I spoke to another associate and he said "that was a mistake on management for not training her properly" I was out 120 and all they told me was "sorry" I now have to wait to get that money returned back into my account. Want a good sporting goods store, try Big 5. Prices are displayed as they are, they also make refunds very easy!

Finally I called this location. The person on the phone confirmed that they had one. I even made sure to clarify that it's for a RMR HD not a regular RMR. They confirmed it's for an RMR HD. So I drive over an hour and half through Sunday traffic. I asked to show me the Stacatto HD, RMR HD plate. And they pull out a regular RMR plate, not RMR HD. For those of you who don't know, an RMR HD has different dimensions to a regular RMR, so the optic plate they showed me isn't going to work for my application So I explained to them that I need the optic for a "Trijicon RMR HD" not a "regular RMR". The manager explained to me that the optic plate he had presented me is the right one. I explained to them that it's the same footprint but the RMR HD specific plate is moved back to make room for the front sight post, it's almost like Stacatto thought some people might be using a RMR HD or SRO optic. After going back and forth with this dude for a while, I showed him a picture online of the difference between the two plates. I had to explain and reexplain again that the dimensions between the two optics are different, despite having the same footprint print. I had to end the conversation because he was gaslighting me by saying, "ohh, it's for an SRO, you should've just said that, see that, it's says SRO/RMR HD, not just RMR HD". After he said that, I thanked him for his time and walked away. So long story short, I was told something I was looking for, was there but it actually wasn't. And the manager tried to lecture me about things he has no clue about. 10/10 would get passive aggressive again.

So use the same coupon.. she then said she didn't have a coupon, so she made me look for the same coupon.. I found one on their website and luckily it worked and covered the $17.99.. I drove out on Saturday, August 29, and it was the wrong bat. If a customer takes the time to call ahead and confirm inventory before a long drive, that confirmation should mean something. Please make sure staff actually know what is in stock before telling someone yes. It cost me a wasted afternoon that a five minute check could have prevented.

I can't say enough about Gip. Gip has bowling ball drilling TALENT. It's an art form, not just a "cookie cutter" guess. He takes him time to learn what YOU need. Every bowler has an individual grip and Gip will translate that to the ball. His years of being a pro bowler shows when his gives you pointers. He has a way with lessons to get you to understand the next step. He puts it all in terms that are relatable... From a beginner to the guy that is 200+ Gip will help. Yes, you can buy from the internet and save a few bucks on the ball BUT, don't drill with just anyone. So where to start. I brought in a new new and expensive ball to get its holes drilled while also being a painfully amateur bowler. I expected I just ask to get the holes drilled, the holes get drilled, and that's the end of that business. What I ended up getting was a lot more than I first imagined. The owner of the store checked my throw, my finger size, and gave me a arsenal of great tips to get started, and he took a lot of extra time making sure the ball would be a perfect fit. He easily spent just as much if not more time coaching and making sure my ball was a good fit as he did drilling and prepping the ball itself Literally could not ask for more. Easy 10/10, if you need anything bowling related this is the place. read more

Gip's the Goat, he's a master at fitting your equipment based on your bowling style. He listens to your concerns and has the latest and gr8est selection or get it for you. When Gip fits you for a new ball you will feel like the ball is part of your hand. By far, the most comfortable feel when gripping the ball. Gip has forgot more about drilling bowling balls than most pro shop owners will ever know IMO. I haighly recommend Gip. read more
