I do not recommend this place, they are plenty of businesses out there who respect you as a person (whatever background you come from), and as a customer. Spend your money there. I had previously jumped in San Diego, and my experience was incomparable. Here, on the other hand, I had a very unpleasant confrontation with their staff (who don't know what they are doing) and the owner/manager (who sounds more like a bully to me than a manager). They did a great job of ruining my boyfriend's birthday though, I give them that! :)

Upon arrival we wanted to book video but all the photographers were booked so we did the handheld with our tandem master. We watched a video and then had training inside the hangar. Then we got our overalls, and gear on and waited for our turn. My tandem master was Massy and hubby's was Peter. Both were great and made us feel safe at all times. The view from the plane was beautiful and the actual jump to landing lasted only a few minutes. The tandem masters were awesome at explaining everything and keeping everyone excited on the flight up. A great experience worth the drive to Niagara.

This place is AMAZING!!! The views you get of the Falls from the airplane is breath taking, then…read moreyou get to fall out of the airplane and it literally takes your breath away. The check-in process was super simple and all of the staff was top notch. My girlfriend had a Tandem with "Jumping Jay" and he couldn't have been nicer. She also had Keenan as her videographer and some of the shots he got were insane. The energy and vibes these guys were putting out just show how passionate they are about this crazy hobby! The facilities were nice and the area to check-in had everything needed to stay hydrated on a hot day! Jumping in July/August can get HOT! The best way to cool off is the great all natural air conditioning to be had at 13,500 feet! The plane ride up was just as fun as the ride down due to that view. Apparently on a really clear day, the Toronto skyline is visible too! The runway and landing areas were nice and clearly marked and very well manicured. I wish I lived closer so I could Skydive the Falls more often, I can't get enough of that view!!! The plane tour of the Falls alone is worth the price, skydiving at the end is just that extra cherry on top. After being in a car for a 7 hour drive from LI to Niagara Falls, this was definitely the best detour/pit stop I've ever taken. May Skydive the Falls alway have Blue Skies!!!

Worst Rip OFF in Niagara Falls. Place is very poorly run and…read morevery unclean to be considered a falls attraction. Safety Helmets had dandruff from the previous user. ( inside the helmet ). But the BIGGEST RIP OFF was the impression that you would fly solo like jumping out of a plane. NOT TRUE; Both the website and the instruction video ( on site ) show people flying freely and doing flips. Truth is, the fan is so weak if barely gets you off the ground 2 1/2 feet. The KICKER is, the instructor never lets you go. Always has 2 hands on you at all timeS. He is basically pulling on you ( holding you up ) to achieve the 2 1/2 foot lift. SCAM with UNPROFESSIONAL staff.
