Unfortunately, it was more ballpark (minor league) type fried food on paper plates. Word to the wise, go for the movies and concerts, not the food. Plastic silverware and fried food is offered (service is pathetic). Management gave us a voucher because of the incompetence of the staff. We were warmly welcomed, and graciously thanked for attending. It was like going home to family, not a stiff cold theater at all! The inside has been extensively renovated and is BEAUTIFUL! When you purchase a drink at the bar, it comes in a reusable, lidded cup. Please save this!!! You save $1 on drinks the next time you come! I loved learning the history of this historic building. Can't wait to be back for another event.

Cadenza itself is a comfortable performance space with tables scattered around what may be a dance floor (?) with a well-lit and audio-connected stage for the performers. You can order drinks and small snacks, like chips, at the bar, and you can also order pizza from a local spot that will deliver to Cadenza, but the night we were there, they were backed up, and they were not able to deliver food for an hour and a half! That was the ONLY disappointing part of the night. Otherwise, it was all GREAT!

They are funk meets rock group but really played songs with lots of different genres. The musical talent of all three members were off the charts, worth seeing for sure! Friendly staff all around and they have a lower level, like a pit along with some tables and an upper section as well. Lots of people but it didn't feel crammed which was great.
