was laser tag! That was the most fun & def got our workout in! Mini golf was also super fun & creative! They have a lot of different things to do! We highly recommend!

I will not bringing back my family after today. My daughter received money to bring a friend with her to lost worlds for Christmas from her gramps. Paying for 2 passes and a large pepperoni pizza costs $114. Only to find out when we arrived after checking in and kids about to play that my daughter who is 11 and her friend who is 11 as well could not play in the big play structure, this is the main attraction of this place. I did talk to Rose who seemed to be the manager, did state that there was a height restriction after the fact and after my child got denied. She stated that it should be on the site and I see replies from the manager on here in reviews have said the same thing. However, I have pictures showing that they do not state any height restrictions when buying the passes and at checkout. This is a false advertisement. The other activities they have here will not keep 11 yr old attention for more than an hour. The price ypu pay does not match up to the number of activities this place has to offer. We actually ended up leaving in frustration to go bowling. I will never return to this place again. It is sad as we use to frequent this place alot, and the last time was in October and my kid had no issues. I hear its under new management so that may be the issue. 1 star... enough said spend ypur money elsewhere.

We had our son's fifth birthday here and it did not disappoint! From the moment we got there to check in, everyone was welcoming and ORGANIZED. Our room was already set up with table covers, plates + cups + water. Our host Alex was amazing to us and handled everything with care. He was so attentive to us which we really appreciated! The food was great and our entire party had so much fun! 10/10 recommend!

Love this place & will definitely be back. I was lil worried after reading some reviews, but we were looking for a place to have my sons 6th birthday & stumbled upon Lost Worlds. He's a huge dinosaur fan, so as soon as I found it, I knew we had to have his birthday here. The place is super cool & HUGE! There's so much to do! We have to come back & spend a lil more time to get through everything. Our party host was Laila. We had a 2 hour party & she kept it flowing perfectly! She had everything ready, was always there if we had any questions or wanted to add any food. Honestly, after throwing so many parties myself it helped a lot to have an attentive host there taking over almost everything. 500/10 on the service! We can't wait to come back!

Ask the Community - Lost Worlds

    Is outside food allowed in?

If you are having a reserved party here, then cake, ice cream cupcakes and goody bags can be brought in but no other outside food. If you are doing a walk-in party there is a $25.00 cake fee. But no other food is allowed.

In the party package are the 16 adults allowed to play on the structure with their children?

I believe you're able to go in to supervise children. I.e. minor children that require help climbing or can get lost in the play structure.

Is ApplePay available to pay for games, food, souvenirs, etc?

Not yet. I estimated early June for that.

Is it really loud in there?

I went on a day wit multiple parties. It was not overly loud considering the kids all running around. You can easily talk to the people around you.

Is there a mask policy here?

No mask required when we went about two months ago.

Can the whole place be booked for a party? Are the listed prices online for public or private parties?

Hi Paola , the location has packages and prices listed on the website for party deals. As far as renting the entire place out perhaps you should give them a call because that option is not listed however the place is huge so maybe take a tour prior…

Would you recommend for date night? 20yr olds?

    Absolutely NOT😬.

Is there a direct number for this place? Tried calling and kept getting a voice recording? Wanted to check the capacity and any reservation processes since we are coming from SJ I didn't want to waste our time driving knowing it's full for the day.

There is not a direct number I tried calling when I arrived because the parking lot was so empty and it's a recorded message for this location and another one. No reservation needed unless you plan on doing a party .check out my recent review before…

What age range would you recommend for Lost Worlds?

Hi! We are a family fun center for the whole family! There’s things for the toddlers to do and play in, there’s ninja warrior and rock climbing, there’s laser tag/mini golf/bowling for all ages!

The hours say closed on mondays...however, on the website they have options for party packages on monday...is that right? or website mistake?

If you mean Yelp versus LW's website, then I'd believe the website more. If in doubt then CALL. I did when there was disagreement and found they were indeed open.

    Do they charge for parents?

If you mean for the play structure, yes, if you intend to go into the structure with your child. Generally, parents relax on the sofas or stools while their kids play. For other activities, like golf, laser tag, etc anyone participating will pay.…

Is the new play area open yet? I was watching an old show on On Demand, and saw a commercial showing it was open. Thanks

    Still under construction

    Birthday party packages?

Yes, they definitely have those. But between the options of Lazer tag, a huge playground, an arcade and glow in the dark mini golf, you can only pick 2 for a birthday party package. Warning: place is quite loud and birthday groups are not in an…

Would this place work for a junior high youth group outing or would they be to old?

    They would love it.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

Since the website doesn't provide a lot of detailed information, I called to ask questions about the party packages and what was included. The employee I spoke with was helpful, and because this is a significant investment (around $1,000 for our family) speaking to someone was essential prior to booking online. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call from Pump It Up asking if I had any additional questions. During the conversation, the representative interrupted me and asked if she could call me back. I told her that was completely fine, but unfortunately I never received a call back. While this may seem like a small thing, it really put the customer experience into perspective for us. When making a large investment for a child's birthday party, communication and follow-through are very important. After not receiving the promised callback, we ultimately decided this was not the right place for our family to host our child's celebration. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that future customers receive more consistent communication during the booking process.

One thing to keep in mind is that many of the art projects require an additional fee, so the admission price doesn't cover all activities. While there were plenty of toys and play areas, many of them appeared heavily used and showed noticeable wear and tear. The location was another drawback for us. Being in Blackhawk Plaza, which currently has a lot of vacant storefronts, the area felt rather quiet and lacking energy. It's also quite a distance from the freeway, making it less convenient to visit, especially for families traveling from outside the immediate area. Overall, I genuinely love the concept and appreciate what they're trying to create. However, between the high admission cost, additional activity fees, maintenance concerns, and inconvenient location, I don't think we'll be returning. I wish them the best and hope they continue improving, as the idea itself has a lot of potential.
