This would cost $5-6,000 anywhere else and was such a good deal. On top of that, HUGE shoutout to Richard who notified me of what could and could not fit in my tiny Honda civic, for recommending me places to rent trucks cheaper to transport the heavier equipment, and finally for helping me load over 2,000 lbs worth of equipment onto my car. And that stuff was heavy, we were loading over 200+lbs at a time. He also did a great job in helping with the weight distribution so my car wasn't scraping the floor and he did a great job turning huge things around in my car to make it fit. He had to reschedule first appointment which was no big deal to me. We set another date and time and he was a no show or call to tell me he couldn't make it on Sunday the 26th of April. I texted him and also called with no reply. I waited and still no response. I was still going to have him come out. This was so unprofessional that he couldn't even communicate. I'm grateful was I was able to find Foothill Fitness in Glendora to help out and actually come by. All he needed to do was tell me he couldn't make it and not just leave me hanging . I ordered online and it was ready almost right away…read more Honestly, I've always envied people in Columbus and Denver for being so close to Rogue Fitness and REP Fitness, but I'm glad to see SoCal has an up and coming quality fitness equipment company of its own. The staff that helped me out was incredibly quick and nice. The main woman working at the store was great and we had a nice conversation. With all the price increases due to the pandemic, it's hard to find equipment and even harder to find it at a good price. New equipment is usually out of stock and expensive to ship and used equipment is price gouged like a bad Econ 101 lesson. Griffin still has decent stock and the option for local pickup is a game changer. Even if you don't want to make the hike to Ontario, the shipping rates are pretty reasonable. As a reference point, the flat bench would have cost $40 to ship to LA. I'm excited to see what else they'll start offering. Their current inventory is sweet and simple, similar to a burger chain that calls SoCal home as well. You might have heard of it. Anyway, it'll be fun to watch Griffin grow, but for now they have the essentials and a good amount of stuff for anyone to get started with. Don't hesitate to come to the showroom if you're on the fence. The stuff they have is very close to Rogue in quality at a fraction of the cost and on par if not better than REP (and assuredly better than Titan). Their pieces also look great and there's appreciable attention to detail.

It took almost two months to replace a simple bike chain. The company sent a technician, initially at an overpriced diagnosis rate, but that's ok. I agreed to this. I had a broken bike chain and they needed to order the chain. This is where the troubles begin. I gave the company some grace during the first week since they had to order the part, but the communication quickly fell apart. When I followed up, the dispatcher told me the part hadn't been delivered, promised to speak with her manager, and said she would call me back. She never did. This cycle of me calling, her promising a callback, happened three separate times between a three week period (I called once a week). Then she stopped answering my phone calls. The only reason I continued was because I already paid for service.... Since my bike was still broken and I couldn't get a straight answer, I finally emailed their office and threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. Only then did they explain that their supplier ran out of chains and they needed another week to source the part from a different company. Even the final step was a mess. Dispatch scheduled my repair appointment for 12-3PM, but the technician showed up at 10:00 AM. I wasn't home and had to rush back, terrified I would miss him. Fortunately, the technician was incredibly understanding and waited for me to arrive before doing an excellent job on the repair. If you don't mind waiting a month and dealing with terrible communication, the actual repair work is great. But if you want a company that respects your time and doesn't give you the runaround, I cannot recommend them. I am giving this business two stars, and both of them are strictly for the excellent on-site technicians.

Our machine was actually worse after he left and when we told him it was worse, he played it off like we didn't know what we were talking about. We use the machine every day. We know how it was performing before you came. He said that their company would help us by providing us with the part numbers so we could ask the manufacturer for replacements and he said they would provide us with a report after showing exactly what the issue was. The report was so vague it was zero help. They never provided us with the part numbers. They also said they would reach out to the equipment company on our behalf. They did not do any of that. It was a complete rip off. We basically paid them to make our machine worse and then completely ghost us on their promises after. We asked ahead of time what would happen if they couldn't fix it and they made all these assurances for follow-up which is why we went ahead with the appointment. We would have never made the appointment if we would have known they were just going to come and take our money and end up making things worse.
