We originally scheduled it for last sunday but had to reschedule because of weather and it was the smoothest rescheduling & they were super nice & organized it!!! I had not one nervous bone in my body yet my instructor (Jer) made sure i was 1000% comfortable!! They have such a quick and easy process to learn and guide you even more when your up there/answer absolutely any questions you have) Myself having a back issue, the owner (mike- who is one of the nicest people i have met) came and double checked with me/ran through the process with anything during the jump that could possibly hurt my back (i was fine!!!)! They are so thorough, thoughtful and genuine people!! Oh & they all have amazing personalities to top it off!! Thank you skydive cny for making my first skydiving experience unforgettable!! The basket was comfortable, very well maintained, clearly cared for and in top shape. The team drove us back from our landing location to our cars in a new and comfortable van. Overall a wholly pleasant experience and a great way to spend a few hours in the morning or afternoon, best planned a couple days before.

We were a big group and they kept us focused when they needed to and indulged our endless questions and jokes. If you are in the area and want to skydive I would 100% recommend them. *WARNING* *WARNING*…read more I jumped here last year.. A birthday present from my gf, my parents, my brothers, and gf parents and family.. Most of them came to watch the jump. Long story short the first parachute didn't deploy and when he cut the chute free, which I didn't know was happening, my heart about exploded from fear. Second chute thankfully opened but we were way off course and very few places to (crash) land.. Both legs were hurt back was pinched and we were miles away from the airport. My gf and entire family were back at the airport scared I was dead, thankfully I was not but I was hurting. Barely got an apology and whole experience for me and my family ruined. They were so excited they bought me a wonderful gift and it turned to terror.. Not very professional and sorry to say another parachute accident just happened there.

Everything was safe, everything was explained, and everything was absolutely fine!! I jumped with Thomas as my training instructor and he made it so much fun- he let me hold the parachute toggles once we were floating back down to earth. Working through the student process to get my A license has been incredible at Rochester Skydivers: they prioritize safety while still providing an excellent experience for everyone interested. They treat their neighbors with respect and bring an incredible service to the community. Having the opportunity to Skydive over Letchworth State Park and see it from high up in the sky is an indescribable experience that I feel everyone interested should have. I hope that many others will be able to have the same great experience there that I have.
