First time at this location. Parking lot and interior are a little run down. Service and food was just fine. Typical skyline experience.

Closed at 11:39 when listing says 1am. This is the second Skyline we've driven to tonight for their chili. I won't waste my time again.

Probably my favorite Skyline in the Cincinatti area because of the great staff. Perfect, just as you remembered "three ways" and "four ways" Much fresher and tastier than I remember. Do not miss if you are in the area. read more

I love Skyline. Every time I'm in town I stop (at least once) to fulfill my need. And often I go to this location as it is the most convenient, but the past two times I went here have been really bad experiences on the customer service end. Both times we went shortly after lunch and there were only a couple of other patrons in the restaurant. Despite not being busy, it took at least 5 to 10 minutes on both occasions for a waitress to come over. Multiple people were standing around doing absolutely nothing, but because they weren't the waitress they just stood and stared at us. Meanwhile, the waitress was in the back, getting a drink, folding silverware, or wiping down a table. One of these times, the person I was eating with had their order messed up; she ordered a 4-way with onions and they forgot the onions and put a very scant amount of cheese on. I think I will be going to the Kenwood location going forward. I used to love this location, but the poor service means I won't be going back any time soon. read more

Been going here for years. Today showed how to end a customer relationship. Went to drive thru, had a new girl working it. She almost forgot half my food but this was corrected. Unfortunately when I got home I realized they forgot to give me my soda. Oops. No big deal. I'll just call them and get it next time or a discount for the amount. Guy puts me on hold to go get the manager, after almost 10 minutes I hung up and called back. Manager answers and apologizes, they're busy. Understandable. I tell him the problem, he asks if I'm coming back. I tell him, no just give me the drink or the money off next time. He says they don't do "credits". Either they mail me something or I come back. For a $3 soda. Really. Either I waste $5 a gallon gas or they waste time and money mailing me a coupon that they could easily take care of on my next visit. Lol! Incredible way to treat loyal customers for their mistake. You took my money then make me jump through hoops to get what I paid for. Oh well, it's only $3 but the negative experience will stick with me. It will be a while before I return..if at all. There's always canned skyline. read more

An old favorite, this place has been here as long as I can remember. Never fails to disappoint when I visit town. Just like I remember it and I love going late at night when there's a slumbery yumbery ambiance. read more

Ordered 2 Black bean burritos with EXTRA BEANS AND RICE and no cheese. Got home and opened two of the most disgusting burritos. There was no rice in either and a FEW BEANS, MOSTLY bean sauce. After hearing so much about Skyline I made it a point to check it out when I was in Cincy. I have to say I was disappointed. The best way I can describe the place is a fast food place with bland food. There are far better places in Cincy to get your Cincinnati-Style Chili......just ask Guy Skyline would do in a pinch but I would pass next time I had the option. read more

I just moved here to cincinnati about 3 weeks ago and I have been blown away by how great the customer service has been in EVERY PLACE I've been to, izzys, big boy, blue ash chilli, gold star chilli, laRosas, all of the other skylines besides this one! I went in there on Sunday and the guy at the counter acted like I was bothering him by coming in and trying to order something. If you don't like your job just quit. The food was great as always but this was an awful experience. I guess we'll just have to skip this place for now on. read more

I give this most recent experience one star. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Skyline. This location in Blue Ash however is never on the ball. I work in the area and take my break at 3:00, there is never anyone else in the restaurant at that time and typically I have prompt , if curt, service and the food is always delicious. HOWEVER, this particular occasion. They were empty aside from one table that was already in the middle of eating and had full drinks. I walked in and stood at the takeout/cashout area for about 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me, though eye contact was made several times. When they finally did decide that I wasn't going away they yelled it across the room "What do you want?" I gave her my order, 3 cheese coneys and a three way. ( I like to save some for snacking later at work). She made it... and then it sat there for 10 minutes while she took care of her boyfriend/son (who knows) who came in after me and obviously wasn't going to be paying for anything. Skyline has never taken 15-20 minutes even when they have a packed house, but they were empty and perhaps my experiences are based on the best skyline in town in Kenwood. Oh yes, and then I was charged for 3 cheese coneys... got back to work and I had only two. And I'm pretty sure the bag of cheese I was given was for a smaller portion of a 3 way. I always tip, and this was no exception but no one really earned it this visit. I will trek to Kenwood and waste the same amount of time driving as I did waiting at this location just because the people are friendlier, more generous and way more deserving of the customers. read more

I go to skyline about once a week. I've been to skyline restaurant all over town. This skyline is by far the dirtiest I've ever been in. I made the big mistake of using the men's restroom. Absolutely filthy!!! read more

Love this location, I go about once a week here and the servers are always great! I get three way chiltos which are always fantastic! I never get a empty cup on my drink and the server checks on me about 10 times during my meal( I do always sit at the counter) but even when I had family in from out of town and there was 8 of us I had one of my regular servers and had some of the best services, my out of town guest were presently surprised and happy at the speed and rate that we got everything that we needed in a timely fashion through out meal. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a vegetarian black bean burrito with no olives to go. When I got it home I realized it had lots of olives which I picked off. As I began to eat, I noticed a long hair on the food and started gagging, to my horror the food that I had in my mouth had half of a rubber band in it. I went through the drive thru today ordered a large unsweetened tea with lemon and a small Greek salad. I got and paid for a small sweet tea and a large Greek salad. I asked at the window if she heard my order because she asked 3 times and she said yes but apparently not. I called when I got home to let them know the error and got hung up on. I try to avoid this location even though it is closest to where I live the inside always seems unkempt and disorganized. I'll be driving out of my way from now on. read more

Never been treated so poorly by someone I do business with! They forgot my cheese for the fourth or fifth time. Offered me a cheese coney. I explained my 4 way was worthless with out cheese. They obviously didn't care. They will never get a dime from me. read more
