This came up on my social media ads and I bought two as stocking stuffers for my kids. I bought the bronze package (basic one) and after reading reviews, was a bit nervous that there would be extra fees. There weren't any! Just an option if you wanted a more challenging experience. It's so clean, well organized and the process is so well thought out. There were literally zero hiccups. Water filling station, clean gender neutral washrooms, and plenty of seating provided. This experience was so positive! The instructor was clear, friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient and just awesome! There were mostly kids there, and he was able to keep everyone's attention, keep them calm while still having a great time. The rest of the staff were also amazing! I'm talking from the front desk person to the person cleaning up. You'd think that a 1 minute flight is short, but it's actually just right. It allows you enough time to get the experience without it being too physically demanding. The formula of two, one minute flights is perfect. The second one is smoother, because you know what to expect. Definitely, try this!

To celebrate our wedding anniversary we went to ifly for our first (indoor) sky diving experience. What a thrill! The location was east to find with plenty or parking. The staff was super friendly and ready to answer any questions. Recommend that you book online ahead of time and take the time to watch the training video. Derek our instructor was extremely skilled and helped me, who was nervous, relax. He was always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make yoir experience memorable . We will definitely be going back and will work our way through the levels. This place is a little pricy, with a la carte packages, including flight add one so get ready to spend at least $100 each person. but The experience was well worth it!

I have always wanted to try it out and we went for my birthday, what an awesome and incredible experience too. Lorenzo was our instructor and trainer and he showed us all of the hand signals and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. We did 3-3 minute flights, once with the instructor taking us up, which was the coolest feeling. The first was fun and I floated well. I tensed up more on the second and third time because I kept thinking about my form too much. I was quite nervous the first time but wasn't the second and third time since I was better prepared. Looking at the photos of the session only resulted in one photo of each of us where we didn't look so awful and like a chipmunk free falling. It was tons of fun and I would do it again. It was $72/pp for 2-1 minute flight, $10/pp if you wanted the instructor to take us up 3 times and an additional $30/pp for a 3rd single minute with the instructor to take us up. I was happy to hear an iFly would be opening up in Novi in Michigan in 6 months or so. Will be checking that out for sure.

UPDATED to 4 stars (read way below) I was given the IFLY Toronto skydiving intro as a gift (3 flights in the session) the first time around and enjoyed it. That would have been the end of it, but... I was misled by Adrian (who no longer works for them) into purchasing the ever-present end of session sales pitch of buying more flights "and the next time you'll be taken to the top". During the second set of three flights I went to, Sebastian was the certified instructor.  I was put in a group with all beginners, but he promised to teach me some tricks and take me to the top. Well, he didn't and after swinging around several 7-10 year olds, said his shoulder was hurting him.  So I again I was conned into buying the ever present 6 flight sales pitch option after again being told that I could be taken to the top for sure on the next session.  I bought it hoping that I would not be scammed. However, I have been calling IFLY to arrange for a certified instructor (I realize now that there are not many) who will be able to make my experience less underwhelming, and I've had no luck. So I sent an email to IFLY on Nov 27th 2016 to help with my issue. Nathalie from Customer Service responded and said that "flying with the flyers are at the discretion of the instructor and/or iFLY Toronto". They are unable to guarantee anything. So the instructors and their end of session sales pitches are basically lying. They tell you that you will be taken to the top next time around and learn new tricks, but it's all an effort to get your money, because later on customer service can tell you it's not guaranteed. IFLY says it does not give refunds, but I can't even transfer my $115 to someone else unless they have bought the $72 intro package first. This place is a joke, and unless you're willing to shell out some serious money to learn the fine art of skydiving in a wind tunnel, I implore you to just leave it alone after the first intro package. UPDATE Dec 2 2016: Dawn another customer service rep has agreed to set up a date next week for the experience I am looking for. I'll report back with an update afterwards. UPDATE Dec 8 2016: Finally taken to the top by a very capable Lorenzo. An exhilarating experience. All the adults and kids in our group who Lorenzo thought were relaxed enough were also taken to the top and it was their FIRST TIME out at iFLY. Make sure you get your money's worth and go early on a weekday with either Lorenzo or Chris if you want the same experience.

Ifly is an indoor skydiving arena. It's super safe and fun and highly recommended! I can't really compare it to actual sky diving because I have never been but for those who want to experience it but are too afraid or don't really have the money to can start off with ifly. The experience is really fun and the staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable in skydiving. It is however a little pricy.. The package I had bought was 2 flights each 1 minute long for around $85. With this they will train you so you are ready for the wind tunnel.

Went to iFly Toronto for my husband's and my daughter's birthday. What a great way to experience the sensation of skydiving. The technology in this 10million dollar facility is amazing. It's a recirculating wind tunnel that is controlled by an operator. The fans are mounted from above and the air is forced down the sides of the wind tunnel and recirculates back up the centre. The operator adjusts the wind speed according to your weight and stability. An instructor helps guide you into the right position and once you get the hang of it, the wind tunnel operator can increase the wind speed so that you get some more height. Before your session, you learn how to get into the right position in a short training session. Next you get geared up with a jumpsuit, goggles, helmet and earplugs. (The wind tunnel is very loud) Then it's time to enter the sealed chamber where you'll get to experience what it feels like to free fall. They offer a two flight introductory package but we did the four flight and I'm glad. Each flight is a minute. It's amazing how subtle changes in your position can make you turn, rise and fall. Mostly I just hovered with a big grin on my face thinking, "I can't believe I'm doing this!!" So much fun to do in a group of family or friends.

The check-in process was super simple and all of the staff was top notch. My girlfriend had a Tandem with "Jumping Jay" and he couldn't have been nicer. She also had Keenan as her videographer and some of the shots he got were insane. The energy and vibes these guys were putting out just show how passionate they are about this crazy hobby! The facilities were nice and the area to check-in had everything needed to stay hydrated on a hot day! Jumping in July/August can get HOT! The best way to cool off is the great all natural air conditioning to be had at 13,500 feet! The plane ride up was just as fun as the ride down due to that view. Apparently on a really clear day, the Toronto skyline is visible too! The runway and landing areas were nice and clearly marked and very well manicured. I wish I lived closer so I could Skydive the Falls more often, I can't get enough of that view!!! The plane tour of the Falls alone is worth the price, skydiving at the end is just that extra cherry on top. After being in a car for a 7 hour drive from LI to Niagara Falls, this was definitely the best detour/pit stop I've ever taken. May Skydive the Falls alway have Blue Skies!!!

The website…read morecontains a wealth of information, and the online booking system is quite seamless and convenient. You only need to put a small deposit down when booking to reserve your timeslot. All the staff (from the front desk, resgitration office, and the staff helping you to put on and take off the body suit, to the instructors and videographers) are excellent - very skilled, friendly, and helpful. In terms of facilities, there are washrooms (which are very clean) including 1 shower stall. There are no lockers for public use (the lockers are for staff only), so put your belongings in your car or have someone (who is not skydiving at the same time as you) look after your belongings. There is a small box for car keys and valuables in the office area. There is 1 vending machine for snacks (chips, etc.) so bring snacks from home if you want to snack while waiting. When you get there, the process for tandem skydiving is as follows: 1) Sign in at the front desk. The staff will give you a booklet / package of forms to read and fill out. 2) Sit at a table and watch the training video on the tablet. (Be sure to bring a pair of headphones that are not Apple headphones, to plug into the audio jack of the tablet.) The video is about 25 minutes long, and goes over the legal stuff, risks, safety precautions, and procedures (e.g. what to do before and during the skydive, body position, how to do proper landing, etc.). 3) Fill out the package of forms. There is a 1-page quiz to gauge your knowledge from the training video. 4) Hand in the completed package to the staff in the registration office. They'll check everything, check your photo ID, measure your weight (for weight distribution in the airplane and aircraft assignment), and give you your wrist band. If you purchase a media package, you will also get a landyard that you'll need to give to the videographer after (for them to scan the QR code so they can associate the photos & video files to your email address). 5) Wait about 1-2 hours until you get called to suit up. You can wait inside or outside on the grassy area, but stay close to the building so you can hear for your name to get called. It might seem like a long time at first, but time goes by quickly, especially if the weather is good outside and you watch the other people glide down with their parachutes. 6) Once you get called or your name appears on the screen with the aircraft assignment, get a staff member to help you suit up with the body suit, helmet, and goggles. 7) Your instructor will meet you, tighten your body suit, and go over procedures. 8) Get on the airplane. It's about a 20-minute ride until you jump. 9) If you choose tandem skydive, it's about 40-50 seconds of freefall followed by approximately 5 minutes of hovering with the parachute, while you enjoy the panaromic views below. If you choose a media package, you get a link to the photos and videos almost immediately landing (or shortly after). The quality of the media is really good! 4K video quality.

Been wanting to do this for the longest time, but finally pulled the trigger. Booking was made easy…read moreover the phone. The day I originally booked for a week in advance was projecting to have rain, so I rescheduled for an earlier date without any problems. I did not drive to this location but took the GO Bus and they were extremely accommodating as they offered to pick me up from one of the Go Bus stops. Arrived at the facility to fill out some waivers and was instructed to watch a video for 30mins. Video was very thorough with the safety and expectations. I felt completely safe after watching the video. Was paired up with an instructor for the tandem jump and right into getting suited up. The plane we went up on was a small plane. It barely had enough room for 4+the pilot. The pilot gave a great tour with spectacular view of what we were going to jump into. The free fall was one hell of an experience and the parachute portion was tranquil. Overall a great once in a life time experience just to cross it out of my bucket list. Would recommend this place as I felt completely safe the whole time.
