I was leaving on vacation in 4 days and called John frantically for an explanation and so he could fix this problem and he said there were no appointments in the time before I was leaving and to call back when I returned so he could come personally and take care of the problem. I texted the business (that's how I had booked and communicated with them) to clarify what the service covered and I was told there was no way they could have missed this and it was simply stains that wouldn't come out due to me only booking the light treatment. So... being annoyed, I bought a Bissell "Little Green" for $110 of Amazon and cleaned it myself and sure enough, the stains came out. My recommendation would be to save yourself your money and do it yourself. Things happen and I was trying to be understanding but overall bad customer service and lack of ownership of what was probably a simple mistake are frustrating.
