I knew that New York apartments tend to accumulate prior tenants' lives, grime, grease, pet hair, and layers of dust, and that landlords don't deep clean the way I would my own home. I found Patrick through his rave reviews on Yelp, and after a quick call discussing the size of my apartment and its condition, Patrick was able to book me the next day on a busy Saturday. Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. They brought new cleaning supplies, fresh smelling non-toxic detergent, a powerful vaccum cleaner, and all the equipment needed to reach all those nooks and crannies. At the end of their job, I felt I could finally relax into my new home, and everything was sparkling and new. My building had to tear into a large main wall to see where the water was coming from and if mold had grown within the wall. I was devastated. I went to stay with family while the work was being done, knowing full well I'd be coming home to a major mess I wasn't prepared to deal with. Patrick to the rescue! I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. He was honest and told me those areas were in great shape; no need for him to add on extra work & extra cost. Not many people would be so honest. Patrick is a gem who knows his business. I will always recommend his services and would absolutely use him again (though I'm praying for no more surprises!).

She wore her outside shoes inside the house, only swept the floor, and left footprints everywhere. The quality of service was so low that I needed to hire another cleaning service.

We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. When we complained about the lack of communication they wanted us to be grateful to them instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made then lying to us that they gave us the option to reschedule since we put down $163 to book the cleaning service. How could we reschedule when they were assuring us that they were just 5 mins away. These people are scammers and crooks and they didn't even do a great job cleaning. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. They are incredibly responsive - Juanita answers all emails and texts very quickly and always does her best to say YES to requests. She and Martha do an outstanding job and take care and time with the job. JEM will now clean our office every weeknight, put away grocery and office supplies, and run and empty the dishwasher. They have been so flexible when we need special services and to come in on different dates and times (including weekends!), going above and beyond what any other service we have used does. With TopClean, everything runs on rails / is automatically coordinated using their online scheduling portal, and I love that I can have things booked at the same time every month without manually going to do it myself every time. Even though we don't always have the same staff members come clean, every person they've had visit our home has done a great job and always respects our request to wear a mask (they're usually already masked upon arrival so I don't even need to ask). They might not be the cheapest, but you're definitely getting your money's worth every time.
