We asked Skyline Framing to change a load bearing wall due to a previous horrible and messy job done. Carlos came to my house and answered all the questions I was worried about. Carlos knows what he's doing and can advise on sound solutions. My balcony was severely rotted and my patio cover as well. I called Carlos and he had me send him pictures of both. He let me know what day and time he could come by and give me a quote and showed up on time. He was able to assess what needed to be done and the best way to do it and also pointed out that someone had previously incorrectly made a repair that undermined the safety and structural integrity of the balcony. He made the structural repair to the balcony and then made a whole new balcony to include paint, he then proceeded to repair the patio cover and paint. He did some frame repair to the front of the house, where he found some more incorrect repairs that were made and he was able to correct that problem as well, making it look seamless and stopping the sag. Carlos was more than fair in his quote for the entire project to include hauling away the old wood. He told me which days he would be at my home and what time he would show up and he always showed up and ready to work at his stated time. Carlos and his crew are friendly, professional and clean up after each day. I will hire Skyline Framing again when needed and also recommend him to everyone I know that needs wood work. read more
