He was thoughtful genuine respectful and kind. We spoke a few minutes, he got to work immediately. Shades and colors of the rug are majorly different pending the lighting of the room. I requested a price quote through Yelp and they were quick to respond, thorough in explaining to me the process (except they forgot to tell me it takes 6-8 hours for the carpet to dry) and after calling SEVERAL local carpet cleaning companies Always Green had one of the best prices. I also wanted a company that uses all-natural/chemical free cleaning solutions since I have a young toddler who loves to play on the carpet. Our technician (I think his name was Giovanni) came on time (even called me 25 minutes in advance to give us a heads up) and a little less than an hour later our wall-to-walk carpeting was clean, bright and felt extra clean. The one reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because our nursery had a pretty big spot our baby vomited on (which we did our best to clean but also asked them to concentrate on) and 10 hours later it still smells bad. Zero deodorizing was done in the only spot we needed it in. The rest of the house looks great. We had no stains, just wanted a cleaning. Yet, this company will charge you a premium higher than the other good companies. They are a good $150-$200 more over other quotes I got from high rated vendors I've used before. So I ordered these guys to do "shampoo deep cleaning" which, according to them - is the best thing you can do to the carpet. $345 later... 6 days have passed, we are still not living there. My wife came in to do one last vacuum run. You may see the pictures - that is how much crap she pulled out of the carpet. I called these guys to try and make it right. Their response - well, this is a standard amount of dust that is accumulated in a carpet over a period of a few days. If you had called us before, we'd say - perhaps it is our fault. But you are calling almost a week later - this is definitely your dust. Unless an empty apartment can accumulate this much dust in 6 days, in December, when there really ain't that much floating dust out there... THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. read more

Technicians super professional, masks and shoe booties, kind, explained rates thoroughly and very professional. My elderly cat has chronic allergies and sneezes a lot so there is tiny splatters of dried mucus all over my beautiful couch. They cleaned it so well, the couch looks brand new! I really needed the carpet to be cleaned before Tuesday since no one will be available and she was able to get me in on Monday. She ask if someone canceled would they be able to come today (Sunday) Lucky for me someone cancel I was able to get it done right away which was great since I just had a paint job and all the furniture was already removed. However, they didn't lift all the stubborn pet hairs off of my couch, which i was surprised about, considering I went for the shampoo and conditioner package. And, speaking of, I felt that the estimate i was given was pretty low, which is a reason why I went with Always, but in reality I was upsold pretty hard and ended up paying almost triple my estimate. Setting up the appointment involves agreeing on a two hour window for my job, and they called both times to confirm arrival during that window. I had 8 rooms, 3 flights of stairs and 2 hallways "cleaned " and I'm extremely disappointed, to say the least. My carpet is not any cleaner and NONE of the stains came out. And I mean NONE. Also, my carpet took about 24 hours to dry, not 6-8 hours as they claimed. The long drying time is a breeding ground for mold! Furthermore, The smell that was left after the cleaning was pretty atrocious. They charged me a much higher price than other places but I was willing to pay for natural, nontoxic ingredients. But my carpet is not clean and it may have mold growing underneath it now. I will definitely not use them again and would not recommend them. read more
