BUYER BEWARE. I'm a first time customer at Skye, bought a corduroy jacket as a Christmas gift for a family member. I tried to return the jacket 2 days later for store credit after deciding it wasn't quite right for this person, but I couldn't find the receipt. Jacket was in the pink Skye bag with original tags still attached. I was told that without the bar code on the receipt the item could not be returned or exchanged because they have to have the receipt code to look it up in their system. I do not believe that there is no way around this in their POS. I believe they have a completely inflexible return policy with no room for human error. I was told to find the receipt or there is nothing they could do for me. Over $50 down the drain. What's sad is that I'm a local shopper and I like a lot of what they carry in the store. I wasn't looking for a refund and I would have been more than happy to buy other items at the store. Yes, I should have kept my receipt. I intended to, and somehow it disappeared during my Christmas shopping errands. Yesterday was trash day so I can't even dig through and see if I accidentally threw it away. I understand the policy as a small business of no refunds. I don't understand the rigid stance that without a receipt you can't even exchange for other items in the store. The store would not lose any money by honoring store credit. read more

This place is so cute. They have adorable clothing and specialty items. I love browsing around this little store. The employees have always been nice and not pushy, which is always a nice thing when you are wanting to just look around. Once in awhile I find a great grab from here. This local shop is great. You will often see the owner Skye she always helpful & smiling! She had a great eye & does a fantastic job of buying for the store. I can't recall a time that I have walked in & not left with something...jeans, dresses, a purse, shoes, gifts, sweaters always great inventory & very reasonably priced! Adorable clothing boutique with lots to choose from. The customer service was very friendly and the shop is set up very nicely and very clean. This is a cute little shop I'm sure you can find something to wear that is unique and different. However, I was looking for an item and they did not have my size but the Customer Service girls said that they could call me when the item was in, in my size. That was excellent customer service. I wasn't going to write anything, but my phone noticed I was there and I'm still kinda disappointed. I went because good neighbors of auburn said it was a cute shop, friendly employees and cute clothes. I went yesterday. I'm not a huge plus size girl but a 12. There is nothing for anyone in the store for more then a 8-10. It's says on Yelp and Facebook to size 22. Not sure where. I walked in and didn't get hi or can I help you at all. I just felt disappointed and sad. I use to be a size 4 and with health issues and other stuff, I know now what it feels like to be the fat girl now makes me not want to go shopping read more

They said they needed to get change and would be back in 20 minutes...they close at 5, so we would only have 10 minutes to shop? My absolute favorite boutique in the foothills Skye has such a special eye in all new trends and fashions and keeps her store full of unique pieces and must have staples. I get more compliments on items I wear purchased from her store than anything else I wear from other retailers. I've followed this boutique online for some time now, always admiring the clothes they posted. Yesterday I saw a sweater posted that I HAD to have. As a single mom of 3 kids I RARELY splurge and by myself anything new, let alone from a boutique. I loaded up my toddler and ran over there looking like a hot mess. When I entered the store all 3 gals working, greeted me! This took me by surprise because normally at boutiques I get completely ignored.
