After a bad experience with OHS last year regarding a certain 'turn-n-burn' dermatologist, I was…read morehesitant to use them again, but figured it had been so long since I'd had any kind of regular check-up it might be a good idea. I have Trillium, and preferred a naturopathic doctor, since I'd had very good care with one previously in Portland. Trillium's suggestion was with Dr. Murison at OIH, so I made an appointment. It's difficult to get quick appointments with any social services, apparently. My mom has Medicare as well as the ability to pay cash for anything Medicare doesn't cover, but still can't get an appointment within 4 months, and that's about what it's been for me. This sucks if you have immediate need, but it seems to just be how this system functions. The building on River Rd in Eugene for Oregon Integrated Health looks funky. Really funky for a health care facility, but the inside is clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and polite, and Dr. Murison was kind and extremely capable. He and the nurse actually listened to me, and I returned the courtesy. I followed Dr Murison's suggestions, and saved myself from some really bad problems that I didn't know about but were looming on my near horizon. Getting appointments for tests and specialty care can be frustrating because it just takes so long, but that's not the fault of OIH. They have been great and very communicative, so I can definitely recommend them. I haven't experienced any of the problems I'm seeing on previous comments here, so I don't know what's up with that. Maybe there was a change of staff, or a change of heart, but for me it's been smooth sailing.

I have been a patient of Oregon Integrated Health, and after my experiences over the past year, I…read morecan no longer recommend this organization. In September 2025, I filed a serious complaint regarding inappropriate contact between me and an OIH employee whom I had met through my medical care. This was not simply my allegation that disappeared into an HR file. In writing, OIH's Human Resources Manager, Craig Wymetalek, later told me that the employee "admitted that he had inappropriate contact" with me and that OIH terminated his employment because of the ethical breach. What followed left me with serious concerns about how OIH handles patients when something goes wrong. During the aftermath, the former employee obtained my residential address and placed it on court paperwork involving me. I had recently moved to Oregon, had not yet changed my driver's license or other governmental records to that address, and, to my knowledge, he had never been given my home address by me. OIH possessed that address as part of my patient information. I repeatedly raised concerns about the security and confidentiality of my information. OIH denied that my records had been improperly accessed or that confidential information had been disclosed. To this day, however, I have never been given an explanation for how this former employee obtained my exact residential address. I also obtained my complete correspondence history from that period, preserving the communications and numerous explicit photographs/videos the former employee sent me immediately following our meeting through the clinic. Despite everything I provided and OIH's own determination that inappropriate contact occurred, I never felt that the broader concerns I raised received meaningful resolution. Eventually, I stopped pursuing the matter and attempted to go on with my life. Almost a year later, a completely separate issue involving poor communication with my new medical provider brought me back into contact with the same HR department. I had time-sensitive insurance paperwork and repeatedly sought basic communication about its status. I believe this has become a pattern for them: when something becomes difficult, getting clear communication and accountability from this organization can be extraordinarily frustrating. It has brought back negative feelings I had tried to push off but cant any longer. One additional fact has become troubling to me. The HR manager who handled my original complaint is Craig Wymetalek. Public Oregon State Bar records state that the Oregon Supreme Court accepted Mr. Wymetalek's Form B resignation from the Bar effective February 20, 2020, while disciplinary proceedings were pending. The Oregon State Bar reported allegations including forging judges' signatures on court orders and making material misrepresentations to a client. Anyone can independently verify this through the Oregon State Bar's published disciplinary records. I mention that history because this individual was placed in the position of investigating an extremely serious complaint involving my privacy, medical care, and an employee's conduct, and communicating OIH's conclusions to me. Learning this information afterward has understandably affected my confidence in how my complaint was handled. I have emails, the original communications, the data, and the correspondence documenting OIH's investigation and termination of alleged employee decision. I am not asking anyone reading this review to simply accept my interpretation of events. I am sharing my experience because patients seeking medical care--particularly people seeking care while vulnerable--deserve transparency, professional boundaries, timely communication, and confidence that serious complaints will receive meaningful follow-through. If Oregon Integrated Health's ownership, executive leadership, or legal counsel wishes to review what occurred and address my unresolved concerns directly as I was told a year ago they would I'm open to the discussion.
